Didn’t even attempt to deliver, sent a picture saying “unable to deliver as no one was home” yet I am IN THE PICTURE... completely outrageous.

Horrible. Not possible to talk to anyone. Drivers do not call rather say there was nobody home. Why I leave my number all the time? No chance to change delivery time. Nothing. Zero stars. This cpmpany DONT deliver just send SMS all the time.

I have come home to a dpd card and the now.dpd.co.uk website doesnt recognise the reference and there is no helpline so no-one to ring and and no way of progressing this situation. This is the second time I have had dealings with dpd and last time they said they would provide an hour slot and I had to wait from 7am to 8pm to get the delivery.I would always ask which delivery firm is used and not buy if its dpd

stated they had delivered my parcel on the 17th at my address and signed for by me which was total fabrication. no slip left. no idea where parcel is. called them directly was on hold for an hour and they didn't have a clue what was going on. this seems to be a far to common occurrence. the man i spoke to was very argumentative and rude (a man called dave) and then ended up hanging up on me abruptly. I was told to call back on monday morning to see where my parcel had got to as they couldn't find my driver due to GPS being down... i don't usually get annoyed by things like this but it did shock me how badly i was talked to on the phone and my wait.

I purchased a new mobile phone from Currys on line yesterday (Friday 17 November 2017) and paid an additional £9.95 for guaranteed delivery by midday on Saturday. By 11:00 today, I was concerned that the DPD driver had not arrived and decided to track. Their website stated that the "estimated delivery is Saturday 18 November, as requested, it would be delivered between 06:00 and 12:00 By 14:00 I decided to contact DPD through their Make It Right Team and have been advised that they are short staffed at the depot, doubtful I will receive my delivery today, they will try to deliver tomorrow but if short staffed again, they don't know when it will be delivered.... Their Make It Right Team have not made it right and, in fact, are now holding me to ransom when I have paid extra. I wouldn't mind if they delivered late or had let me know as I only live 7 miles from their depot! This is not the first time I have paid for guaranteed next day delivery only to wait for TWO days and no-one is ever prepared to repay the additional costs incurred to me. I have given one star only because you have to leave something, shame there is no such thing as minus stars! Please do not use this delivery company they are a bunch of cowboys

Failed to deliver and lied. Sent a message saying I was out and that a card was posted through the door. Oh was it now , was that the door I was sitting next to in my living room then , did the driver have an invisible cloak that prevented me from seeing him walking up the drive and post the invisible card through my letter box! I think not

Unfortunately, there is no 0 star! This is an absolutely third class service who makes customers pay for their blunders. I am really not sure why companies like Amazon are partnering with this lame courier service.

Absolutely awful! Despite the fact that a parcel of mine was sent erroneously by the company I ordered it from without house number and street on the label, they still decided to attempt delivery anyway, which resulted in it being posted to a random house without any record of who or where it was left with. Even though I updated the delivery address on the DPD tracking site to remedy the missing information, this information apparently "isn't sent to the driver" - despite this being done the day before delivery (plenty of time to fix it!); what's the point of such a change if the driver doesn't see it?! I have since found my parcel on my own, but definitely wouldn't recommend.

My parcel was due on a Sunday. On time the delivery driver press my bell and I let him in saying that I would be 2 mins; I live on the fifth floor of my apartment complex. When I got to the lobby the delivery driver had left a missed you note. I run out of the building and saw him closing his van door. When I asked for my parcel he just ignored me and drove off. I was outraged as I had waiting in. I contact pdp customer services and they told me it was my own fault as I gave them the wrong address. I couldn't believe this as he got to my address without issue. After explaining this I was told by a customer assistant to shut up and just wait, and that my parcel would be delivered again. dpd don't have any customer services and can't even deliver. I would recommend people to void using there services.

The claims department of Dpd are a bunch of thieves. Dpd smashes my guitar during transport and claims make every false excuse to avoid paying a claim. Finally after 2 months of following up they pay a fraction of what the item had cost me. Dpd is a very bad crooked company.

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company, Could not have been any more dissapointed. I should have had a parcel delivered to me almost two weeks ago now but I am still yet to receive anything. On the day of the delivery (02/11/2017), I received a text which said the driver failed to deliver the item as there was no one at home even though I had been sitting around waiting for the parcel the whole day - absolutely ridiculous!! I called to complain and received an upgrade for a Saturday delivery but did not get any explanation as to why there was no attempt to deliver the item. To make things even worse, I had to AGAIN stay at home the whole day on Saturday (03/11/2017) waiting for the item and although I got a delivery window time of 13:30 - 14:30, nothing came during that time. Continuously calling DPD and having to speak to different people who had no idea of what was happening, I was finally able got some info stating that the driver had been stuck in traffic and should reach me no later than 16:30. Surprise, surprise comes 16:30 and still NOTHING. Called DPD again and a lady which did not seem like she had any interest in helping me stated that she was not able to track the driver and to 'just sit tight and wait'. After a few minutes I get a text that said my delivery was dropped off at a house, WHICH WAS NOT MINE, as no one was in. INFURIATED I left my house to go to my neighbors who I DO NOT KNOW and luckily ran into the DPD driver. He argued that although I had been waiting and listening out for the door the WHOLE day, he could not some how get anyone to open the door for him so he thought he should give it to anyone around my area. If it was one of my immediate neighbors, I could have been a bit more understanding but this house was in a completely different building and practically down the road from where I live. So, apparently, according to him "If a recipient does not open the door, DPD drivers are allowed to give the parcel to any one of their neighbors," even if its a house half way down the road - If that really is the policy of DPD I would really be concerned about the safety of every single parcel that gets processed through them. ANYWAYS - I explained that I do not know the people that live at that address and if he could help me explain and retrieve the parcel - he rudely refused, told me he had better things to do and got in to his van and drove off, leaving me to deal with a situation he clearly messed up. I went to the address which I was told had accepted my parcel and the person told me they refused to take it as they did not know the who lived at the address on the parcel. SO WHERE THE F IS MY PARCEL DPD?? And regardless of calling every single day for nearly two week and dealing with the sender of the parcel I still have not received a PHONE THAT HAS COST ME £700. How have I not received any updates for the past week??? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. This is absolutely ridiculous.

