Not good at all. First informed it was going to be delivery on Tuesday then the app told me Wednesday but it turned out they supposedly tried delivering on Tuesday. The app information changed supposedly after the delivery. Stating it was out for delivery then after a hour that it had been carded yet no card left at my address. Plus the email and customer service both said I would get an estimate on delivery time never happened and though customer service Is easy to get to they have no idea or information for delivery time.

Absolutely useless, sent a parcel UK/Australia for my daughters birthday addressed to a Post Office. Tried to deliver out of hours then failed again, twice (other parcels sent with another courier arrived within 10 days, no problem) After numerous "chats" I was told that it would be returned, it wasn't. Then told that that message was a mistake and given contact number for my daughter to arrange a pickup. Despite phoning everyday for 3 weeks has only managed to leave a message twice (no one answers or huge waiting times) despite promises to call back no one has. Now over three months and it's still in their depot. Told my other daughter I'd used DPD and she just laughed, sums them up.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lost my parcel and did nothing at all to find it. Customer service is completely useless, and when I was trying to contact them by email they keep sending me automated answer. I have no words how dissapointing it is especially now that my father in law passed away and I am left without all my winter clothes that I had sent back after my holiday abroad. I will never use this service again

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lost my parcel and did nothing at all to find it. I will never use this service again. I have attached a photo of the box that was delivered last week instead of my suitcase with clothes and is still standing in my porch. No-one cares

Turned up and left. Long story short. Wouldn't redeliver, wouldn't deliver to where the parcel was needed. Extortionate amount paid for next day delivery. Now waiting for another three days. Useless, not worth any of the money paid to them.

AVOID using DPD! Same Parcel lost twice 48 hour service took more than three weeks and ended up delivered to the wrong address to top off Customer service were useless.

Another lost parcel !! What else can I say? Simply do not ever trust DPD with you parcels, It will get stolen by an employee, that is the ONLY explanation of how the disappear ..

This company failed me at the most important time of year !! Having paid £9 for next day delivery , my parcel containing items for Christmas was finally delivered 1 week later. This ruined my Christmas. Try looking for help online, not easy and after writing to chief executive to complain I was fobbed off by his secretaries . Their suggestion was for my student daughter to pay £60 return taxi fares to collect the parcel from their depot On Christmas Eve, wondered why she declined, when I had already paid for it to be delivered to her door. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY ARE USELESS, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!

Said they delivered, will not answer correspondence. Out of pocket, My recommendation is to avoid this courier like the plague.

Terrible service from what used to be a good delivery service. Delivered twice to a wrong address despite my attempt to inform them that they had gone to the wrong place. They make it really hard to contact customer service and get some help. Terrible.

Rubbish service. We were relying on the delivery but the incompetent driver went to the wrong house several doors away despite huge house number on our wall. We were then advised delivery failure because we were not there. Their scheduling is at fault for not giving enough time to verify addresses. Will avoid using vendors that use this outfit.

Delivery takes an eternity They communicate a delivery date and hour but don’t show up and then have no explanation why it wasn’t delivered. Happened twice for the same order so far. Then again announcing a delivery date but on that date, when checking their status page, it says that after all they again won’t be able to deliver. This time because the delivery truck was full .... On another order they say they will deliver on a specific date. I stay home to be able to receive the delivery, but no one comes. I check the status page and it says it was delivered. I go check at the entrance of the building and there was my packet but they never ringed the bell... Worst delivery service ever

I was supposed to get a parcel on 03/01/20 between 13.44 - 14.44. About 13.00 I got a text that the driver couldn't deliver it because nobody was home and apparently no neighbour was home ( I've left a message to deliver to ANY neighbour if nobody's home). First I'm not sure if the driver was here, second: if so he came 45 min before the slot, third: my son was home all day warned to wait for delivery, fourth: my close neighbour is always home. I called DPD head office asking to deliver my parcel to the pick up point (the shop), was told the local depot will call me in an hour, didn't get any call. Called again, someone told me the local depot will call me. They called 40 min later. was told my pick up point doesn't accept any parcels from them any more. I called to DPD head office on Saturday saying that I need my parcel for Sunday. The woman said they can deliver it on Sunday morning to my address. I was very happy... but is 8 pm and no delivery. I'm chasing my parcel to be delivered by DPD the second time. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!! ESPECIALLY SOUTHALL DEPOT! I wish not to have to use them again. And whoever from dpd reads this message, do not send me any sorry because you are not sorry. I trusted you, believed in what you were saying and you just made fool of me.

This is the second time I have been sent something using DPD that I have ordered. If you are not in you can click on options and choose a safe place for your parcel to be put and the second time that it has been ignored and my delivery cancelled so I have had to wait longer for it. On the first time I rang and asked why and was told there was something wrong with that facility. That was weeks ago now, surely it should have been fixed by now, if not, remove the option. Another occasion I had to change my delivery address, but the company that used them tried to do that in very good time but it still went to the wrong address. Would never recommend them.

The parcel was next day delivery. Their online system said a delivery slot would be allocated at 11am. I logged in at 11am to find the delivery was attempted at about 9am. I was offered a drop off at Johnsons the cleaners the next day so I booked that. I logged back in the next day and it said I will get a pickup time once the parcel arrives at the pickup point which will be around 12 noon. I logged in at 11am and found the delivery was now moved to next Monday. DPD decided the parcel was too big for Johnsons so rather then delivering there or to the original address they kept it in the warehouse for another 3 days. DPD have the most useless system avoid them and save yourself 5 days of frustration and anger. Don't bother paying for next day - it can take many days or even a week.
