Shambolic service. Multiple occasions have driver failed to attempt delivery. I can see them locally, and they don't even try to enter my apartment or give me a call. Reflection of the appalling working conditions and pay-by-delivery model DPD uses. Customer service non-existent, links your phone to your parcel so you're unable to talk to an agent. The App is dreadful and crashes constantly and rarely allows you talk to someone. When finally able to, they offer no resolution whatsoever.

Your driver Artur claimed to have come to my address to attempt delivery but this was fraudulent as I was sitting on the step outside for over half an hour up until I got an email saying that he'd tried to deliver but I wasn't in! You'd even put a false photo of my doorstep in the email to make it look like you'd attempted delivery but when compared to a real photo taken at the same time it's clear the photo was from another day because the lighting and plant growth is quite different! Maybe you took it straight from Google Street view! Surely this is a class action lawsuit just waiting to happen because you're pretending that you've attempted a guaranteed next day delivery when you actually haven't!

so bad, how was i meant to know they arrived with no notification, and no they wont send it till the next day WHEN I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY TO BE QUICK. customer service chat is horrible as it lags when you try to type something, probably a tactic to get disconnected. "sorry we missed you" shut up! you didnt even try to contact the customer who BTW is home all day!!! i live on top of a pub so i need to be notified WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING THE NUMBER IF THEY DONT USE IT.

Joke of a company. Supposed to have a parcel by these jokers tday but the driver decided to deliver it to a random shop out of my area. I then got an email off them to say it had been left with a neighbour. Promised call backs but didn;t receive them.

Poor experience! Ordered an iPhone from Apple to be delivered to a pick up point for Oct 3. Received a text from DPD stating that it was ready for collection, also received an email with the QR code for pick up. Went down to the pick up point and they said DPD hasn’t been in at all. So why send out a “Ready to collect” text and email me my QR code?! Wasted my time going to the pick up point. I guess someone else is now enjoying the iPhone. Next time I’ll just order from Amazon to avoid having to use DPD for less stress!!

Collection supposed to be on 29.9.23, driver "George" refused parcel as didn't have sticky label, although online it said George was told parcel wasn't ready, so rebooked for collection on 2.10.23, email confirmed collection would be between 9-5.30 on 2nd, surprise, no collection took place, as DPD tends to use same drivers for certain areas - George covers the Hull area, so assumed he couldn't be bothered, anyway, needless to say, impossible to speak to anyone directly, so have lost money, and DPD have fraudulently taken money with no intention of providing a service, avoid at all cost ......and hopefully "George" will be replaced for future fools who use this service

Yet again, I am here waiting and DPD Cornwall don't even bother to attempt delivery. This is the 3rd time now. Same driver as usual "Tyler". DPD seriously need to look into this drivers activities as he simply isn't even bothering to deliver parcels. Surely you can monitor Tyler's GPS locations of when he claims to have attempted delivery. From now on, I will be leaving DPD 1 star reviews everytime your driver deliberately doesn not deliver, so expect a lot of them. I've previously complained to DPD and nothing has changed. Once DPD resovle this ongoing issue, I will start leaving decent reviews. I runa bisiness and am reliant on deliveries arrivng on time.

I have been deliberately targeted by your driver Florin and as such i have now made 4 complaints about him yet I am still being abused. Today yet again he never even bothered to deliver my parcel on purpose. This is his new approach to harassing me and so I did get my parcel. Prior to this he has damaged my orders. Inhale previously sent in pictures of the boot marks. When he misdelivered a parcel he harassed me by keep turning up on my door asking for the parcel. Now as stated he just does not bother to deliver though I am waiting by my door. The local depot does not help in anyway so was wondering why you allow such behaviour to continue and also why you allow him to abuse me.

Never received an Amazon next day delivery. Kept checking for updates which included “Delivery Attempted. Delivery on Halt. Problem. Returning to Seller. Delivery on its way” . I tried the DPD help line 0121 275 0500 but just got a recording which gave conflicting information against Amazon the Amazon updates. It’s also almost impossible to speak to a human on the other end of the phone. I tried several times but gave up. After a lot of unwanted frustration I was forced to cancel the order Parcel tracking no. 15502693231463c

Would have given - 10 if it were possible. This courier company is in shambles, unprofessional staff and just damn lousy. I waited in all day for my delivery, had to arrange for kids to picked up by another family member because of their inconvenient timing and then as my order was only 2 stops away, the clever driver decides to try a new tactic and evade coming to my address and put up a picture of a random house, saying he posted a calling card... Pathetic. Then the genius dpd representatives try and cover for him by asking me stupid questions about my address, asking me to send them the precise location and photo of house, when they clearly have my complete address on the system. I don't know why SKY use these clowns, I don't why I wasted my day & time, but one thing I do know is the driver will get a peace of my mind when he finally decides to deliver!!

I didn't work this weekend, Saturday 23rd September 2023 due to an expected delivery from dpd. I was eagerly waiting at my window as the parcel I was waiting for was already over a week late due to issues with the product provider. Whilst waiting at my window I received a message claiming that I missed the driver and they would reattempt delivery tomorrow, Sunday 24th September. As you can imagine I was fuming as I took the day off work to receive this parcel and now I would have to take the 24th off too. Their driver tried delivering to the wrong address, that didn't even have the same door number as me. So I left a justifiably bad review on trustpilot and because of this they have refused delivery today, Sunday 24th September also. They will reattempt delivery tomorrow, Monday 25th but no one will be home as I will not be losing more work and wages for their failures. So I don't know when I will finally receive my extremely overdue parcel and honestly, I don't think I've ever had to deal with such unprofessionalism before and from supposedly the 3rd best delivery company in the UK.

Absolute liars!!! Supposedly an attempted delivery made. Rubbish! I’ve got full 24 CCTV covering all areas of my property, nobody knocked. You can’t even file a complaint, they just tell you to get back to the sender. Lying drivers are getting away with not doing their jobs. Pathetic company!

Why does the driver wait near where l live for an hour or more. It stays on the same number for ages. I keep thinking that l could receive my parcel a lot sooner. 👎☹️👎☹️👎

Paid over £4 to get delivered next day, surprise delayed in sorting facility, can never make it on time now for my needs, plus no way to change from pick up point to other locations once been selected, from now on only using other providers, such a waste of time 😞

Free shipping with DPD “Next Day Delivery”? BEWARE! It's days (weeks?) on end of "attempted deliveries" right on that time when you need to bring kids from school. Even if it's an hour they'll "attempt"the delivery exactly when you told them not to. And you'll be emailed that your parcel is being held a mile from you but after a half an hour phonecall you'll be told that you can't collect it. Why did they email you the location? It's just pure chaos and indolence. They also won't leave it with neighbours so your urgent parcel is practically kidnapped. Avoid DPD at all cost.

DPD isn't a business, they are outright scammers. Ref: 1597 6873 470 615 Took a day off to receive my parcel, left instructions for a driver to call and knock. Driver took a picture of my door, didn't call, or knock on the door and left. He doesn't care to return. Absolute joke of a business, nothing but scammers.

Failed to collect a package (DPD organised by company i am returning a faulty item to) then sent a photo of not my car on not my drive in front of not my house. Driver was witnessed not getting out of his van. Neighbour has a ring doorbell as proof. 2nd failed collection in 2 weeks. Shocking service
