Don't really want to give them one star, they are beyond very poor. Next day delivery, maybe a week later? The worst delivery service imaginable......

As usual - poor delivery service (the driver couldn't find my address! - it's a church house right next to the only church on the High Street). I have complained time and again about the poor delivery service provided by DPD and the poor performance of their drivers, but it never makes any difference either to DPD or the business given to them by suppliers.

Disgusting, we booked the pick up time for 2pm through transglobal express, the called me saying that i have to be ready for the pick I stayed at home until 5 no one show up and suddenly i received an email saying it was cancelled from my decision and forwaded for the next day. Well i called transglobal saying that I didn't ask for that, so they apologize and they over the phone pushed for an early pick up , because 1pm in the afternoon i have the flight. Well at one point received another email saying that pick up time is scheduled for 6pm, again i was at home until 8 and no one show up again. Now i am waiting since this morning and no one is showing, the guy at the phone keep on telling me they cannot guarantee the pick time. End of the story? I am leaving London, with my goods here in an house that is not mine anymore with people that I don't know..thank you dpd, hope you close down very very very soon...

I would like to start by saying how disappointed and undervalued I feel. My purchase have never reached me.Once John Lewis customer service been contacted regards to it they were adamant that I have received it and signed for it. The courier (DPD) have not managed to deliver it to me and John Lewis did not want to investigate it any further as the customer advisor told me that "They did everything on they part and they can not help me any more" as the courier (DPD) confirmed with them that is been delivered and signed by myself. Which is totally unexplainable how is it possible if it never reached me. I had to take matter into my own hands with out having any support from John Lewis. I spoke to the DPD manager and they told me that the driver will come over on the next day to show me where he left my parcel, he failed to do so. This have been arranged twice and he failed it.Clearly the driver does not want confrontation as all the key facts shows that he stole it. On top of that I was expecting different delivery from a Jewelery company to be deliverd by DPD, it turned out it was the same driver and he refused to attend my address and deliver my parcel, most likely he targeted to steal that too but I went ahead and called customer service. I was heavily pregnant at that time and was put through so much stress, we had to deal with this for weeks and weeks until my baby was born. Having new born baby on my hands does not give me any free time to investigate it any further. I feel I have been walked all over as none of the companies want to take responsibility for my stolen bouncer. I have suffered a £300 loss which as you can appreciate just having new born baby is a major blow. That is with out mentioning the number weeks of stress that this has cause on myself and my new born baby.

I was given a delivery time of 1.30 to 2.30. The van turned up at 1.38, stopped at the drive entrance, the driver DID NOT GET OUT. I watched him drive off. At 1.45 I had an email saying I was not in. I have had a further email saying he left a card - not true. When I order on line in future I will tell the supplier not to use DPD because their delivery drivers tell lies. 1 Statement - nobody was in 2 Statement - They left a card both untrue I have suggested that the supplier requests their money back etc for a lost order. I have purchased the item from a another supplier who does not use DPD,

Asked for parcel to be delivered at a local delivery point. Day one I took time off of work I get message " we will redeliver tomorrow " . Day after I took time off of work I get a message " we could not deliver today we will redeliver tomorrow at you home address". As I'm writing this I'm on the phone waiting to speak to someone about this for 25 minutes and counting. HALF AN HOUR. Very poor service with worse customer service to go with it. Disappointed.

I would give them zero if I could. No card left no delivery asked to deliver next door and it’s just a total waste of time prefer any other delivery company

No one at the property to sign, I've been home both days now. Picture taken of a front door that isn't my house. 7th time in 12 months they have done this. Absolutely useless to try and get hold of anyone in this company. i avoid companies that use DPD as a courier and dread when i get an email saying DPD will be delivering...best to call the company you placed the order with and complain to them and get a delivery refund.

Our delivery address is a pub in a village. DPD reason for nor delivering (on their website at 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon) "COULDN'T FIND DELIVERY ADDRESS". Can you believe it! They are hopeless.

We were given a 1 hour window of delivery time , during this time we got an email that said there was an attempt to deliver and that no one was at home, we were , left an out of focus photo on the email of the "missed you" card , we had no card , called the office who admitted he couldn't find our address and he would call back later that day with the parcel - he didn't. Total fabrication of events and I wont hold my breath that it will be delivered on tomorrows run. Why lie and why not use the phone number we had given to find the address?

this is the 7th time this has happened to me. They don't even knock on the correct door or even put a calling card through the door, all because they cant be arsed to find my address.
