Failed to deliver my parcel and they were unable to track where it was. Eventually they had to notify the supplier that they had lost it. Virtually no customer service, no response to phone calls and live chat line that was manned by individuals who appeared to have no access to any useful information.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Ordered something a month ago and my parcel should have been delivered about 1 week after I placed the order. Through their app I requested the parcel to be delivered to a local shop but this has not been done. I tryed to track the partcel, but parcel number not recognised. Went to depot to find out that my parcel was delivered at another address and that someone has signed for it. Basically, I ended up with no parcel, money taken and no refund. Shame!

Twice they came with 2 different parcels, saying that didn't have contact information and couldn't deliver the package. Twice I haven't been delivered the item to my location on the day it was meant to be. Now I have to go again to pick it up from somewhere else

No attempt to deliver to correct address, left somewhere else and could not provide address for me to locate. Luckily person came to my address, they could not understand why left there as plenty of near neighbours. To illustrate further the poor effort, I was in waiting for delivery as it was notified online as in half an hour. Then notification that delivered! There were instructions on box where to leave it if out - but that only works if taken to correct address! Sloppy and unprofessional experience. Box damaged as well, some contents missing.

'Lost' my XBOX Console. Impossible, had 2 labels on it. Didn't even apologise or email when promised. I had to do all the chasing. I hope whichever of their employees at the Smethwick depot stole it, enjoys it.

Stayed in yet again for a delivery that did not arrive because the driver could not find my location. We have deliverys from various couriers everyday and they have no problems finding us. DPD are a joke, I suspect my parcel just got bumped because the driver Dean was running late and just couldn't be bothered. Of all the courier companies we use DPD is by far the most unreliable and if you try to contact a real person you just end up on hold indefinitely. Its like trying to work with the Muppet Show.

Should have had my parcel today, instead a text AT 3.15pm to say that it won't be here until Wednesday. No explanation. No regard for the fact that I waited in all day. I will never deal with a firm again that uses dpd and I will post why I won't.

all ways on time, nothing is a problem. drivers are friendly, it just a pity that other couiers dont attend the same customer relations course as dpd

Horrible service, AVOID. Drivers don't even bother trying to deliver a parcel, they just automatically say that no one was at home a.k.a. parcel was refused, even though I was at home all the time waiting for the parcel and no one rang the door... They I tried calling DPD but obviously no picked up... This happened multiple times already. Anyway AVOID AVOID AVOID

I spent the afternoon waiting in and the parcel didn't arrive. Not able to get through to anyone on the phone, despite holding for over 45 minutes. No update on website. No response to my query sent via the website. No apology. No parcel. Completely useless.

DPD's service = we can lost, damage, refuse to deliver your parcel, with every right written in the small print. It is your fault for choosing us. Booo. I would give 0 star.

Paid for delivery on specific date. Didn't get one hour window emailed. Tracking said item on way to depot. Rang depot who insisted it was out with the driver, but could not give a time. Liars!!!!!! The parcel has been lost by them. I don't appreciate being lied to.

Really pleased with the service, have had parcels delivered many time by DPD always get notification of when delivery will take place and able to track where the driver is and when delivery is expected. Never had a problem.

Appalling service no contact missed appointments turn up when they like in addition no response from a logged complaint or tell our customer service director shocking got a cheek to you are a Delivery company 1Star given as no option for none

I Did not get my parcel 3 times driver called Martin he did not come to my addres and refuse my paces with out call me and come my house I have proof.. 3rd time I did not get any text or email for time. when I called at9.00 to morning to check my parcel it was was refuse already at 8.00 in the morning. Very disappointed with dpd.. never trust ....

Whenever a vendor sends me a parcel using DPD it is a disaster. They don't deliver at all, or they deliver to the wrong address. They also tell lies about whether or not they have delivered and where they have delivered to. This is the case over and over again. I am amazed these people are still in business.

Took day off only to find parcel was on the van the day befor,I was working . No information or time slots my heart breaks ever time a company sends parcels via this company utterly useless

Unable to find address then unable to locate parcel was the delivery update I received!! I complained to management but really they are not bothered, this is a a reply "I am really sorry but, locating the parcel is not something I would be unable to do as all of the relevant searches have already been carried out and we have not been able to find the item. I am sorry I was not able to help any further on this occasion." Where do the missing parcels go?
