The absolute worst! Stated they delivered my parcel, when i saw the picture it wasnt even on my street! How hard is it to follow a satnav? Then customer services pass you from one person to the next, dont call back when they ask you to book a time and when you do speak to them they fob you off in a very uninterested tone. Still havent had a follow up call nor my parcel!

If only they would be honest and admit they had damaged the product - but all you get is generic lies - no ability to contact and a mass of mis-information - all resulting in large costs to me - missed deadlines and huge costs. If only I could buy locally from the village shop would happily pay twice the price to avoid these lies / issues.

Terrible terrible terrible! I don’t think there is any worse of this company! They always lie about missing me and leaving a card! Never rely on them if you want you parcel to reach destination in less than a week!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely awful, will refuse to deliver your package and then won't give you your money back! Possibly the worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of using.

The worst delivery service I have come across!! They failed to deliver a critical parcel (covid testing kits) at the designated address on one occasion, sent it back to the depot. Got in touch with their team to redeliver and failed again on the second attempt as well. The delivery man just went and delivered the parcel to a near by shop who now refuses to release the kits to a nominated person - I cant collect them in person as I am based abroad and need the kits as part of arrival in UK requirements. The absurdity of the situation is bewildering. The company that has sent the kits is ok with the kits being released to a nominated person with requisite proof of ID & documentation, but DPD wont release the parcel. Totally rubbish customer care team who just don't have any solutions! Beyond frustrated is an understatement.

DPD is an abysmal service. Yet another spoiled purchase experience due to their failed deliveries. CCTV confirms their tendency to porky pies and this time they photograph the door from a distance with a note clearly attached advising them how to leave the parcel given that they had failed the day before when someone was present to accept it. Had previously registered preference for delivery if not in! Very difficult to contact or complain. My heart sinks when a seller says to expect a DPD delivery. Sellers need to take some responsibility for using this organisation and expect poor feedback themselves too!

DPD, simply an amateur set up run by clowns. This is the second time this company have blithely told me my parcel has been delivered….yes, but not to me !! Wrong address, photo of a door that is not mine, unable to contact driver to recover it. My house displays name and number prominently, it can be seen easily as you drive past. I for one will never give this company my custom again.

No ring, no knock on the door, all the while I was right behind it. Just an email saying they've missed me. It's happened too many times to me and from what I can read here to other people too. I'm just sorry that I can't choose who I have my stuff delivered by. DPD will not even be on the list, ever.

DPD left our Covid tests hanging from the post box, as they could not be bothered to ring the bell and hand them over to us. As a result the parcels were stolen. Our experiences with DPD have been from bad to worse, we are now dreading receiving parcels from them. Surprised they are still in business!

Definitely the worst delivery company I ever worked. Not even 1 star for you. And thank you for not paying me wages u primary school educated racist clowns. A pure shithole. Your drivers driving 80-90 miles per hour specially in villages. Go back to Germany or France and do delivery there.

As with all the other customer reviews I have paid extra for a specific day when I'm home for delivery and they can't let you know where the parcel is you can't track it and its not even been attempted like they say as I have a ring doorbell the worse customer service in UK they just hang up half way threw after waiting for an answer. AVOID AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE

I have waited in for 3 days for my appointments and watched an email ping through from the driver to say sorry your driver missed you today. Escalated to a complaint and promised the driver would be returning that same day.... only to be contacted by DPD later on to say he wasn't answering his phone. He wasn't even attempting to deliver the parcel to the correct address, but 1/4 mile down the road and must have driven past our property which has 2 large signs naming the house and business at the end of our drive. Completely useless driver! I am beyond despair trying to get a replacement phone. They are trying again tomorrow with a different driver.

I would give -1 if I could. I was expecting a parcel today and took a day off to receive it. The delivery time was between 3 to 4. And at 3.45 I got a text message that they were unable to deliver it as no one home. I was home, I left a note to the driver to say knock on the door or call me . I am sure that the driver neither knocked or called. I could not see the calling card anywhere and when I opened the door it was on the edge of the drive wa nearing the door. Tried to call, but everything is automated and other then the option of talking to someone they have all other stupid options. Their automated system doesn't give the complaint procedure list either. This is really irresponsible of DPD. Never want them to deliver any of my parcel again. Horrible service.

Don't even bother knocking just drive past your house to the nearest drop of location so you have to pick up yourself. Why pay for delivery?

Advised that delivery delayed due to problem in my area (Buckingham). Now advised goods are in Inverness, 300 miles away. Hardly in my area. What a joke.

The driver takes photo of my door, but never knocks at it... I rung in time to have the parcel delivered, told that they will ring me back, they did, but the driver did not picked up his phone to answer, as he knew what he did, and instead he dropped my parcel to a dedicated store, for me to go to pick up the parcel. But who pays my wasted day, and calls back and forth? Shame on you dpd!

The only delivery company that asks to take a photo of the parcel in the open door. Isn’t that a breach of privacy?
