“I love the employees and they make my tea the best”

“Dunkin' had THE BEST iced Matcha Latte anywhere until today. I received a cup filled half way with foam and the crushed ice goes down your throat whenever you take a sip from the straw ... it's horrible!! WHY do these corporations change everything?? It was perfect the way it was. The kid at the window told me that is the new way they make them using a blender now instead of hand mixing them. NO THANKS! Hopefully next time I can request them NOT to use the blender or it will be my last visit to Dunkin'. My daughter wanted the Strawberry Watermelon refresher and of course they don't have that anymore. Starbucks ruined their iced Matcha Latte as well making it a sugar-free matcha that tastes horrible, even after adding classic syrup. Just can't get the taste to what it once was. I don't understand why everything has to change ... they should have 2 options 1 sugar-free and 1 not sugar-free. I guess making my own at home will be the best resolution.”

“Rude employees, never know what's going on, dont give you the stuff you order. I can order 20 minutes before I get there and if you walk in they say they dont have it and make you wait 30 minutes before offering something else to the point where you have to leave with nothing and this happens multiple times. And ive ordered a bagel sandwich and they put plain bread without telling me its substituted”

“What has happened to the coffee at DD. The taste is terrible. Has there been a change in where the coffee comes from or how it is produced? My last three times I’ve been there it was undrinkable.”

“I was at the drive thru in Cadiz ohio waiting to order , the person working the drive thru was talking to the person ahead of me , the were cussing , and dropping f bombs and yelling at each other very un professional , I won't be going to this Dunkin ever again . If I could have given a 0 star review I would have , I know this story just opened but mabye talk to your employees on how to act around your paying customers . I just stick to going to the stubenville Ohio Dunkin where they act professional .”

“Some employees are friendly but most of them are rushed and rude. They make mistakes and then treat you like it’s your fault The avocado toast is not toasted it’s an expensive soggy piece of bread . and Dunkin’ Donuts do you realize the traffic jams your drive-thrus are creating because of how you put your parking lots together? From Pittsburgh to Monroeville to Greensburg to Latrobe you’re causing a major mess on main roads.”

“They advertise deals on the Windows such as refresh your day for $3 and then when you go to order and pay it's more money. There's no sign that says only on the app. They should tell you this and not put it on the front window or where you order”

“Everything is great, staff is friendly , but the owners have a hard time fixing the AC . The Jensen Beach store operates without a proper AC for over a year , remember we are in Florida. It was brought up numerous times to the owner and regional director’s attention and we keep hearing “a few more months”. Staff operates in an uncomfortable environment as well.”
