Delivery time slot 3 days ago was not accurate, waited I. The next day and guaranteed delivery, even tracked my delivery with the app which is a total waste of time since it did t arrive again even when the delivery driver went two miles by my house. 3rd day, the parcel is missing now and no one can give an update, another day off work. Still no parcel. I'm shocked at there service, and lies. No remorse.

Should rename themselves DPD photographers - didn't actually try and deliver my parcel, or leave their fabled 'calling card' - just took a photo of the front of the house.

Apparently they delivered my parcel to the wrong address with a fake name on the signature. They customer service is completely useless and they are not able to find the parcel! Unbelievable!

I have 2 complaints with in week one I have a missing parcel which when I have tried to tack down was delivered to number 13, that's funny because there isn't a number 13 on my street. Second I have been waiting for my parcel for 4 days now after receiving the tx saying it be delivered on Tuesday 29th & me requesting for it to be delivered to a neighbour twice. Why send this message if you are going to ignore the request I know for a fact my neighbours were in. Two days on from them ignoring my request I still haven't received my parcel and when I track the number there is no information on when it will delivered. They also did not leave cards for either of my 2 parcels, at least with the second one I got a tx but with my parcel with supposedly went to number 13 there was nothing. Awful service all round.

Unfortunately, DPD couriers did not deliver the package twice. To be at home, and to pick it up, I finished work for 2 days earlier. For what they do not pay me. I lost 40 pounds on that. On Thursday, 30 May, courier Karolis did not even leave any note that he was. I only received a message that nobody was at home when I was waiting for him. I contacted DPD in this matter. Next day on Friday, May 31, they were to deliver the parcel again :) This time, the courier Nick did not even knock on the door just left a note that he was there and no one found it and this time he took a photo of my door, of course from behind the fence. I went to DPD Peterborough to pick up the parcel in person and submit a complaint. UNFORTUNATELY They did not have my package :( And in the case of a complaint, they told me to contact the seller, I'm pissed off

Parcel lost or stolen by DPD that's what I've been told by the sender . After all I can not login on my dpd account anymore. Stay away from this company

Given a delivery slot of between 12 and 1pm, as its a flat actually saw the DPD van drive past and the driver then had the audacity to say there had been no- one at home and had left a card. Total lies!!! Rang AO to complain/rant and re-delivery promised before 5pm. Suprise suprise the delivery failed to turn up again...without doubt the worst delivery company out there and should wind up their business and not the customers.

Each time you will speak (email as they don't like face to face) with a different adviser, who cannot and will not assist. Your parcel will arrive when and where they want. You will be text a premium 0844 number which is automated and cost you. They love saying "sorry" but dislike taking action. Please ask your suppliers to consider switching their account and email them a link of TrustPilot and Reviews.

I have never written an online review for anything in my life but my experience with DPD was so utterly abysmal I will do so for the first time here. Least helpful customer service and worst delivery arrangement I have had, which is saying a lot as I have previously undertaken intermention moves that were easier. I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday between 330 and 530. Sat at my flat for two hours waiting during the middle of the workday and at 530 received a message "sorry we missed you". Lies. No one attempted to deliver the package. After calling and talking to someone who agreed that the missed delivery was entirely DPD's fault the best they could do was to deliver it the next day between 830 and 1030am, so another two hours taking off from work. On Wednesday at 9:00 I use the DPD app to chat with an advisor to make sure the parcel would be delivered before 1030, they guaranteed it would be. Not surprisingly, at this point, come 1030 the parcel has not been delivered despite repeated assurances now from two people that it would be delivered during that time. When speaking to someone on Wednesday at the best they could tell me was that I would receive a delivery ETA by 11am. Finally got someone on the phone who then told me the delivery wouldn't happen until 1-2pm because, get this, the morning truck was full. That's right they just didn't send it out in the morning because they didn't have enough space. Its now a full day of missed worked and the bets anyone at DPD could do was say sorry. The managers even refused to talk to me on the phone saying they were too busy and would have to call me back. I will never use DPD again and strongly urge anyone out there to refrain from using them.

My parcel was sent to the wrong place I've been waiting 10 days and still it hasn't arrived. Rude and useless customers service.

The tracking service said delivery would from 06:00 to 18:00 on the 26th wasted a full day sitting in. Hope the day will come when we can bill these parcel firms for our time?

So far they sent back six parcels to the seller stating someone at my address refused the deliveries. I do work from home, and I was home at the time shown on DPD tracking page. When I checked the DPD tracking page, it said the parcel was refused, which is false. I asked my two "Super Dupper" dogs, and they swore to have nothing to do with this. I was perplexed when I discovered DPD sent the package back to the seller. I am starting to suspect DPD sent the packages to Mars after I learned DPD announced the launch of DPD design space. Spooky!!!!

A delivery company that doesn't deliver. They either send it back to depowithout attempting to deliver or delivery it to completely the wrong address and leave you to work out who the hell has your parcels, then I'm left trying to figure out how to transport items that don't fit in a car boot. Just so shoddy.

First time DPD customer. Arranged a collection of two parcels on Wednesday 23/5. No one appeared and no contact of any kind - not even the email with the collection slot. Rearranged for yesterday Thursday - again no collection or contact of any sort. Talked with live chat several times but they are of no real use they don't know what is happening on the ground. Just been on to them again to arrange a refund -no apology just went through the motions. Not even sure if they are DPD or just a call centre representing them. Very unsatisfactory and has caused me no end of problems. Not sure anyone from DPD really cares.

Don't believe customer services! Don't bother with leave in safe space or neighbour they just ignore that. Don't bother calling to complain, wait time stated in excess of 5 minutes is for the 3rd time over 30! I'm still waiting....Don't email or use Facebook because they don't reply. No surprise their ratio g is so bad....shocking all round.

They said that no one was in to receive the item. I was actually outside my door, which was open, whilst I did some cleaning outside waiting for them. They either employ incompetent staff who don't go to the correct address, or they have some drivers who feed back lies.

I got notification of a delivery I was expecting giving me options for what to do if I’m not going to be in. I opted for leave in safe place and signed the waiver on the DPD site. Next I get a notice to say they were unable to deliver my parcel because there was no one in to sign for it. No customer service number. No complaints procedure. Hopeless if you actually need something delivered urgently. V poor service. I wish businesses would not use them.
