Horrible service they lie, they notify you they will deliver to your address you keep people home but they never do, probably easier for them to deliver directly at a collecting address

Parcel not arrived on date required, rang dpd told not got parcel ring sender. Ring sender say parcel been collected so must be lost, given refund as parcel needed on day it should have arrived. Go shopping to come back to unable to deliver as you are out, what a shambles.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I’ve sent over 20kg parcel through DPD on 17 June. Today it 24 July and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails, which were ignored over and over again. I’ve called DPD couple times and one person said it was lost, while other claimed that this issue is being investigated and they are still looking for my parcel. This is not a delivery company- they just steal the parcel and leave customer without any information or explaination! Very disappointed! I will never use their services again.

The service was beyond appalling. There isn’t an option for no stars otherwise I would suggest this. The staff at DPD are rude, unhelpful and misleading. On three separate occasions my items were not delivered on the dates specified. When I complained it took several days for customer services at DPD to contact me, they were unfamiliar with my complaint and when I asked how the complaint would be resolved I was advised that due to Data Protection I would never know. This doesn’t appear to be true and I feel confident that nothing will be investigated. I’ve asked the suppliers of the goods that I purchased not to use DPD as a Courier.

Incompetents , stayed in all day only to receive msg to say they tried to deliver, lies no one came to my door ,I looked on tracking and they are in another town, anything delivered by dpd is a problem without fail, any companies using dpd deserve bad reviews utter garbage, this has affected my plans, not everyone can sit at home all day waiting for deliveries, today was hot so I think they just lied and took the day off, clocking off early and lying that they attempted delivery.

Disgusted by their service. Apparently delivered my parcel and got a signature, but I was at home at the time and didn’t get a knock on the door. Not sure who signed for it or where it is, but apparently that doesn’t matter. 5 weeks on and they are still not taking responsibility.

I have been informed that I have missed my parcel delivery today; despite being in. Apparently a card has been left but god knows what house has that (presumably with my personal information on it). I have taken the day off work to receive this parcel, a birthday present. There is a picture of some random street on my 'Follow my parcel' page; I have absolutely no idea where that is. I am extremely disappointed. The delivery driver has clearly not even attempted to deliver the parcel and now I am left to take a further day off work to receive my parcel; which, being self employed, means a second day without pay. I am extremely disappointed with this 'service'

DPD falsify signatures I’ve lived in various London postcodes - at the moment in E17. In all places DPD have falsified signatures. Frequently i’ll get a text saying my parcel has been signed for when DPD have delivered it but not asked me to sign for it. Even worse they frequently leave it on the doorstep and then sign for it themselves. This proof of signature is what verifies to the seller that the item has been delivered. If it’s stolen from the doorstep and the buyer has not signed for it but there is ‘proof of signature’ because DPD have done it themselves, this opens up a legal can of worms. Despite complaining to DPD on every occasion it still happens. I now no longer buy from companies who choose DPD as their courier company.

I would buy Andy a bottle of single malt for his funeral and disperse it on his grave but I would let it pass through my kidneys first

Hi Everyone, I usually don't leave negative comments but with DPD I have to they're terrible and horrible all together, their drivers steals people items signs for staff and claim they've delivered when they hadn't and when you call their customer service you hear different stories each time you call they are super terrible. I've had bad experiences with them 4times now it's rather my things goes missing or I hear I'll hear tomorrow you will get your staff. Don't use them if I could help it not to give them a star I would. Such a terrible company honestly.

