Utter pathetic! We have clear delivery instructions for occasions no one is home. We live on a busy Main Street. Last 3 deliveries, parcel dumped on a neighbours front door, dumped on our front door step and today driver didn’t even get out van, I received email of a blurry pic as he was driving past. Our neighbour actually seen van coming along the road, slow down and keep on driving so that makes sense with blurry picture. All 3 occasions we’ve been home and the delivery instructions haven’t been followed. Total waste of time trying to get in contact with DPD, half an hour to get on live chat just to be told sorry and if there’s anything I wanted to add to delivery instructions so this didn’t happen again? Aye and what use will that do if the driver doesn’t get out van!! HOPELESS I hope DPD will be taking action against these clowns you have working for them these days.

Pathetic! Firstly, can't follow instructions, secondly didn't even arrive and said that they were here, never again in my entire life would I ever use these people or recommend them....

Sent small Christmas package to Germany and recipient was charge a £10 'handling' fee. No customs fees applied. Another DPD rip off!

Both my orders at Matras.direct.nl webshop were delivered rapidly free of charge, in a great condition by a kind, polite courier on December 8 and December 9, 2023. Ordered coolgel top mattresses Blue Magic in sizes 120x200 and 90x200 and 2 molton waterproof fitted sheets for protection of the new mattresses. Delivery status could be checked via track & trace given by seller Matras Direct.

Paid for 12 noon delivery Saturday 9th dec parcel never attempted was up from 730 am cocky bloke on phone says they have photo evidence it was attempted at 828am I asked for evidence to be sent via email which a company of their size are unable to do , they take your money but can’t keep their side of the agreement Absolute cowboys DPD

Lazy driver, did not ring the bell, took picture from vehicle away from property. Seems he does not like walking up the stairs. Next day to "attempt" redelivery but did the same thing. I think if parcels cannot be left in a safe place, they will just make it appear that the customer wasn't home then will let you pick up your parcel from a pickup point. They have developed this bad habit. Rang customer support but they can't ask driver to come back. Then you can't chat properly as it is automated, unable to converse with you.

They don’t deliver packages to the addresses. Lazy drivers claim you’re not home and make you go to a pick up location. I wish business would stop using them for delivery.

We are a business and about 10 of our suppliers used DPD to deliver stock to us daily. I have noticed that our suppliers slowly changed from DPD to FedEx and others and owe begun y to o ask why.?? My sorry I now have only 1 supplier left that used DPD for our deliveries and were desperate to get an order in on Friday so we have submitted an order as normal to make sure we will get parcel in time as it was very important . Friday morning before 9:00 our business open time DPD (regular driver over 6months delivering to us) sent a picture to local depot (distrus ws have missed you) we will be back Monday . I have called DPD and talked to the office diverted to (India and South Africa)however they could not help. So I have contacted my supplier and try said they always have issues with DPD on Friday so they will rearrange it to Saturday since I need it for a customers on Saturday. I thought great……. I had another confirmation from DPD my parcel will be delivered on Monday so I’m now in processing of getting rid of DPD delivery’s at my business moving forward. They don’t have a local office where I can contact and arrange my own collection when I need it desperately. Now how we do business letting customers Down and I can understand why only 1 suppliers left using DPD. Kind Regards

Dpd local driver in Newbridge is a nasty piece of work. After constant complaints to dpd HQ he still persists in blocking my access to my property when doing collections. When I confronted him he has become abusive telling me that he works for himself and not dpd. Dpd have had several complaints about fhis driver and nothing gets done about it. Next time I'll play him at his own game

Would give a zero stars if possible. First attempt "oops issue has arisen at our depot will update you within 24 hours". 1 week later not been updated. Find out seller has requested they return the item as not delivered. Re-order. "sorry we missed you" without even attempting delivery, plus a photo of a curbside and hedge that is not even in the vincinity of the delivery address. Customer Services made every excuse possible, changing their story every time, which even a toddler would be able to rip apart .... promised that it would 100% be delivered next day. Just received another "oops" message saying "your parcel is delayed due to unexpected issue". Tracking says it never went back to the depot. I am amazed at the shocking lack of customer service when I have spoken with them "through chat", and the fact it is very obvious that someone within DPD has either lost the package and they can't own up to it, or it has gone "walkies". Don't touch DPD with a barge-pole. Even Evri are better !!!!!

Horrible customer service. My parcel to the US was lost by DPD. They have not come back to inform me about their 'investigation' and don't respond to my request for reimbursement. Their customer service phone number does not allow to speak to an agent. Not reimbursing me amounts to fraud! Any advice is appreciated.

DPD is one of the worst parcel services in the UK with very poor customer service. It's the fourth time the driver has ignored delivery details and marked the customer as unavailable. DPD UK, if you don't take action, having a customer service agent like Anikit will only bring you more one-star ratings. Recently, I had to wait four hours for your support team's response on WhatsApp chat. Anikit only gave me 20 seconds to disconnect the chat, which I believe he is doing to everyone, and it's a shameful practice. Please take a look at the chat. It's such a shame.

Damage , dead flowers delivered, box crushed and open, driver did not ring door bell just left box open on step. He took a photo of house number but not box as well. Poor service, will not use again.

Their driver left my delivery at another address out their door, and stated we sign for it. A total fraud, disgusting. This is the second time the same driver did this. Stay well clear of this company: Parcel No. 1550 1554 347 415 G Your parcel has been delivered and received by NI MOUH at 13:16 on Wed 06 Dec 2023

DPD Zero stars - on reading other reviews of this company I can see I'm not alone in experiencing their totally appalling 'service' or should I say lack of it. Driver Drogo was late and it appeared that he had no intention of actually collecting my parcel. He allegedly knocked on the door -we didn't hear it but my partner saw him at the front door and called me to answer. In the time it took for me to rush out and ask him to collect - less than 1minute - he had cancelled the pick up and initially refused to take the parcel, which my partner had brought to the van. After an altercation that took place over approx 30 minutes, where I stood in front of his van and asked him to contact his supervisor to reverse the cancellation. We also tried to contact DPD Chelmsford ourselves, but to no avail, either by phone or email. Drogo decided to take the parcel but said that he would not accept responsibility.

DPD are obviously running their business without enough drivers. I've had repeated deliveries where the delivery date is pushed back by a day or two - there have been so many that these are the norm not the exception. I was expecting 2 parcels today. Both arrived at my local delivery hub overnight. Both showed an expected delivery for today, only to be later told that one of the parcels will be delayed until tomorrow due to unforeseen issues in my area (presumably nobody bothered to put the parcel with the one that IS being delivered and miraculously managed to avoid the unforeseen issue) My delivery window given today for the miracle parcel was between 3:14 and 4:15 - It is now 6:24 and the DPD app reports that the driver is "running a little behind and will be with you shortly" in 1 hours time. Luckily I'm not expected at work this week but that could change, meaning I've got to go through the hassle if rearranging the delivery and risk that being pushed back too. It's just shoddy, frustrating and a massive inconvenience.

Waste of time! They lie and drivers deliver to the wrong address and make up excuses. Multiple attempts to deliver my package and nothing. Lies stating package was declined, package delivered.. package on route. Their app, drivers, call centre and even management are a waste of breath. Yep even management. They called and said yes driver deliver to the wrong address - 2 miles away! And you will have to go get it. After finding house the package wasn't even there.. wrong address! Pathetic and I will never buy anything from anyone who uses DPD! angry about this disorganised company is an understatement.

Driver could not be bothered to go around back of property. Took a photo of the wrong door and missed out the door number because it was wrong number.
