Paid a lot to have two bulky items delivered - first of all, they didn't pick them up from my family's place on the agreed upon date so they had to bring them... They'll only deliver Monday to Friday around 10 am - I'm working full time and I live alone and couldn't carry those items. Now my partner has to rent a car and pick them up with me on Saturday before 10.30 am. What am I paying for?Never again.

was going to explain all the problems had with DPD but will not waste my time, they are the worst delivery company, how can they get away with this, I have informed my recent supplier Fortum & Mason they should seriously consider cancelling their contract with them. I really need to check who the courier is when I next order anything

Is it so hard to deliver parcel from the first time? your driver made a mistake, instead of 674, he came to 647 and after he called me refused to came back ! Even after i told him that he made a mistake, he need to come back, you promised to send it n few days, which was 22nd May. and yesterday i got msg that "my parcel is on its way back to Foray Clothing ltd" is it a joke? a your call centre is just helpless. Explain me please, why shell i spend my time by trying to track and get my parcel? when i'm paying for 3-4 days delivery? Is it that difficult ti employer driver who do have common sense ? who can read addresses of uk? Where shell i write more to get my parcel on time? on my address? without writing hundred complains? without hearing what to do, where to call from your customer centre to get my parcel? it is not the first time i have the same problem i mean you never came on time.

Awful service, phone being delivered left note on door requesting it to be delivered to neighbour dpd driver took a picture of the door and note and said they hadn't delivered.following day wouldn't leave phone with my son despite him showing ID and being at the delivery address in the end had to drive to put 'local' depot 1 hour and 30 minute trip there and back What a disgrace this company is

For the 3rd consecutive time the parcel has not been collected. Despite more promises to collect by 5.30 pm today, DPD lines are closed and no pick up has been made by 18.58 hrs!!!! To add insult to injury on each occasion they have said the pick up was attempted. Total and absolute lies, as having waited all day at home and then at work (with a fully staffed reception also being aware) NO-ONE arrived to pick up. Unacceptable, unprofessional, aggravating and not even a guarantee they will turn up at some point (who knows when) tomorrow!!!!!!

This company has managed to go from being one of the best courier companies to the absolute worst. I’ve had missing parcels, items taken to the wrong address and even received seriously damaged items. Currently I’m waiting for a delivery which has apparently mysterously gone missing at their depot. Retailers be warned - you will lose a great deal of customers if you use DPD as I for one will not shop with anyone in the future who uses them. They are absolutely hopeless and dishonest.

Parcel never arrived. Lied on their website that no one was at home to accept the delivery despite my waiting. Tried to track on their website -- said calling card left -- another lie. Rearranged delivery for later in the week and called them to confirm -- only to be told that the item was damaged and thus could not be delivered. My impression -- inefficient liars. Reordered another of the item and asked the supplier specifically NOT to use DPD.

They are not suitable for rural deliveries if you live off a main road. Their website does not allow more than 200 characters if you need to give detailed instructions to find an address.

I was given a delivery time of 1434 to 1534 but was actually in all day. At 1456, I got an e-mail to say that no-one was available to sign for the order and a card had been left. The e-mail included a photo of the front door so the driver must have been here. I went to the front door to confirm that the bell was working perfectly, which it was. There was no sign of the card. I responded by e-mail asking that the driver make another attempt today and this time try ringing the bell or 'phoning so I could come to the door to collect.

EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS BAND OF COWBOYS,COULDN'T ORGANISE PISSUP IN A BREWERY,DO NOT NOT NOT USE THEM THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS,THE DRIVERS SAY THEY MISSED YOU BUT DON'T TURN UP IN FIRST PLACE AND SAY THEY LEAVE A CALLING NOTE,NEVER DO,AND WHEN THEY DO DELIVER IT GOES TO WRONG ADDRESS,OR YOU GET SO MUCH B.S. YOU GO TO DEPOT AND GET IT YOURSELF AFTER ITS BEEN ON A JOLLY ROUND THE COUNTRYSIDE IN THE VAN FOR A WEEK PAST YOUR HOUSE COUNTLESS TIMES.

Horrible customer service. Very rude staff. My parcel was promissed to be delivered on Saturday but I just called them for an update and they said it is stuck in the truck until Monday and they will not do anything about it. I asked the advisor why did you promise Saturday and she said it is a mistake and she cant do anything about it in a very rude and disgusting tone. Then I asked to be transfered to a manager in customer services and she said there is nothing she can do and there is no compensation for the mistake they have made and they will not deliver the parcel until Monday, end of story. They put me in a totally speechless situation so I had to put the phone down. I am really disgusted with their customer services. Will never use them again. They are a nightmare

Track a Parcel, what a Joke it tells you it was collected at 09.45 from local depot and then tells you at 09.45 they couldn't delivery it. Blimey that was a quick decision. Keep ringing main number and when it puts you through to the local Depot they keep putting the phone down on you. WHAT A RUBBISH DELIVERY COMPANY!!

I don't understand how this company get repeat business. I have just tracked my parcel that was given a 18:13 to 19:13 time slot after waiting in all day for it. Nothing arrived. The update says could not find your address or gain entrance. This is an absolute lie. My postcode brings everyone (including DPD) to my door. I have been working in a bay window looking onto the street all day, above my front door. I have just waited 33 minutes on the customer service line. They have no information at their finger tips and their hold music actually ramps up your temper like you need it. Seriously flawed system.

Same poor experience with DPD. Dishonest! Was home all day and DPD lied stating attempted delivery and left notification. Untrue! People would understand if you tell the truth. I wish Amazon would not use them.

You tell lies about "Special arrangements that have delayed delivery". When I call I am directed to the website which gives no help at all. Your service is appalling and now I don't buy from companies that use your services so you are losing business for your customers. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.

My parcel was returned daily to your depot for 6 consecutive days. The information in your routine messages was inaccurate and inadequate, therefore unreliable and untrue. I watched the map while the driver went past my home. My delivery times were daily changed, as they were today. Customer services told me my parcel was too big to be left at Sainsbury, the article being 13 inches long and 5 inches wide, weighed about 1 kilo. Promise delivery again today but again nothing and no believable explanation or fix.

Totally balls up on a delivery. Have been messed around on multiple days and am still yet to receive my parcel. Now been 7 days and counting since the parcel has been at their depot (southwark), which is under 2 miles to my house. Had an excuse of "can not find address" (in this day and age)? Epic failure. I could have walked it to my house many times over in the same duration?

Do not use this company if you value your delivery. I ordered cream and the driver left it in the sunshine on my doorstep not only for a passer by to take but in the baking heat. He did not get the required signature and ignored my request and a4 note on the door to deliver across the road. He then lied and said i left a message asking for it to be left in my porch. What porch? I spent 25 minutes holding on the phone. They ignored my first text and in the end passed the buck back to the cream company. Terrible service, terrible customer service and all this at £15. I will not be using this company ever again