As for me, it is sad i have to say that DPD have the poorest courier service I experience. The package i expected suppose to be delivered almost a month ago. I still do not have it. Over a month ago I was notified by the sender of the item I bought about the tracking number and delivery date. On the day of delivery DPD notified me they will come, but no one did. I was at home the whole day waiting. When I looked up on the DPD website, there was a note saying that they sent the package back to the sender . The same day it should have been delivered. Not to mention that no courier from DPD came nor there was any card left from them to rearrange delivery. Not even a text massage on mobile phone what they usually do. I spoke with the sender and he send the package again. Unfortunately with DPD . You can guess that no one came. The same scenario as the first time. This time no any kind of notice. Third time - the same story. But this time I manage to find on the internet the phone number of the DPD Southall depot . Just to add that finding a phone number to talk with the real person from DPD was mission impossible. It was 2 days ago. The customer service operator was nice and polite. She checked with me the details …name, address, etc.. Compare the notes she have and saw that the driver went to completely wrong address. Not even the same street. And apparently the driver was going there two previous times as well. Even in the system she did have the right address. She took my name, mobile phone number, street address, again, and convinced me that in two days time the driver will deliver and call me when arrive at the property. This morning I receive the text from DPD, first time , saying the drivers name and that she will come between 11.33 -12.33. Of course no one came. At 11.51 another text from DPD saying , again, that they could not deliver as no one was in. This is the fourth delivery they haven't delivered . Of course I called straight away. Another customer service operator saying the same story. No one was in when the delivery was attempted and we have put a notice through your door. As I explained that I was in , and everything that happened as I wrote above, she put me on hold and checked with the college something. When she was back, she explained that the driver was in front of my house but at the wrong door because in the system it was saying like that. Now I was completely confused. First 3 times the driver was at the wrong address. Now the wrong door. Why does this company even have customer service? I explained again the conversation with her college I had 2 days ago. Even if it was the wrong door , no one called me! It was obvious to me that there is a total disconnect between what you arrange with the customer services and what the driver actually does. Incompetent. This time they assured me that they will contact the driver and that the driver will come back as it was still early. As no one came after an hour, I called again. Another lady listened to my story. She again checked the system and had the same wrong address. As here previous college did nothing to correct it. Again I explained everything and this one assured me as well that she will get in touch with the driver and I will have my delivery today. What a joke. Third time I called they told me to be patient as the drivers work till 5:00pm and it will be here. Another hour no one came. I’m calling again. One of the previous operators even recognized my voice. She can’t believe I still do not have my package. This time she put me on hold to search the advice from her managers. After a while she come back and let me know that it was my fault that the driver had the wrong address and they can’t do anything else today. I absolutely can’t believe what I’m hearing. A month ago they had my address. For three tempted deliveries they admitted the driver went to a wrong address. Fourth time they said it is my fault. What the nerve!!! When I tried to explained to her mentioned above, she hang up on me! In the middle of conversation! I called again and another lady answered. Still in shock what just happened I explained to her for who knows how many times today my problem . No help from her at all. This time I demanded to speak with her supervisor or manager. She refused to connect me with them. But she is the only one that gave me her name. That was it. In one of todays conversations I had with various DPD employees , I manage to find the phone number of the driver. I give it a go. I called the driver, and as for English she understood, it was obvious for me that it is one simple and honest person. She said that she is back to the depot. She didn’t receive any massage or text from the company to came back to my address to deliver a package. She didn’t have my phone number to call me when she is on a property. She apologized in pore English for what happened and as she is back to Southall depo she can’t go back. Even it is still 2 and a half hour till 5:00 pm. It was clear to me that that was the only honest person I spoke from DPD. And as for the customer service workers , absolutely shocking! And as you can't speak to a Manager and no way of making a complaint, I can only strongly recommend to everyone i know not to use DPD until something is changed.

Very bad service. I have been all day at home waiting for package and then I got a message that I wasn't there. I called twice and they told me that the driver would try to be in the evening but of course I did't get it.

Paid for next day delivery on a Sunday and by WEDNESDAY I still did not receive my parcel. When I called to ask why the delay, one of DPD's advisors hanged up the phone. Never again !
