The worst delivery service I have ever experienced, I ordered an Iphone online and the phone was stolen, the parcel was tampered with and the content of the delivery was replaced with an e-Cigarette pen and two other boxes.

DPD fail to deliver in rural areas. Twice in one week they have promised a delivery and then sent a cowardly text despite the fact that I have even said I will meet them on a main road. The also drive like mad men and have three times tipped over their vans in our lane.

The worst delivery I have ever had. I purchase a raquect from UK to Canada. First, the tracking showed it's in Jordan! Then "The parcel was refused by the recipient and is being held at a local depot awaiting further instruction from the sender." After I talked to the seller, they told me DPD complains I rejected to pay the duties. Come on! No one ever contacts me for anything. So I had to ask DPD what's going on. I was told DPD cannot deal with me directly - they only talk to sender! I am curious, if they cannot talk to me, how do they know I rejected the duties? The whole transaction ends up refunding, and I lost the delivery fee for nothing. If it is the way they do business, I do not know how they survive.

I work nights and after a gruelling shift was at home sleeping. I was woken up to an awful continuous pounding on my door, as though someone were trying to break in. I got up answered and asked the DPD delivery why loudly pound on my door. He then realised that the parcel, of which was not in his hand, was not for my address, it was an address in another street that was quite far away. The DPD delivery person, walked off. Now surely they must know where they are delivering; a poor useless excuse. Speak to your delivery guys, and provide training on how to speak to the public.

Ordered a fairly large item from ebay seller. Posted using the dreaded DPD. Tracking info said it would be delivered on 21/02/20. It is now 25/02/20 and no sign of it. It was last scanned on 20/02/20. It has now vanished!!!. I have now requested a refund from seller. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT IS DELIVERED BY DPD. ABSOLUTE COWBOY COMPANY.

They were atrocious, never use dpd. Ordered a parcel to come for Monday, didn’t deliver it even though I stated the safe place they could put it and that they could deliver it to a neighbor and then did the exact same thing on Tuesday. Absolutely fuming.

Why can’t we leave zero stars? Why do companies use DPD???????? Appalling service from the receivers point of view.

Incredibly atrocious delivery. I was called up by the driver to ask where my road is, how do you not know how to get to a road? Why are you calling me, just look at a map! My delivery was supposed to be here 5 days ago, I left work early to pick it up but nobody knocked on my door and the post was signed for by someone I don't even know, I had no slip and nobody knew where it was, nobody on my road and nobody at DPD. If you want to contact customer service as a buyer then forget about it, they only ever talk with the seller, who has to relay the information back to you. They can't even tell you whether or not the delivery is ever going to happen! I have never had such an awful experience with post in my life. Postal services have existed for hundreds of years and this is the best DPD can offer? They are unbelievably incompetent.

SHODDY DELIVERY & DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT I recently received a significantly water damaged parcel courtesy of DPD, which was intended as a housewarming gift. The neglectful damage done to the parcel immediately prior to delivery (parcel was sopping wet at the time of delivery) has made it extremely awkward and embarassing for me to gift the item as intended. DPD's self regulating complaints process is farcical and is geared solely at fobbing off genuine complainants despite the fine words set out in their complaints charter. However 'Fine words butter no parsnips!' as the proverb says. Shabby delivery service and laughable customer service is not something for DPD to be proud of.

Lousy lazy drivers who don’t even knock on the door. I’m waiting, all they do is take a shot of my closed notice and drive off. Because it’s Friday I now have to wait until Monday , no option to collect before then either. Lousy unregulated company.

Extremely disgusting service. They do not deliver, they just leaving a card (if you are lucky enough). Probably, this is a way to push you to use their services for extra fee. From now, if I will see that company I want to work with, is working with this delivery company, I will immediately change supplier and will avoid at all costs to be served by PDP. (And yes, I’m a business customer). Dishonest, unprofessional, shameless - this is the only image I have about this company.

I live in block of flats and drivers come to the building and either leave a card outside the building or even take a picture from the street to say that they have attempted a delivery. Not trying to call at the interfon, nor to leave a calling card thru the door. this has happened and not once but numerous time. I wouldn't recommend dpd at all until they are improving their services.

Why do Ikea still use this useless company for deliveries? What is the point of telling people to wait in for deliveries and then just not deliver? Every time I have had an IKEA order I have had to pick some of it up from their depot after endless emails saying there have been issues in my area or other feeble excuses. Hours wasted on the phone discussing options that turn out to be untrue and wouldn’t have even been achievable by them in the first place. Customer service must have a laugh at inventing new ways they can fob off customers just to get them off the phone. They can usually manage to get part of the order to the address ..... eventually, but they just can’t seem to put all of your boxes (more that one at a time) in the same truck. Absolute disgrace, complete waste of everyone’s time - I really hope that Ikea realise that the reason why they are currently not getting market share is due to trusting these clowns to perform one of their key logistics roles.

DPD is the worst courier service by a mile. The driver turned up to my apartment block and took a picture of the main door but didn’t bother to actually attempt delivery. I was tracking him the entire time and imagine my surprise when he went from 15minutes away to leaving an attempted delivery calling card. I was sitting waiting for him to get to my apartment like a lemming. I contacted DPD is this was all within the hourly slot I’d be given and that hour wasn’t up but I couldn’t get through to anyone. Redelivery was promised the next day I but this was then cancelled on the day due to ‘unexpected issues’. Whatever that means. Don’t use them if you have other options!

Appalling!!! We have been waiting for our mattress to be delivered for over 2 weeks! After 5 failed deliveries full of lies and wasted days of working from home and the weekend (apparently they are having some issues with their internal system) we still haven’t received our delivery! We had to file an investigation 2x and they keep closing the help chat on us every time we contact. DPD - sort this mess out asap!!! This is the worst service ever.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Driver didn’t even try to deliver the parcel for 2 days straight. Didn’t ring didn’t contact the neighbours. Nothing. Now they just asking to contact the sender. Very very poor. If only in could put 0 stars

My parcel number is the 15503972728882, on the 12th of February 2020. The driver said twice that he went to my house, but it was a lie. The first time the driver shared a photo of someone's else house. The second time, and after I told DPD that it was not my house they said that they missed me again, and DPD did not even share a photo of someone's else house, because DPD knew that they did not come to my house. It was the second day that I came home earlier to receive the parcel, and I had my mobile with me all the time, in case the driver called me. They did not come, and they did not call. I tried to chat and call someone from DPD, but I could not speak with a human, only a bot and an answering machine. So, I called the company that sold me the piece of furniture to make a complaint and asked them to never send me anything again from DPD, and they reassured me that they would not contract DPD to deliver anything else to me. I will be doing this from now on, with all the companies I buy from. I just bought a house, and I am furnishing it. If four different companies were able to find me today and three yesterday, there is no reason, at least a valid one, for DPD to be the only company that "misses me" when they "try" to deliver a parcel.
