Drivers can’t even read as they tried to deliver to the wrong address??? And their customer care number is just a recorded message you can’t even speak to an actual human being?

I waited all day to receive the delivery . Didn’t go anywhere . First DPD said Craig driver will be with you between 12.08pm-1.08 pm , didn’t come then another update delivery will be with you between 8.00-17.00 then another update at 17.05 delivery will be between 8.00am-22.00 then message there was no one in the house and left card but there was nothing . Now saying delivery will be next day . Useless and liar , never ever going to use this facilities.

What went wrong? What went right should be the question . You service is disgusting, you lie to your customers and expect to get away with it along side that the charges for the service should be free it's that bad!

Like the below customer I had ordered items and requested yesterday and took the day off to ensure I was around to receive it and nothing. Called the company I bought the goods from who tell me that DPD have lost it! DPD emailed to say it was at their depot 2 days ago and now nothing. Utterly useless.

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. It was due to be delivered yesterday. I cancelled an appointment to stay at home to receive the parcel and no delivery was made. This morning I received an email to say I had requested a change of delivery date. THIS IS A LIE. I made no such request and have asked to see whatever message they received, to check who it is from. I doubt I will get a reply. To fabricate a lie to cover their failure is not acceptable.

delivery failed to arrive following a text saying it would arrive between 9.40 and 10.40 on investigating where my parcel was I found out that firstly the driver claimed he couldn't find (I am just off the main road so difficult) and then I was told the road was blocked. What a load of bull they clearly didn't bother trying. I have to say this is not the first time I have been let down by DPD and if I have a choice(sadly you don't always get one) I would never use them. Royal Mail is now making the delivery but I have to wait for DPD to return it to the supplier before they can then re send via Royal Mail. Thanks again DPD for waisting another morning of my time and delaying my parcel by a week. No contact numbers to help sort out the problem and the driver doesn't call to say they are having difficulties so overall rubbish service

The driver came to the wrong place twice and I wasted my time staying at home to receive nothing. And there was no helpful support from the company to solve that. Terrible service!

Terrible. Meant to receive Monday not turn up, I opted to deliver to Halfords the next day to which only 1 of 3 was delivered. To then be told the other 2 will be delivered to my house today (Thursday) and now they changed their mind and will deliver tomorrow to Halfords. Also had problems 2 weeks ago apparently the driver couldn’t find our house so decided to leave our parcel at a random house but doesn’t know where and the 2nd part of that he left on the truck.

Appalling service from a company who could not care less about the customer. They damaged my goods beyond repair through bad handling and are completely unaccountable for it. Do not use this company,you have been warned.

The delivery company sent me an email telling me that my item was coming and offering me the chance to have the parcel left in a safe place if I was not going to be in. I left instructions only to find that they did not deliver. The nearest centre I could go to was not close or any of the usual collection points that I use regularly. The collection point is on a very busy crossroads with nowhere to park. All in all a very frustrating experience. I suggested that Charles Clinkard use Collect+ in future.

Order microwave from John Lewis. Dpd are delivering to my local supermarket and not my home although I hadn't indicated this. 2nd time this has happened without my consent. Get confirmation email saying parcel is ready to collect next day from 12.00pm. Go to supermarket at 6.00pm and they haven't got it. Go onto dpd app and it says returned to depot attempting delivery next day. God knows whether it'll be my home or the supermarket. Terrible courier. Customer services not available how convenient.

Parcels2go are now hiding behind DPD who are a good company. But they must not let P2G drag them down to their appalling level of customer service So do not use DPD online its not them its a front for P2G

What a disgusting delivery company. Sat at home waiting for my delivery, decided to check the app when it was late only to see that the status was ‘delivery refused’. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with this company. You call customer services and they don’t even answer the phone, just a continuous message saying that there is high call volume and the call will take over 5 minutes to be answered. 20minutes later, still waiting for someone to answer. To get a response, call your seller and ask for a full refund. Only when companies who use DPD, keep having to give people refunds because of poor service will this company go out of business. Can’t give less than 1 star on the rating

Do not trust or use this company at any cost. It been 2 months not a single parcel has been delivered on a single attempt. Many parcels ended up going back to the seller. They always lie that they try to deliver the item but no one was at home. Big big lies. Customer services are same as drivers promises alot but delivers non. This company needs to shut down.

Do not trust your items with this company. They crushed three well packed boxes in the same delivery with valuable contents and the customer service is appalling they care absolutely nothing about the customer. We are seeking legal advice and are spreading the word via social media. We have also contacted Watchdog and have received a response asking for further information

Useless Please Avoid very unprofessional Rubbish Avoid this con courier service Never ever use this courier service. I bought a dress from Goddiva UK a few day’s ago. First I received a message from this service that my package due to be delivered on Saturday the 2nd of June has changed to Monday 4th of June between 11.46 to 12:46 am. I had to postpone everything I had planned to do on Monday waiting for this parcel. Shockingly for me on Monday I was at home waiting for this parcel then came a message with a fat lie that Dpd attempted delivery and there was no one at home to sign. Dpd now locations to choose where I can pick up my parcel. I think this courier is total con. My question is where’s a note to proof that Dpd actually came to my door to deliver the parcel? I the UK government needs to ban all these quake courier services aimed as taking money from people and not rendering the services for which people had paid for. Everything I had planned to do today has been totally wasted because I was waiting for a ghost delivery service. I can conclude that no one attempted delivery and the only way to hide their unprofessional service was to to tell me that delivery will be attempted again tomorow or give me other locations where to pick up my delivery. When I take a closer look at the time the parcel was to be collected feom the nearest shop it says 12 noon. Why should a parcel that was delivered today due to no one to assign the parcwl be collected in a local shop late at 12noon? Why cant i collect it later that same evening? This tells me no one even yeued to deliver my parcel. Shame on you DPD. You ate total con and giving peoplea lot of distress with your unprofessional servic shame on yoi. Apparently they attempted 2 deliveries over the weekend, no calling card or nothing. On both occasions I was at home waiting, but no one showed up. Bunch of liars. Not sure how are they still around.

Paid a fortune for Saturday delivery before 10:30am. I was waiting and spotted a DPD van go by. He went to an address over a mile away and tried unsuccessfully to deliver it there. I received notice that they tried and failed to get an answer at door of address. "along with a photo of a different address", over a mile from the correct one! You need to invest in some Satnavs. I will try for a refund but I'm not holding my breath 96% deliveries on time. NO
