Appalling service. One excuse after another for non delivery. My parcel still hasn't arrived.

Followed and tracked my parcel all morning, estimated time of delivery was 1:55-2:55 and it arrived at 1:57. Really pleased with service from dpd and tom the driver

DPD supposedly have tried to delivery it today, but the driver didn’t even attempt to get into the building or tried to find the reception. And this is what they say: "We just tried to deliver your parcel from printing, however, there was no one available to sign for the order at the address" Mad!

The driver didn't even try to deliver my parcel. Been unable to get hold of any information about it and left on hold! Still waiting.

Absolute joke. Arranged for a redelivery, never showed up. Arranged for a redelivery a second time, again no-show. Tried to contact them, and after multiple tries and extremely long wait times I was simply told that they must have lost the package, and will NOT be compensating me / refunding my costs in any way. One of the worst carriers I've encountered.

Terrible, terrible customer service; didn't turn up on two separate occasions, delayed delivery by a week - chased them for an update a week later to be told they've lost my package, terrible excuse for a company... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I decided to use DPD to deliver a Hi Fi Technics Stacking system that I sold on ebay. Because of weight considerations I split the delivery over 2 parcels. One got delivered fine and on time. The 2nd parcel took 19 days instead of 2 days and was delivered battered to pieces, it was disgraceful. After 2 weeks of liaising with them over a claim for damage they have refused compensation because one of the components was a turntable and they don't compensate for damage to them, completely ignoring the fact that several other components were also damaged. So now we have a destroyed Hi Fi system that is no use to anyone. DON'T USE THEM they are a disgrace to the courier trade

Had a delivery slot but after waiting lever an hour past that time was told it would be another hour slot an hour later very disappointed with this service very unprofessional

we order a lot online and DPD used to be the most reliable delivery service. Unfortunately it looks like the regular driver for our area (who was awesome) has been moved to a different route, now the service is dreadful. Despite using the app I regularly receive messages advising my parcel couldn't be delivered as no one is in - they can clearly see on the app that I'm at home. I have a nominated safe place for when I am out but no attempt is ever made to leave parcels there. If I receive a time slot after 16:00 there's no chance my parcel will be delivered. I was expecting a parcel this morning but instead received an email confirming my request to rearrange delivery for tomorrow! Customer Services are always friendly and polite but can never do a lot to help, the driver is always unreachable and the depot often closed. I don't have these issues with Yodel or My Hermes, DPD have a long way to go to match the service they provide.

If I'd know the courier was going to dpd I would have paid more to get the item elsewhere, I really don't know how this outfit is still around with the worst service I have ever know, absolute waste of time. Package was suppose to arrive yesterday, took the day off to wait for it, and no show , on the status it just says "Leeds, your parcel is on its way" and I'm in London. This is not the first time, the pervious time I had to drive to the depot in North London to pick up a package they claimed they tried to deliver!!! Even the vendor apologised for them, I told him if he cares for his business he should not use them in future!

I would give them a lower rating than one star, but its not an option unfortunately. They said they would deliver today and give me a time slot. Didn't receive a slot. Its now 8pm and they still have not delivered. Their track it site says it is out for delivery still, but the depot has shut! Finally managed to find a number to contact the HQ. There is no option for reporting an undelivered parcel . Hold on the line for half an hour to speak to somebody but nobody answers, so I give up. Thanks for wasting my time DPD.

Much the same as all of the other reviews - I waited in for a package - heard nothing - went on to track and found a picture of my front door, saying no response and a calling card left. There is no calling card. On a separate occasion I have had the driver knock and be back in their car by the time i reached my door, so I had to run after them to grab my parcel. Its so disappointing when you spend £5+ on next day delivery! Will be making a suggestion to the company I am ordering from to stop using DPD. Hopefully if they receive enough requests they will stop.

ORDER WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS ON WEDNESDAY OF LAST WEEK, RECIEVED NOTHING, NO CALLING CARD EITHER, OPTED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO A NEIGBOUR THE FOLLOWING DAY AND RECIEVED NOTHING AGAIN AND NO CALLING CARD AGAIN!!! NOW OPTED TO HAVE DELIVERED TO THE SAME NEIGBOUR TODAY AND I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO SEE WHERE MY PARCEL IS AND ITS STILL SAT IN THE WAREHOUSE. SO NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING IT TODAY AFTER 3 FAILED ATTEMPS. THIS WAS MEANT TO BE MY SONS MAIN EASTER PRESENT WHICH HE IS STILL WAITING FOR. I AM STILL AWAITING A PHONE CALL FROM THE WAREHOUSE ITS SELF BUT I DONT HOLD MUCH HOPE OF HEARING FROM YOU. I UNDERSTAND IT WAS A BUSY WEEKEND BUT I HAVE HAD NO CORRESEPONCE FROM DPD OR CALLING CARDS FROM ANYONE. I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!! :(
