Unreliable, useless, stupid... I miss words to qualify DPD. Impossible to get sound information about my parcel delivery (the guy on the phone will say something different from the website, calling the day after an another guy will say something else...). Run away if you can.

Said we had missed delivery , althogh someone in the house all day , also have cctv . not an attempt to deliver parcel. It was to be left for myself to pick up at local pick up point 40 miles away , i hope companies cancel all contracts with this company ,

I have received an alert stating that I had missed my delivery. This is blatant lies as I was in the house all day and there is no sign of the driver attempting the delivery on my security cameras. It astounds me that these lies are sent out when I had an earlier alert stating that the driver was running late. Please get your house in order as this has now ruined my weekend as I needed this parcel on the day stated. I have also reported this non delivery and lie to SKY tv who had sent the parcel.

They have stolen my parcel! I was waiting for my new phone and smart watch, worth over a thousand pounds and they stole it and kept saying every day it will be delivered next day and it never was! Terrible terrible company, worst I ever came across. Will be taking care of it legally no doubt!!!

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Ich war nicht zu Hause und habe Ablage-Ort gewählt. Trotzdem haben sie meine Bestellung retourniert.

They are liars who haven’t even attempted to deliver my sky parcel. 5 hours after delivery time it still hasn’t turned up with them claiming the driver was running behind. Spoke to someone via chat and she was just as much of a liar by promising to phone my driver and tell to get his skates on which she clearly never did.

Boycott this company. They hire self-employed, probably they pay them peanuts and you end up having people asking to help you deliver your boxes in case they are too big cause they don't even want to bother bringing your stuff to your door. This company is a joke...

Always been good in the past but seen a different side now things went wrong and just may as well talk to a wall than their customer service I sent a Parcel and paid them £15.45 for next day delivery, I then followed the instructions to take it to the nearest post office and got a receipt from them to confirm it then 4 days later the receiver is asking where it is and the tracking numbers are not working so I phone DPD and was told it wasn't sent as the address, town and postcode wasn't valid when it was all fine and told to take it up with the post office as all the tracking numbers are not valid I went to the post office and they said it was still there as DPD had refused to take it so no idea why when you was paid to take it but really poor service that it wouldn't of come back to me ever if I hadn't of gone looking for it myself and could of a lost a few hundred pounds just by following your drop off instruction Anyway I take the parcel back from the post office and take it to the receiver myself as it was a birthday gift and was meant to have been delivered so didn't want to let them down like DPD did to me and then phoned DPD but totally useless customers service, they said all the different sets of numbers that DPD had sent me when I paid them are not valid and without a valid number they cannot help I then say I just want a refund so they said it's got to be done on the live chat only so try that but needs a reference number to start it and shows mine are invalid so I phone them again and they give me the reference number on the phone to put in which I did and still invalid then they say they cannot assist further again? Now looking for a way to talk to someone there and get a refund for the service I payed for and they didn't provide Used DPD many times over the years and always been great but wouldn't again after this experience as I cannot even get an explanation from them about what went wrong

Unprofessional, unreliable, driver’s are big liars, never attempted delivery, but he marked it was delivered, or missed you, then I have to go and look where is it , why I have to pay for delivery then pay for taxi to collect from depo.

Their driver didn’t even ring my doorbell when he tried to deliver my parcel. I have ring doorbell he didn’t even come to my door. The customer service is absolutely shocking you manage to speak to someone who you can barely understand or who can understand you and just get told there’s nothing we can do. Get a phone call from the dunstable depot answer it it cuts off trying to ring back sends you to two different depots then try again and it tells you it’s closed. I will never use this service again or any company that use them to deliver parcels. Unpick couldn’t give no stars

What an awful company. I was out when an unexpected Saturday delivery was attempted. The message was it would be taken to a pickup location, one that is not convenient, but has in fact gone back to their depot in Reading. I then had the pleasure (not!) of using their chat system to attempt a redirection to the correct address which they pointedly refused to do as their systems can't do that (that was after the first advisor just ended the chat). Instead if they fail on the first delivery it will go to a pick-up centre within a TEN mile radius. Not for me. Have cancelled the delivery with the supplier and advised unless they change from DPD I shall never use them again.

Driver did not ring bell or use door knocker. Van seen outside through window. Opened door to find card on the stone slab outside. Van departed. Called out to driver but the driver kept on going. I will never ever buy from any seller that uses Dpd again.it appears they con't know how to use a door knocker or use a door bell. No point in booking redelivery if they don't.

Dpd treated my parcel like a dead beat dad. They took it out the depot everyday for a week promising to deliver. Then sent it back and blocked me.

they are monumental at messing up orders and customer services being ABSOLUTELY clueless i genuinely almost never leave online reviews for negative experiences, but dpd warrant it and more. how this company can call itself a reputable delivery company is beyond belief having sent ONE shipment of 12 boxes abroad with all the relevant customs, they broke a box and sent the entire shipment to the UK to an old address which we no longer lived at and had no one to accept the parcels they agreed to change the return address to find out that the agent did nothing and let it go back to the old address - the boxes which didnt get lost that is several boxes went to our old addres.. several boxes went to the requested address, several went to some random address in the vicinity.. and 2 were lost now we are trying to reschedule a collection for the boxes which went to the old address and they continuously just dont show up for collection for "unknown reasons" to quote customer service every time they fail to show up they make you reprint shipping labels which is completely outdated as no one owns printers in 2023 they are not willing to address any or their errors and their support agents just try and get you off the line, pass you to another number, or dont respond in support chats this company needs investigating and shutting down

Waited through the hour timeslot only to get a message saying the driver was running late, tracking was then unavailable from that point onwards. An hour later I get a sorry we missed you message without so much as a notification it was even close. Shambles of a company.

I would not prefer any one to DPD, if you are buying any thing from online then just make sure they dont used DPD for the delivery. Its not sure on DPD that you will get your delivery on time. You have to run as there timing still it will not be sure that you will get your delivery on time. On my case they didnt give me address change option and they send me the delivery time , i take a hour gap from work and come home for the parcel. I was waiting fir the parcel and on the end they mail me that they are not able to deliver on the date so they will come back later. It means if you are waiting for delivery then make sure to take 2-3 days off from your work. Even if you pay £4.99 also you have to work as per there timing. Totally shittyyyyyyyy delivery service

DPD is the worse company you can work for. Underpaid drivers , long hrs from 7am to 7pm because of wait in depo. They treat drivers like slaves. Drivers wait for hours in the depot for loading and unloading. my husband works at DPD Southampton Hedge End and the managers treat drivers horribly and expect a lot in return for nothing.

Every time I am expecting a delivery from DPD I am let down. I specifically arranged for a delivery today on the 5th of June as I will be at work all other days and the package cant be opted for pick up from a depot. And the driver has taken a picture of the bottom of the steps outside the flat and said missed it. I left specific instructions on how to find my front door and he didn't even bother attempting to enter the building, every time shocking company.
