I had ordered a next day delivery with tkmaxx and paid extra. The driver did not bother turning up and uploaded a picture from a house that was not mine saying he attempted delivery. I called DPD to arrange for the next possible delivery date and was confirmed a slot for Monday between 9 and 10.30. Package did not arrive. I called again. Was again told the package would be there soon. Package did not arrive. Called tkmaxx. They said the package was left behind at the depot and that it will be delivered Tuesday. This is POOR SLOPPY SERVICE!

Don’t evan deserve 1 star cow boy company need to be shut down ASAP customer service staff very rude I ordered a parcel from amazon for a day express delivery 1pm tracking order from dpd came through delivery between 8am and 12 pm Sunday waited in all day nothing called customer services after 1 hour wait to be told still sat on a trailer in smethwick Birmingham when it left Hinckley I live 10 mins from hinkely , told a manger will call me back nothing I read the reviews on here I don’t know how this company are still trading a spoken to a girl in the Newcastle department who clearly knew it was her company’s fault and kept apology to a minimum I won’t name her as this is not her fault personally if this manager does manage to call me back names will be exchanged said this parcel will arrive tomorrow evan tho the app says today so let me guess next thing will be it was delivered Sunday but you was not in I bet my house that is what it’s going to say , DPD I will be taking this further shame on your company time wasting fraud liers!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an item from Amazon on 13thJuly. Was advised it would be delivered next day. I tracked the parcel and my husband sat in the front garden waiting for it as I had tracked it to be 15 minutes away. Then I got an emai to say they had attempted delivery but couldn't get a signature together with a a very suspect photo. They also said that delivery would be today 15th. These were all lies. I contacted dpd who emailed me back to say it will be delivered sometime tomorrow. Also got one from Amazon to say I had re-arranged delivery for tomorrow which I had not. I doubt I will ever order from Amazon again after this experience. 3 days waiting in? Why have Amazon stopped using Royal Mail for this incompetent inept lying company?

Constantly missing Delivery slots, especially when I pay a premier for Weekend delivery, and then they deliver on a Monday, I wish companies would not use them, or give us an option for another delivery company.

Horrible service. Sent me a message about missed parcel without attempting to deliver it. I was at home all day waiting for the parcel. Then I rescheduled the delivery for another day and the driver was too lazy to get out of the van so I had to go all the way down to the road to pick it up (I live in a tall residencial block). I paid extra for this delivery and the service I got was absolutely disgusting.

worst experience ever x 4 every delivery i have expected has been a joke ! would never use DPD personally . Other courier services can follow instruction why cant DPD !!!

It's never gone right..... They have lost or failed to deliver every parcel ever sent to my daughters address... I've been there waiting for an item for 5 days .. it was resent by M& S and still never arrived .. every excuse under the sun .. Promises and lies .. The latest parcel and resent parcel from a supplier never arrived ..This has cost them a fortune in phone calls work time a mechanics workroom slot and the knock on effect of the project being delayed so much that a wedding could be spoiled... It is fraudulent, not fit for purpose ..... we warned our supplier that DPD wouldn't deliver they assured us they would .... 1week later we had to drive to Oldbury depot at 5 am to get there and back in time for 9 am..Once there they were helpful .... The Driver for our area is letting them down and should be prosecuted .... It is nothing short of theft....

WORSE COURIERS BY FAR. Just awful. They drop the first line of my address off every time, even though I email / phone them to warn them every time. They've confirmed that they've delivered my items to random other addresses that they can't identify and so other people have my parcels with an address that they can't identify me from. Unbelievable! Their customer services are of no help and tell you different things so that you never actually get to the truth of the situation and just go away.

Driver said he had tried to deliver when I was home. Dpd confirmed drivers sat nav showed he never went near our street. Three more days of being promised the delivery, wsiting in and 8 hours on phone and messaging still no delivery. Most stressful experience. Promised lots of call backs that never happened. Avoid DPD at all costs.

Liars. Was told driver would deliver between 11am and 12pm. Sat near front door and at 12pm received a notification email saying ''Oh no! WE'VE MISSED YOU We'll be back TOMORROW.'' Why lie? Beware!! If they are behind schedule they will pretend they made a delivery attempt with the fault being yours for not answering the door. Terrible service.

Last week they ‘attempted’ delivery twice but didn’t deliver even though I was home. This week they went on another level of hell and don’t even attempt to deliver any more. The parcel for which I’ve been waiting now the whole week in the morning has a “arrived at the depot” status and then automatically changes into “returned to the depot”. At this point I don’t know when I will actually get it. I’m starting to lose faith and calling dpd is a lost call because I always get different answers and reasons why it did not get delivered and promises that it will be delivered first thing tomorrow and that it’s dpd priority.

Rubbish service. The driver keeps trying to deliver parcels (5 different occasions to date) to the wrong address, the streets are parallel but have different post codes. I get a message saying that I was not in, when I have taken days off work to be in. When complained to the Make it Right team I was told that Said it would arrive the next day - of course waited in but nothing came they also said it could be a language problem!!! . What they cant read a postcode or follow a SatNav, maybe there should be tests before they employ these monkeys. When the last parcel was eventually delivered the delivery man was very rude as if it was my fault. Come on DPD get your act together you used to be good.

I am totally unhappy with the service they provided. My parcel has never been delivered.When I track the parcel, it says that they were unable to deliver my parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery. I contacted them many times. Even they had all the details of the receiver, they never contacted her. Now they are emailing me that the recipient address was wrong. How can they claim that the address is wrong if they had attempted to deliver but coudln't find anyone to sign for? I emailed them to get a full refund but all they did was forwarding me from one contact to another. Finally, they told me to have a live chat on their webpage but I never found that option on the webpage. I will never ever use this service again.

everything went wrong, impossible to get in touch with them by chat or phone, they did not pick up on time neither delivered the goods.

They text you saying "delivery will be with you soon", when they have not even picked it up or wont for another 3 days. Useless, not my choice.
