DPD is the worst courier service by a mile. The driver turned up to my apartment block and took a picture of the main door but didn’t bother to actually attempt delivery. I was tracking him the entire time and imagine my surprise when he went from 15minutes away to leaving an attempted delivery calling card. I was sitting waiting for him to get to my apartment like a lemming. I contacted DPD is this was all within the hourly slot I’d be given and that hour wasn’t up but I couldn’t get through to anyone. Redelivery was promised the next day I but this was then cancelled on the day due to ‘unexpected issues’. Whatever that means. Don’t use them if you have other options!

Appalling!!! We have been waiting for our mattress to be delivered for over 2 weeks! After 5 failed deliveries full of lies and wasted days of working from home and the weekend (apparently they are having some issues with their internal system) we still haven’t received our delivery! We had to file an investigation 2x and they keep closing the help chat on us every time we contact. DPD - sort this mess out asap!!! This is the worst service ever.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Driver didn’t even try to deliver the parcel for 2 days straight. Didn’t ring didn’t contact the neighbours. Nothing. Now they just asking to contact the sender. Very very poor. If only in could put 0 stars

My parcel number is the 15503972728882, on the 12th of February 2020. The driver said twice that he went to my house, but it was a lie. The first time the driver shared a photo of someone's else house. The second time, and after I told DPD that it was not my house they said that they missed me again, and DPD did not even share a photo of someone's else house, because DPD knew that they did not come to my house. It was the second day that I came home earlier to receive the parcel, and I had my mobile with me all the time, in case the driver called me. They did not come, and they did not call. I tried to chat and call someone from DPD, but I could not speak with a human, only a bot and an answering machine. So, I called the company that sold me the piece of furniture to make a complaint and asked them to never send me anything again from DPD, and they reassured me that they would not contract DPD to deliver anything else to me. I will be doing this from now on, with all the companies I buy from. I just bought a house, and I am furnishing it. If four different companies were able to find me today and three yesterday, there is no reason, at least a valid one, for DPD to be the only company that "misses me" when they "try" to deliver a parcel.

Useless. Waited for a delivery and the driver must have run to the front door, taken a photo and cleared off before we even had a chance to get to the door. Ridiculous

Absolute rubbish. First delivery attempt they went to the wrong address, as proven by the driver's photo, and said I wasn't in. Second time I saw them come to the car entrance to the estate, and stop right by the sign giving directions for the other entrance for large vehicles, not to read it but to take another photo and say nobody was in. They then left the package at a pickup point that would have meant me doing over an hour's drive to get it. This was despite them having detailed directions supplied by me through their app, and after the first non delivery assurances by their call centre that the driver would phone if he couldn't find the place.

DPD used to be excellent BUT last two deliveries rubbish.Installed their excellent android app,got 1hr slot followed delivery: 11.32am driver Michael will be with you in a few minutes,11.34 am:"sorry we missed you" will deliver tomorrow.Sat waiting at the time,no card left and nobody on front or rear CCTV so evidently you have to be invisible to work for DPD! Tried complaint through "chat" on app & told local branch would ring me within an hour,they did,were polite and said as there had been a "misdelivery" I would get my delivery today.So I waited & no delivery!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Fast courier service but frequently delivering my parcels to several streets away from my house, to people I have never met. I wouldn't mind but I have been home on all occasions to accept delivery.

Can’t even find my 1* review of 6 January as there are so many negative reviews. I’m on page 12 and it is only reporting yesterday’s reviews. When is someone going to sort out this company and start being accountable. Obviously, your drivers are poorly recruited. No one takes responsibility and hollow apologies for delivery failures are issued. Meantime, us, the customer, having spent money, sit deliveryless. It’s time prime contractors reviewed their use of DPD. It’s totally unacceptable. Why is DPD unaccountable, screwing up so many lives daily?

One of the worst carrier companies around, there service is very poor, they don't deliver when they are going too, there customer service is the worst I've experienced, the staff are incompetent and rude, they don't take complaints, such a poor company, I suppose when you don't pay your staff right that what you get

Why does Amazon use this parcel delivery service? DPD did not even try to deliver, only received notice to reschedule. What a waste of a day waiting for a scheduled delivery.

DPD are cheap deliveries, now I know why.. Don,t ever try and make a claim, I had pictures of the damaged coursed by there delivery driver and they dodged every which way they could, Then said that my claim had run out of time when they dragged there heels all the way,very disappointed in the back up. Im now paying the extra to go with a company that takes responsibility in there service. even when things go wrong.. One star is to high,,,

Awful delivery company, deliver items to the wrong address and take ages to resolve the issue. You have to keep chasing them up for their own errors, hopefully never have to use this company again. Still without items or refund after their driver absolutely fucked up the order address and been chasing up on them for weeks. Wouldn’t recommend.

Two days in a row waiting for my parcel, as delivery info keeps changing. Because of DPD I needed to take two UNPAID days off from work( lost £130 for two working days) Today finally driver named Hasani, supposed to deliver my parcel but instead of my address he went to completely different address and again I did NOT received my parcel. Contacted DPD tram straight away when driver Hasani still was around in my area, they told me he will be back today they promised me that, I spoke with 3 different DPD people today ( Richa who was very rude and simply left the chat when she had nothing to say to me,then with some other person Veenet who read all my problem and also was rude and not helpful and simply left dissapierd... all of them promised that Hasani will return back exactly TODAY as he made a mistake. And he never returned I just wasted two days sitting at home and waiting for nothing and listening lies, I’m out of 139£ from work and also won’t be able to receive my parcel as cAnt take any days off from work no more. So thank you for lying, the WORST service EVER! If you want your parcels then use other delivery/shipping service except DPD!!! Shame on you and your driver!!! My address is the one with Sign here, and driver went to completely diferent building and took the photo...

I had a next day delivery booked. I waited in then I saw the driver drive off. He did not ring the bell, took a photo of the house and said I was out, not sure he even got out of his van. He did not leave a card.

Unreliable and unprofessional service. Reputable companies should not work with them to deliver their items they don't deliver properly. Their customer servicer policy should be revisited.

DPD has delivered our parcel incorrectly to a different company and different address! After two months no solution no claim as they have delivered the parcel and someone signed for it. My customer doesn't even know the person they claim signed for it. After coping few people in the various email, we are disappointed with the outcome. Absolute shambles.
