“Never get orders correct, service is the slow. This is not my normal dunkin donuts but of any dunkin I've ever been to this is the slowest and unfriendliest service I've encountered. Drive thru line for coffee and donuts should not take over 30min....ever.”

“3635 Philips Hwy is the worst ever and I travel through our Florida. Fully staffed and still waited for 25 minutes. People was not being served but yet can walk around with phones. Never again.”

“The location 8650 49th St N has been “off” this week. We stop and get a large coffee, a large vanilla chai tea and snack bacon. Two days,including today, our drinks have been horrible. Today neither one was drinkable. Very disappointed!”

“Last week, I ordered a sourdough egg sandwich. It was so awful, I threw it out. The bread was gigantic, the egg was minuscule. Chess wasn’t even melted. I thought I’d give it another chance, today I got a bagel with cream cheese and egg, the bagel was so hard, I could not bite into it. Cafe con leche left much to be desired, it was all milk, gross!!!! I threw the bagel in the garbage. I will never go back to any Dunkin’, plus, it’s always dirty.”

“I ordered my favorite donut from my childhood today...a sour cream donut. Not sure what's going on but it was really bad. Actually, sad. It tasted like a box...no maybe even glue...it was dry too. Bottom line it was not the full, crunchy exterior, moist interior, lightly glazed, FLAVORFUL donut of my childhood. What happened DD? Mr. Rosenburg would be so disappointed. As a matter of fact if the Rosenberg family is still involved...get back to your roots.”

“To the new store on 31/Palm Beach. I tried to grab the $6 box and modify to an ice tea and croissant with only cheese… the lady started yelling at me over the speaker that it will cost me more, lol. Then I said cancel that and give me a 10 box of munchkins. The lady again lectured me about the box deal and didn’t understand the meaning of cancel an order and give me another item. So I left hungry uggggg, not going there again.”

“Good grief. That's it. I'm done with this location. The coffee is awful. Just picked up my order and i am missing food. Paid 42 bucks and didn't get all my order. Stay away from this location, I'll just drive further to the one on 67th Ave.”

“This location is the worst Managed location. The bagels, if they even have any, are never fresh. The donut selection is very limited and stale. And today a "coffee" shop has no Original Blend Gound Coffee in stock. How does a Manager not have coffee in stock. This location is close to my house but have to travel twice the distance to buy their products. Luckily there are several other coffee shops locally I can, and will now, patronize.”
