“Awful. Waited 2 hours. Driver drove past the building without stopping. Sent a message that he’d missed me and posted a photograph of another building. Really dreadful.”

“My new phone from Motorola was due to be delivered yesterday between 10 and 1. The UPS tracking app showed it out for delivery from Edinburgh 20 miles away at 07.30. It never arrived all day but the UPS tracking app gave the same information all day. Today the tracking app shows it setting off from Edinburgh at 07.30 yesterday on a more than 600 mile journey through England and arriving at Cumbernauld about 10 miles from me early this morning. Still no indication on the app when it might arrive. I've never had a satisfactory delivery from UPS and this is not yet as bad as some. When companies don't tell you who their courier is this can happen. Whenever I have known that UPS will be involved I have gone elsewhere. Haven't come across any courier even half as bad. Worst thing is their automated reply on complaint site saying that they will investigate and respond. They never once have to me. 1ZV8A297D907117489 reference”

“Zu erst habe ich sms bekommen das mein Packet wird heute zugestellt und dann 1 Woche später war noch nicht da weil auf meine Straße war Baustelle und der Lieferant könnte nicht zu Fuß 1 Minute kommen. Sehr enttäuscht!!! Zum Schluss liegt gerade mein Packet in eine pickup Point.”

“If if was possible to give a zero I would give this instead. Drivers lie that they've attempted a delivery second attempt at delivery i was watching my door camera no one turned up. Customer service is non existent as you cant talk to anyone just an automated service. A real scumbag company. Absolutely useless.”

“Went to track package and it said they tried to deliver it but no one was home (wrong, we were here and door bell camera showed no one came). Clicked on "What Happens Next" and nothing came up. Tried to call DPD multiple times and got transferred or disconnected. Called the credit card company and got my money back. I'm amazed DPD is in business and that anyone even considers doing business with them. What a shame, I can't order from Radley London because they use a shipper that doesn't deliver.”

“DPD Collected my parcel on 15th May which was being sent to Australia. I could track my parcel all the way and it was delivered this morning in Australia. I think in these uncertain times 10 days is amazing. Well done DPD.”

“I didn't find them very useful. Send parcel abroad. Not only payed more that originally quoted but also had to pay tax as my parcel got stuck in depo in Holland. You would if think that they will advice you about the tax before you send the parcel. After all they see where are u sending it. When I called the office the check where my parcel is they adviced me to wait few days for their response in email. Very disappointed”

“Booked 2 parcel to be collected from Aberdeen address, 1 going to Livingston another to Glasgow. They where both collected at 12.30 on the 20th fir next day delivery. The Livingston one arrived at my customer at 20.15 on the 21st. The Glasgow one made its way to Hickley hub in England before arriving at Mossend depot on the 22nd . Absolutely disappointed in this service Customer should have had parcel at least on afternoon of the 21st, now won't get toll Monday 24th.”

“booked a day off to receive a parcel got a delivery slot between 8.24 and 9.34 sat and waited then get a text saying "sorry we missed you" and a photo of my front door ?? i have a sign on the doorframe saying "please ring door bell" which obviously he didn't because i would have heard it and answered the door (the bell is wired to the mains and works perfectly) i now have to book another day off an hope i get my parcel (i'm going to put a very large sign on my door to use the bell) this is the 2nd time i've had trouble with DPD last time they left a parcel on my doorstep while i was at work and surprisingly it got stolen, worst company ever.”

“Tried to deliver a valuable parcel twice they went to the wrong address twice,sent them a photo of the building,directions,phone number and still couldn't deliver it.My stress levels are through the roof now with this totally incompetent company,My heart sinks when I order something when the seller says it will be delivered by dpd.”

“Your delivery guy Ian ! If you had more staff like him I might consider using you for my business! He saved the day , you didn’t inform of delivery day .. I was at work , he came 2 days afterwards, fantastic man ! On his own for a fridge freezer... I live in flat ! More staff like him might improve your bad reputation! Wake up !”

“Is a door step a porch? What is a door used for? What is a doorbell for? We have a video doorbell so record the DPD person make no attempt to a. Wait for an answer B. Open the door. If the delivery instructions are Front Porch then how does it mean door mat outside in rain? 1 star because at least you found the address.”

“Sh%# company. All day I was waiting for my baby formula and they left the parcel in the other address. When I went there no one pick up ! I got the hermes delivery 10min before them without the problems. Change the drivers if they don't know how to find properly house!”

“Worst company ever, the driver tried to deliver the item a few mins than the scheduled delivery time and also waited 25 seconds for someone to answer the door, even when we shouted through to him we were on the way to the door, he was talking to someone on his phone at the time because it was all captured on my ring doorbell, he had no intention on delivering the item and was going before my 1 hour time slot had began.”

“@DPD_UK #dpdlocalonline delivered PCR test results 72 hours late. Next day delivery by 10.30 a.m. service. Friday morning delivery became Monday morning delivery. Efficacy of sample ⬇️. Online help useless. No refund as ‘no guarantee’ of delivery line in its T&Cs. Beyond appalling.”

“DPD delivery for Piktfresh. Clue is in the name - delivers ‘fresh’ food. Box was covered in notices to say ‘must be delivered on time’. DPD delivered 24 hrs late and some food turned to mush!! Granted could have been quality of produce at Piktfresh end but named delivery day doesn’t mean when it suits them! Shame.”

“Ordered phone from 02 get a text email from this courier saying getting delivered Tuesday sat in all day get a text 4pm sorry delayed but back on track text messages next day your parcel will delivered today needs a signature not delivered same thing Thursday and Friday and the item needed a signature am expected to sit in all day for days on end listening to their lies they told me it’s in transit but that’s just lies if it was in transit I would of had it by now am seriously thinking of telling them to shove it and just cancel my contact just a shower of liars 4 days on the trot I get text emails saying it’s getting delivered today am I just expected to plonk my bum on the couch till you decide to drop it off there’s a list of questions about the delivery which I can’t answer as it’s not been delivered”

“Would give zero if could, driver rude, caught glimpse of someone running up my drive, so went to door to find driver running back out. When saw me, shouted “parcel in bin” and threw a missed you card at me, not filled in, not written on or marked in any way if in safe place or at neighbours! Didn’t make any attempt to knock. So if hadn’t seen him, bin collection next day would have seen my parcel disappear at the refuge centre! Used number printed on card and said was dropped off 3 hours earlier than actual by liam snd in my porch....which is a miracle as don’t have a porch! So no evidence of where parcel would be! Complained to dpd, ignored the complaint as they don’t care about their customers who end up having to pay them without choice. Worse than hermes, and thats saying something as hermes useless! Avoid DPD”