I don’t know what to say, i sent 7 parcels from Edinburgh to Italy the 20 of may, 6 of them came damaged, so damaged that they were open, even wet, no refund even if i payed for an additional insurance. One of the parcel is lost. I am still trying to understand the whereabouts of my missing parcel, and after two months they say that if it is deemed lost they don’t want to refund me because they say that the parcel contains “personal items”. Personal items are prohibited in the parcel... i would like to know what they consider as personal items since the parcel contains clothes. These guys are a bunch of frauds in disguise, choose them if you want to punish yourself. I am so angry that i will publish this on every review site i can to let everyone know this. Attached to this review i put the conditions of the parcels upon arrival

DPD were not great. Tried to deliver on the wrong day and then, after we rearranged for the Saturday, they messaged at half 5 (after I'd stayed in all afternoon) to say parcel would be delivered on Monday instead. I arranged to pick up the parcel from depot on the Sunday but had to wait another 50 mins for them to find the parcel, even though I'd arranged in advance to collect it. Everyone I spoke to DPD was very nice but it was surprisingly difficult to have a parcel delivered

I was expecting a parcel delivery from a company named Primrose.co.uk DPD being the courier, Primrose sent the parcel by the courier company DPD on 15th July 2019 to be delivered the next day 16th July to my address in Clacton On Sea Essex. I received a text message from DPD driver Filipe that my Primrose order would be delivered between 10:32-11:32am My parcel did not arrive! Upon tracking my parcel on the DPD site, it told me the parcel was delivered in Ipswich Suffolk? a totaly different town and county and signed for by someone named Lawrence? Not a name known at my correct address? I do not recommend any person or company to use or rely on DPD as the Courier Service.

Please understand where I am coming from. Exactly four months ago to this day, I first wrote to the Customer Service department of DPD Lithuania regarding two missing packages. I had dropped six parcels in their Kaunas pickup point to be delivered to my residence in Lisbon, Portugal. Two weeks went by without any delivery until they started arriving, two by two each time. The last two parcels however, were missing, After days of calling the Lithuanian offices and the Portuguese Chronopost ones, they finally located one of them in the North of Portugal, seemingly without a Receiver's address. Although eventually this one got delivered back to me (albeit completely wrecked), no news about the remaining lost parcel, No. 05810001447479G. After weeks on end without receiving news from them, I made the request for a second and then later a third search for the missing parcel. I never received any feedback from them whatsoever. I can only assume that no efforts were made to find my parcel. I sent pictures of the other packages (which were completely destroyed) and described the package itself over and over again. I provided a detailed description of the contents of the lost parcel (i.e. a Playstation 4 console, over a dozen of PS4 Video games, over twenty DVDs, several books, detachable 60" LG flat screen TV legs, several shoes and other assorted items of clothing). Finally I asked for a lost item claim form, filled it out and sent it back to them. Another two weeks went by with no news from them. Reminder emails from me went unanswered, time and time again. At last this, I received a reply from DPD Lithuania: no mention of any searches made, if any. Only that I am to receive in my bank account a small fraction for my loss. 198 euros to be exact, less than a 1/4 of the (underestimated) value of my lost belongings. All this stemming from a compensation formula minus the transportation cost ( transportation of the lost parcel?). The delay and misplacement and the ruinous state upon arrival of my parcels notwithstanding, after months of countless phone calls and unanswered emails, I am led to conclude that DPD has the worst customer service ever. I felt repeatedly ignored, my needs and requests neglected and my property carelessly mistreated time and time again. I can honestly say that if anyone has goods they need to send, I'll tell them to avoid by all means DPD like the plague! I honestly don't care of the policy of Parcel Post regulations. I made the underestimation of 800 euros for my loss and they take over two weeks to answer me that I'll receive 198 euros? After losing not one, but two parcels and taking over a month to give me any reply whatsoever? Worst company ever!

This has been the most frustrating experience ever - got a delivery time 1 -2pm Sat - knew I couldn't be in - they would not leave to safe place - requested leave with a neighbour - they didn't bother - they rebooked for sunday even though emailed to say no chance of being in - they would not allow redelivery to work place where definite signature and safety - re requested leave with neighbour - neighbour definitely in - no attempt made. left a not pleading with them to deliver to work address - which is just down the road and easier access than home - didn't even acknowledge note - tried live chat - this is an automated and repetitive message not a real person Card left to say re delivering on Monday - waited in - then checked with web site which said parcel being held awaiting instruction - now need to see what Tuesday brings - apart from maximum irritation. Please do not use this company - no flexibility - who is in between 1 and 2pm on a Sat or Sun!!! Don't even know where the parcel is coming from
