I placed an order and paid extra to have it delivered on the 31'st. I stood by the door the whole morning only to check my email and see that the driver ,,attempted" delivery but I wasn't home so it will be delivered 2 days later. The picture of the door that your driver put on the app as ,,evidence" is not even mine nor nowhere near my address. So your drivers are taking random door pictures, skipping deliveries and posting those pictures to get out of their work. This is absolutely not acceptable and a terrible experience. Your DEPO called saying that the driver refuses to come back and there's nothing more to be done. So I paid money to ensure delivery, your employee didn't feel in the mood to deliver the paid service that specific day and the response is though luck. Update: The second ,,attempt" on Sunday, it happened again. Your driver pulled up in front of my building, went in the back of the van, after 2 minutes came out empty handed and went back into the car and drove away. When my timeslot expired he set the status as having missed me at home and put up a random picture of a different house. I have it all on video this time because I was sure this was going to happen again and of course, IT DID! I have requested a full refund for my order, no longer interested in waiting around for your employees. I will never buy again from a company that uses you to deliver.

Waited in all day for delivery. Followed the dpd app to see where driver was. When I was drop 49 of 51 got a notification I was not in and missed my delivery. Then a photo of my front door. Paid extra to have it delivered today. I rang dpd straight away which were not any help. Said couldn't contact driver and would have to rearrange. I paid for this specific day because its the only day was in due to work commitments. Really frustrating as sat waiting for the delivery and no knock at the door.

Absolute joke keep returning my delivery to sender saying I refused it and no card through door. Even used the leave with neigbour request and they didn't cant understand how im supposed to get my delivery from a company who does not deliver.

no attempt was made to deliver a parcel which a relative had sent to us. just a cop out text at 5.00am asking us to contact them. very poor service

Absolutely disgusted. Current investigation in place. Courier said he delivered 4 items when he only gave 3 and took a pitlcture of the 3?! The one he didn't delivery was my upgrade phone worth around £1000 called dpd and they called the driver who was adamant he left it. Absolute liar, threatened to call police and reported to dpd and e.e who are investigating. Drivers name was Dee and its southampton area so please be aware if parcels go missing with this driver. Absolutely disgusted its new years eve, the upgrade was for my partner as a surprise now she's heard me complaining about it and knows, absolutely ruined my new year and absolutely disgusted with the driver, the customer team at the depot in fairness are being quite good in trying to sort it but be aware. Bence Didn't even turn up to my flat , but said I wasn't in and toke a photo of a shop wall ...Still haven't received my parcel either 👎👎👎

I paid DPD to return a package that has been held at customs since August 2021. DPD has since not delivered the package to the recipient, nor returned it to sender and has completely gone silent. I need advice on how I can take DPD to small claims court. I have been completely robbed blind. My damages are as follows: £88 to send £61 to return and £400+ worth for the contents.

trespass through your property a house three doors away to when you ring up to complain about it they laugh at you just found out why over £65phone bill is this good customer service I DO NOT THINK SO

I ordered a next day delivery to send Christmas presents to my daughter on 20th December. I received no updates, couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone, had to pay £6 each time to call them during which I was cut off twice, I finally learned on Christmas Eve that my parcel was still at the newsagent I had dropped it off at 4 days previous. The automated help service was no help and didn’t answer my questions. My daughter didn’t receive her gifts until 30th December which partially ruined Christmas for her. I’ll be using a different company next year.

I ordered my animal food for over Christmas and paid for next day delivery. The next day came and went. No card through the door and was told that no one answered, even though we were all in and I had taken other deliveries that day. I contacted them the next day (Christmas eve) I was assured again that it was being delivered that day. The time came, the tracking said our driver Zain was running late and he would be with us shortly. 2 hours that went on before it then said he had just taken it back to the depot. So Christmas no food for my animals had to fork out more money to buy brands from the local shop that my dog in particular had never had before. His tummy didn't like that. So then it's 2 bank holidays straight after Christmas. Then still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS IMCOMPETANT COMPANY. They don't care about the customer the drivers get paid for nothing. They are not the fastest Hermes are by far better then this. I will be doing everything in the future to make sure I never have to use this company again!

Worst ever! My son paid for DPD next day delivery which enabled parcel to be 'left' (abandoned at door without owner's knowledge) with a 'neighbour' over half a mile away (there are about 200 nearer ones). Eventually traced and picked up only to be told it is a frequent problem.

DELIVERY SERVICE COSTUMER SERVICE ARE OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Delivery driver doesnt even tried to deliver my item! costumer service just promising and nothing happening!

They delivered (with evidence as they claim) my package to a totally different person in a another city!!!.. you don't check the city, zip code, ID #dpd?? This company should be taken to court!!

Absolutely shocking company. Our parcel was supposed to be delivered today for Xmas present. It’s now sitting in a depot 30 miles and they would not let us collect. But told us if it was perishable goods we could have!!! Told them we wouldn’t come in would collect from street but nothing good enough this was lunch time today and they were open until 7.30. My son is now without his Xmas present. Absolutely raging with this joke of a company not delivering until Wednesday now 🤬🤬

Christmas present never delivered, they just said we'd missed delivery everytime (we didn't as we were always in and have a video doorbell). Failed to deliver on 5 different days. I contacted customer services to provide additional information to help the driver, including land marks, a phone number to ring if the driver was having trouble, and also a what3words geolocation of our front door so they couldn't miss it. Still no delivery. Now I can't give my mum her Christmas present this year. We have had no problem with royal mail, hermes etc delivering to the house

Received a text from DPD stating that my parcel had been left with my "friendly" neighbour (someone I,d never heard of) not even in our street, the address was clearly marked ,What sort of idiot drivers are employed by this company?

DPD driver delivered parcel but stole another parcel I had delivered, despicable behaviour, please return the stolen goods this was an Xmas gift !

Absolutely shocking service. We instructed the driver where to leave a parcel and he clearly ignored our request and sent it back to the depot. Upon speaking to customer services three times I was told that the parcel would be redelivered the following day but that didn't happen either. We received it three days later. Several days later I've had the same sort of issues with a parcel. The driver has said that he's tried to deliver a parcel even though we've been in all day. Very dis-appointing yet again from dpd. I will not be recommending dpd to anyone.

Shocking service,once again failed to deliver a parcel,I Nicked named them Delayed Parcel Service but driving around over the last few weeks maybe DPD should stand for Driver Particularly Dangerous,
