“At my local Dunkin apparently the staff isn't so swift, I have numerous problems from not getting the right coffee to not putting meet on my sandwiches. They weren't busy, so I thought there wouldn't be a problem. The manager is never there and the kids working don't care.”

“The reviews out there about the Richboro, Wrightstown locations definitely stems from the management team. These locations need to be reported with having one person scheduled to close the store. 16 year olds closing alone is against the law.”

“This review is just for the frozen drink called the coolatta. I ordered 2 one vanilla, chocolate, & a blueberry muffin. I got my order through drive through & it was 3 coolattas. I got a blueberry cooolatta instead of a muffin. There was a line behind me so I stupidly excepted the order and drove off. The vanilla was for me so I took a drink and it tasted like pure sugar with little or no flavor. I tasted the others and they were even worse. The strawberry one was for a friend of mine so I went to Wendy's and got her a strawberry frosty. While I was at Wendy's I asked the girl working the drive through if she could dump them for me so they wouldnt spill in my car.”

“I love DD on veterans Rd West and Victory blvd Staten Island NY!!! I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to this location!! I pass about 5 DD in my area just to go there!! The workers are the most pleasant people you could ever meet, The coffee is so fresh and hot and the service is so fast!! I order at the mic by the time I get to the window my coffee is waiting for me!!”

“Dunkin Donuts recently opened on Horizon Ridge so I went through the drive through and ordered donuts for my granddaughter. When I tried to pay I was told they don’t accept cash so I was forced to use a credit card card. I won’t be returning.”

“This is one of the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of everything their coffee taste like water they never give you what you want when you order specifics and their food specifically eggs taste like bleach I don’t know who’s running the store. They obviously don’t know what they’re doing.”

“Twice I ordered from uber eats, the location Garfield heights Ohio. Both times my two sandwiches were missing. Got charged and tried to call the location and no one answers. Get it together Garfield heights Dunkin donuts 👎😡”

“Asked for less is e which is an option and they filled the cup to the top with ice and told me that’s who they make it….then they forgot part of my order. I won’t be going back to this location again and hope you all are careful and check your orders before leaving!”

“I could not hate the new lids for large cappuccinos more. When I drink cappuccino I want to taste IT not plastic. In addition, a few drops of cappuccino always accumulate on the outside of the lid so now all my clothing have coffee stains on them.”

“The staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts were so unfriendly and miserable. The one girl waiting on us should be working behind a desk not dealing with customers. We waited 15 min before she even looked at us and we were the only customers in the store. Very unpleasant experience and I will not go back there.”

“The workers there are very friendly and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to receive my order. They have such a wide variety of food that hits my taste buds whenever eaten. They also offer better and more food rewards to customers. Area is bright and mostly clean but although I would recommend checking out on their restrooms.”

“The dunkin on Glen Bernie in Newbern, North Carolina is the worst for always running out of dunkalatte milk, they say that this is a popular drink. Then why wouldn't you up your ordering? If you know that you're running out of product before your next truck, poor management I have complained several times about going through the drive thru and getting trapped in the line only for them to tell us they're out of product. This has happened on many occasions. They need to put a sign out at the road, so customers aren't trapped in their drive thru when can't supply the customers need. So therefore I go to the one on Neuse boulevard which is the best! I have never gone there and been told they were out of productI i've heard many people in my area.Complain about this particular store.”
