“I had to give them one star to be able to post a review! Otherwise it would be ZERO. They are muppets who couldn't deliver my parcel because the driver couldn't locate it on his van!!! The item is a paddleboard. I'm so angry”

“After taking a day off work to stay at home and wait for a delivery, the driver arrived..sat in the van without getting out and then marked as failed with no answer. The customer service team was useless online, on the phone and using the WhatsApp number. Finally got it so it was guaranteed for next day before 12 and at 12.20 I'm still waiting on the driver to arrive and now going to be late for work!. No compensation offered and simply as a company they don't care. This isn't the first time we've had problems. A few months ago a driver took it apon himself to walk in to my home without even knocking!! Then got aggressive when confronted The next time.i place an order with a company I will be checking there delivery user and if it is DPD I will.not.be buying”

“My parcel delivery was at 14.50 to 15.50 today. I went to pick my daughter from school. Received a mail saying parcel delivered at my front porch with a pic. In reality there was not even delivery attempted as my cctv showed the proof. I lodged a complaint. Later they removed the pic. Thieves beware!!!”

“Having tracked our delivery to within 10 minutes of our house we were sat waiting in the front room. Then a message saying sorry we missed you and at that moment the van went flying past our house at speed. What a farce. Will my delivery happen tomorrow, not holding my breath. Abysmal service.”

“Terrible service. Received a picture of my parcel on someone’s door saying that it had been delivered to me. Contacted DPD and they asked me to knock on my neighbours door and ask if they had my item??? Which one when the driver didn’t left a note on my postbox stating if he actually left the parcel with someone else. Asked DPD to ring the driver and ask him where is my parcel and customer service said they can’t… they just send the info for depo and that I can complain to my seller. Completely joke.”

“I ordered a delivery, I was informed it would be delivered on the 29th January,he didn't buzz up to my flat just took a picture of the security door, then I asked for next day redelivery and explained how to use the security door,he missed me again by not coming upstairs, then I was told to do another redelivery,which I did ,now it's the 31st January instead of redelivering to me ,it was sent back to the sender, I am very grateful that the sender was professional and authorised a replacement,it doesn't help that I am on disability and can't just pop to the shop to buy the item.”

“Worst delivery company ever. While I was home the whole day, I receive the notification ‘sorry we missed you’. Meaning that the drive didn’t even actually come to my flat for deliver my parcel. I call the assistance, I explain the situation saying that I payed extra to have the parcel delivered on this specific day. She tells me that I can still have it that day and they will send me the address for collection. Couple on hours later, still no informations. I call again and another operator inform me that the delivery to the posto office is actually been requested for the day after. This is absolutely unprofessional! This company is a joke.”

“Driver pig ignorant put the parcel out the door I said hello he just took a picture , turned and walked away didn’t say a word. DPD should teach these drivers some manners as they obviously haven’t got any Post Code for reference ng24 4pp”

“delivery seems to dpend on the postcode. a single incorrrect digt or number throws the whole systemout, with the driver unable to revert to the hous and street name by default. it also seem to be a temptation in rural sreas to drive past and send a 'we missedyou' 'email, but nno card through the letterbox to show they actually stopped.perhaps it all relies on the IQ of the driver, ALTHOUGH I SUSPECT IT IS IN REALITY THAT THE DRIVERS HAVE ANUNREALISTIC NUMBER OF DROPS GIVEN TOTHEM.PER SHIFT.LEVING NO TIME TO USE THEIR INITIATIVE.HERMES, NOW EVERI, HAVE SHOWN THE OTHERS HOW TO REVITALISE AND IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE.PERHAPS DPD COULD COPY THEM.”

“DPD are disgusting,delivery is atrocious Someone sent me a lovely parcel of flowers,it didn't arrive(and several in the past hasn't one even put in our garden refuse bin,we found it about 2/3 weeks later🤬),the sender of this latest was sent a photo!!!! No idea where this particular parcel is place or town,or random place where it was left! ITS SHAMEFUL SERVICE,🤬🤬🤬 YOU at DPD should be ashamed of yourselves”

“Parcel hadn't arrived when expected yet was saying delivered on tracker. It was supposedly delivered to a neighbour even though their house was unoccupied at the time. I had watched for the delivery van for an hour so knew no dpd van had been anywhere near. I found on the tracker photo the house it was delivered to and walked for 20 minutes till I found the address. Luckily the lady at the address had realised the address on the parcel was a totally different road to her address. No thanks to DPD I now have my parcel. The driver needs sacking.”

“You pay a lot for delivery, only for the driver to claim you’re not in and now you have to go somewhere and lug a 10kg parcel kilometres back home. I paid for delivery. Not click and collect. Pathetic”

“So many negative reviews but this company is still operating. It keeps ruining people's events, plans, and they cannot provide customer support at all. Just"apologies" but it sounds like irony. Really they should be made be more responsible by companies who use them as their delivery companies. Here are genuine reviews please consider trustpilot " best" reviews.”
