“I ordered from DD on Broad St. Elyria, OH. I have been here many times. I ordered the $ 6 special. While the ice coffee was great, the food was barely warm. A practically cold bagel with a cold egg 🥚 just doesn't cut it.”

“I have been a loyal customer since I was a child. I fondly remember the days when my father would buy a dozen doughnuts for $2.99! As I grew older and had my own children, we continued our cake doughnuts and eclairs at Dunkin. I’ll have to say that the last maybe 5 years it’s not been the same. Especially birthday rewards. Wow- you really think that having the birthday celebrant go to your shop 2-3 or 4 times in 2 days ( before and during birthday) before they earn double or triple points, is a great idea? What a joke! Other coffee shops reward me with a free coffee the day of my birthday. No purchase necessary. Bring back the great rewards you used to be able to earn!”

“Horrible experience on Columbus Ave in Lancaster PA. For the whole week they were out of plain glazed donuts. No matter what time of the day you come, they do not have them. OK, ordered on the app, paid. My order was confirmed and listed as ready. When came to pick it up guess what -“we do not have glazed donuts”. No apology, no refund, nothing. I ordered as a guest on the app, so fat chance to get my money back in the foreseeable future if ever. I wonder how they stay in business with such a bad management, horrible customer service, overpriced food and overrated drinks.”

“I was just at the Dunkin Donuts located on East Mill Road in Long Valley and am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. The sign for the K-cups read, $8.99. I went to the register to pay and was charged $9.99. I kindly told the employee (a young man) that the sign said the package of K-cups was $8.99. He then said, “Oh, we have to update our signs.” I then replied, “Well, can you honor that price that is currently posted?” He ignored me, took my cash and proceeded with the transaction charging me $9.99. He was rude and the price should have been honored considering $8.99 is the price it was advertised as. I will no longer be visiting this location and will be sharing my experience this with others so as to prevent it from happening to others.”

“I have tried the middletown maryland and the one in Frederick maryland on buckeystown pike. I go in an order SWEET tea. I have yet to get an actual sweet tea instead of watered down plain tea. It would be nice if I got what I asked and paid for. I could go to McDonald's for better.”

“Dunkin food continues to be some of the worst I've ever put in my mouth. Most recently a disgustingly salty mushy turkey sausage egg sandwich. Every element from cheese to meat to bread was gross. You have to hit the food lab really hard to create something so abominous out of so simple of elements.”

“On a hot summer afternoon , took a super berry drink at city centre branch and the person there filled full glass with ice . When requested to reduce the ice , he said we have clear instructions to fill glass with ice quite near to the brim. I feel the company can charge more money, if it’s not affordable without ice at the price charged. We wanted to give it our toddler but could not because of the harsh approach of the person @muscat city centre.”

“I had enough points for a free coffee. 3 employees in the Jackson Tn Dunkin could not figure how to convert points. They said they never were asked the question of converting points. My husband wanted raspberry filled donuts, employee gave him something totally different, she did make it right though. Do you train your employees? In my many travels I feel Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill in many areas. Now, what would you like me to do with all the points I have earned? This Dunkin was in East Jackson Tn. I do not have the receipt which they failed to give me.”
