awful! they sent automated messages saying my parcel was on its way and it wasn't. When I asked why I was informed took no responsibility for their automated messages!

This is the worst service I ever. I heard from two other pple who are not related to me complaining. I think you can do better than this. Disappointed

Worst service I’ve ever had. Delivery driver Mark incompetent can’t even ring a bell. Rude customer service and I ended up going to the depot (10 miles away) in order to get my package. Never use this company they are a disgrace

Complete Disaster. Failed deliveries every single day wasting my time and effort. Today the email notification said the parcel has been delivered and signed for which is a complete lie and after an our of waiting on the customer care line I was told that the parcel is back at the depot! This is bordering on scamming paying customers. Still haven't received the parcel! Never ever ever use them again!!!!!

Can't deliver the full order. I've had two orders from come via DPD and both time there has been something missing from my order. This time I received someone else order with my label place over the correct address where it should have gone. Web site says that I've have received my order which I definitely have not! Currently waiting on the phone to speak with an adviser and I've been waiting for over half a hour. If they could do their job probably then they would most likely not have people on hold for so long.

Had to use them a lot (not through choice) always a day late I always have to use them because a company uses them to send me stuff. 8/9 times it’s not delivered the day it’s supposed to. I’ve had to collect it myself from the depot numerous times, but now they just say that’s not possible and have a horrible attitude I.e turned up 5 minutes before closing time (the wrong time is also on the website but luckily I knew it was an hour earlier is shut) for my fiancé to be told ‘we’re closed’. When I phoned and said they hadn’t closed for an other 5 minutes she said- no joke- ‘well that’s been an other 2 minutes so we are basically closed now. Byeee!’. I’ve even tried paying the £10 for early delivery and they cocked that up too. Now they yet again tell me that it’s not arrived at the depot and they can’t tell me why. They can only tell me I’ll get it tomorrow afternoon if I’m lucky. I can’t change it to collect myself (as I’ve done before). Today the woman I spoke to was better but still didn’t give me a choice and said I’ll get it tomorrow rather than investigating where my £90 parcel is and why it’s still on the road. Their attitude stinks at cambuslang and it’s always the same young women. At least when they’ve cocked yo before they apologise but this girl just give you one word answers with a fed up voice as if you’re stupid.

It's a disaster of a service, needs a complete reorganisation, Christmas staff and should treat paying customers like paying customers. Fortunately there is more than one postal service

Paid extra for evening delivery on 4 December - no delivery. Rescheduled for evening of 5 December - no delivery. Hinckley Branch just taking the mick (sic!). Obviously couldn't care less. Drivers to blame (?) - Tom on 4 December and Tobias on 5 December. You have been warned

I read a lot of complains, and until now I think my situation is the worst. I bought something on 22th November and was supposed to be delivered 26th, they changed every single day the delivery date until 30th. They said will delivery today, 4th December, but apparently it’s lost in depot and I can’t go there try find it. Every time I call to costumer service I wait 30min to someone pick up the phone, and they really don’t care about my problem. I don’t know more what can I do. How they lost a parcel?!

I am still waiting for my parcel. I was sent an email that I would receive it on 1/12/17. I was at home waiting for it, no one came, but they texted me that they didn't find me!! There was no note left of course. Then, I changed the delivery details, so I could pick it up from a collection point. Told me it would be ready on 1/12/17. Still waiting. I have sent 2 emails. No response. I called 3 times and I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes again with no response. I don't mind the delay but I'm afraid I will never get my parcel.. and no explanation/excuse received.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DELAYED MY DELIVERY AND COST ME ADDITIONAL CHARGES. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. DIDN'T HELP ME EITHER AND I WAS N HOLD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR BEFORE I EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. DO NOT USE THEM. I SPOKE TO AN EMPLOYEE CALLED DILLON MAJILTON, HE CLAIMED THAT THERE WERE MANAGERS FOR ME TO SPEAK TO SO THAT I COULD RAISE MY CONCERN. I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM ONE OF THE MANAGERS AND WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN CALLS TO CUSTOMERS??? AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address 5 miles away. I received a message to say it had been delivered and signed for....well not by me it hadn't! I messaged the seller who gave me DPD's details (surely it was the seller who should have carried this out). I called DPD and they knew exactly where my parcel was but between them and the seller were pretty useless. A week later I received a phone call from the address that had my parcel, I then collected today. Don't use them, they're a waste of space!

Appalling my parcel has been signed for apparently by me although I was at work and my wife was waiting for parcel. It has disappeared and the customer service time stated nothing they could do!! Use FedEx I say!

NEVER use them. Today I have waited for medical supplies the driver forged my signature and drove off with parcel. Luckily I have CCTV after over an hour to get through to customer services they said ... contact sender basically not our problem!!! I am left without my diabetes pump which could result in a major health risk. Untrustworthy, unreliable liars I will ask all companies who they ship with and of DPD will not buy!!

I have waited in four mornings for a delivery for which I paid extra to have next day delivery. DPD told me that they had tried to deliver and I wasn’t in. They didn’t. So I didn’t have a calling card with a number as a reference. Today, apparently, the parcel has been delivered. Just not to me. Not sure who signed for it. Now you could call it a one-off experience, but about four or five Christmases ago when I lived at another address, I had similar problems. In the end, my neighbours and I discovered the driver was dumping any parcel from our street in any garden and signing for it himself. DPD couldn’t care less. They just told me that I had signed for it, even though the signature wasn’t even my name.

Sent me a tracking email and text message with an hour slot. Watched the guy pull up on my drive, have a look aroun in the back of his van. Then I got to watch him drive away. The reason for not knocking on my door “couldn’t find your address” After that you get the pleasure of waiting on the line for 10 minutes to find out that he couldn’t find my parcel. So he just drove off. But don’t worry, they will deliver it the next day. Unfortunately, that’s a lie by customer service. Because they have lost it. Don’t worry though. Because the manager will find it and deliver it tomorrow. She is unsure why they didn’t do that the day before and unsure why he said it would be delivered today. They are unsure about a lot of things

Ordered 2 mobile phones from sky, 1 turned up with the packaging damaged. The other failed delivery 3 times, lots of calls later to be told that they had lost it in the depot and could not find after completing a parcel search 3 days prior!! I have had to then go back to sky and explain, unfortunately they no longer have these in stock so won't be able to deliver before xmas. What I find strange is the fact that the driver (not driving a branded van or uniform) new that the other parcel could not be found in the depot!

The package wasn't delivered twice even after calling customer service the first time and asking to ensure that they should ensure delivery the second time. no special arrangements were made to ensure that it was taken care of A previous package was also returned to the shipper, because DPD claimed the local shop had rejected it I have completely lost trust in this company
