In quick summary, they failed to deliver 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, the app and customer service was utterly useless and could not locate the parcel, nor get through to their own Dagenham depot or drivers. I wasted a lot of time and money, and took days off from work for this 1 delivery. It is just unheard of, I would never recommend DPD to anyone.

So annoyed don’t use if in the brentwood area! 1st time - I apparently refused the item after waiting in all day Second time- the drive fraudulently signed for my parcel I never recieved. Third- I apparently wasn’t in and they left a card according to the email I received. I am totally fed up with ordering online I will not order anything anymore if I know it’s going through these people cannot be trusted at all!

I was at home all day. I was waiting for my parcel only to receive a text that I was not home. I stepped out quickly hoping to catch a sight of the driver or the van, and there was nothing. I returned only to find the calling card left outside my building. On the ground. I mean, on the ground outside where the rain could have drenched or a dog could have chewed on or even urinated on!!! And I was in my room all along. Waiting to hear my doorbell/buzzer. I have never felt so enraged and utterly disrespected all my life. And on their website, they are quick to flash that you should use their app. Annoying, rude, unreasonable and unacceptable bunch!!!!

It's all still going wrong. A driver called Liam has the wrong location although my postcode is on sat nav and google no problem. Waitednin all day to see a messages with lies saying I was not in. The driver won't answe phone to depot . He takes it back and the whole problem starts again . So upset

My parcel being opened and one (expensive) item has been taken, then to reseal the parcel with their own dpd tape ????!!!!!! Investigation is being put in! Absolutely fuming.

awful service. I don't pay extra money for "SATURDAY DELIVERY" for my parcel not to arrive. The delivery driver called "Abdi" never tried to deliver my parcel he marked it as "refused" 1 minute before the delivery deadline. Customer service don't answer the phone either. They are thieves do not order from any company who uses them. After finally getting through to customer service the telephone operator called the driver who lied and said he could not enter the building and would call me back. I am still waiting for that non existent phone call. It is time to take further action this company is a joke.

Rang customer services and waited 20 minutes and asked as to why I have not received a time slot for my parcel. They promptly put the phone down, an absolute shambles of a company. Avoid at all costs

Worst service area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. booked the collection of 3 heavy parcels. I booked for 1 day, they failed. i then rescheduled 4 different times and they failed every single time. I spoke to the live operators every day and they assured me that the collection would happen. the operators were unhelpful, refused to call the drivers or do anything other than check their online system. I suggest it is avoided at all costs

I saw them drive away from my home without even ringing door bell and just left note to say we were not in. Why? By the time they have filled in form they may as well of rang door bell! This is the third time this had happened and yes door bell does work. He must of been desperate to get home! I will inform the company I bought item from how bad they are. I would never use them!

This would be funny if I hadn’t wasted a day waiting for delivery. It just arrived and I said to driver why didn’t you come yesterday as promised. I did he said, no he didn’t. I could tell by the look on his face that he had not. Where was the invisible card you are supposed to have left. I did he said .no he didn’t. Dog going mad in background and I said don’t you think he would have noticed a knock at the door. Oh he said I didnt knock.Doh!! I rest my case. Like previous reviewerI also left message of complaint and was informed would get back in90 mins but didn’t. Says it all really.

The delivery man knocked on my door 21-11-2017 at mill.cross court in Brentford to deliver my wife's parcel and was absolutely rude on loud tone of voice asking my name I have told him my name and then he have asked me with rude voice again how do you spell your then I patiently told him that I can type it in for him and he has answered with voice almost unbearable to hear that will not and walked away with the parcel that my wife really needed for the following day. I can't believe that a big company like DPD has so low standards and I have tried to contact the office but there wasn't a number to call and talk to anyone that could help. I will ask the future supplier not to use them and if they ask me I will them know the reason.

Waited in for delivery and although they said had tried to deliver was a complete lie. I even gave alternative place to leave so no excuse, and where was the card they said had been left but had not. I also put a complaint in about non service and it said get back to you within 90mins. This didn’t happen either. If could give zero stars I would.

Three times arranged a pick up and three times they failed to pick up. They advised that they 'knocked on the door but was no answer' - the pick up was from a 7 storey office with a reception - liars.

Failed to deliver, no update as to why or what next. Their website makes it IMPOSSIBLE to find a number that enables you to actually talk to a person. Eventually emailed them, got a reply saying the parcel is still at the depot and they have no idea when it's being delivered. Utterly useless company! Why does anybody use them????!!!

My parcel was loaded onto a delivery van, I was given a delivery time and a number in the queue, but nothing was delivered and when I contacted DPD they said they had lost it -the driver never logged it as delivered to the house nor did he log it as returned to the depot. Fortunately for me, the sender has offered to replace the goods and take the matter up with DPD themselves. This is not the first time I have had problems with this company - on a previous occasion they seemed unable to use a sat nav to find my address and I ended up collecting the item from the depot myself. An appalling company with no regard for good customer service. I would strongly advise businesses to steer well clear of them -I doubt the cheap service outweighs the losses in the end!

Dpd marked our amazon delivered but nothing received yet! They marking as delivered just to match their targets. They dont answer our calls even though half an hour wait on the line and no reply to emails either! What are we supposed to do now?

DPD accepted my instruction to deliver to a neighbour but the driver ignored this and DPD then took it to a collection point with no parking and this is a heavy parcel. DPD are reusing to do anything about it.
