“I visit often location 7900 block of Harford Road, Baltimore. The store is well organized,the staff are very professional and service is excellent.”

“Food and coffee good, just have an issue with a big mouth supervisor. She yells at employees and doesn't have concerns about customers sitting in the restaurant. Otherwise all employees are wonderful!!”

“I placed an order (Prospect St. Glen Rock) on the app at 7:09 - drove to the store and waited until 7:20 to get my order! I have gone to another store and placed the same order and gotten my order within 3 minutes!”

“The Dunkin' Donuts on S. Lynnhaven in Virginia Beach seems to have no idea what they are doing - or they just don't train their employees well. I stopped in to purchase a dozen donuts two days ago, early evening. I asked for a half dozen jelly donuts, only to have the girl behind the counter tell me they didn't have those. So I then asked for 1/2 dozen apple fritters. Same response - they don't have those. Third attempt - 1/2 dozen creme filled, same response. So I asked if they had any filled and she responded they do not have donuts. I gave up. I went back the next morning and had no problem with the drive thru in getting the same donuts. But - when I handed the girl my (gold) American Express company card, she told me 'sorry but we do not take that card, sorry'. Ads everywhere say that Dunkin Donuts and AMEX are marketing partners. And, yet, they do not accept AMEX? This particular shop seems more focused on sandwiches and beverage sales.”

“the two workers (i didn’t get their names, but one had greenish hair and the other had short curly hair and glasses) were very nice!! the refresher i ordered also tasted amazing! definitely would go here again! amazing atmosphere and service ❤️”

“I had a very disappointing experience at the Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts located at 4969 Westview Dr, Frederick, MD 21703. I ordered a birthday cake in advance for my 3-year-old daughter, but when I arrived to pick it up, the cake was completely melted. I chose another cake, and I simply asked if they could write a birthday message on it. Shockingly, the employees said they were not able to do that either. My daughter was heartbroken, and as a parent, I was deeply disappointed that I couldn’t give her the birthday moment she had been looking forward to. I hope Baskin Robins and Dunkin’s Donuts taking peoples disappointments seriously to improve their service toward customers satisfaction.”

“Original coffee began having a terrible taste (almost chemical) it seems that after complaint it returned to the old taste , but has now started to have that gross taste again 🤮”

“Have tried Dunkin’ Donuts after a while it seems the coffee always taste like water and like you’re drinking milk or cream what’s going on? It’s gone downhill. I guess I’ll go back to donut delight a lot of times you have to wait 1015 minutes just to get a coffee. It’s ridiculous.”

“Went to Dunkin Donuts in Carteret, NJ on 7/24/25 & placed a mobile order. They didn't have the iced strawberry lemon loaf & wanted to substitute it with a donut. Told them no just refund me for the loaf. Was told they could not give refunds on a mobile order I would have to call customer service. Customer service will give you a refund but in order to get it in 5 minutes you have to put it on a Dunkin Donuts gift card. Went back 7/25/25 just for an Iced Vanilla Chai with almond milk. What received was a cup of almond milk with a touch of Vanilla Chai. So disappointing. Back to Starbucks I go!!!”

“Last time I went to Dunkin, ordered a 10 piece chocolate munchkin. 6 of those turned out as other flavors, didn't ask if I was willing to substitute. Just got home from my latest visit, same order, only 8 munchkins. Not impressed, likely will not be going back.”

“Dunkin' had THE BEST iced Matcha Latte anywhere until today. I received a cup filled half way with foam and the crushed ice goes down your throat whenever you take a sip from the straw ... it's horrible!! WHY do these corporations change everything?? It was perfect the way it was. The kid at the window told me that is the new way they make them using a blender now instead of hand mixing them. NO THANKS! Hopefully next time I can request them NOT to use the blender or it will be my last visit to Dunkin'. My daughter wanted the Strawberry Watermelon refresher and of course they don't have that anymore. Starbucks ruined their iced Matcha Latte as well making it a sugar-free matcha that tastes horrible, even after adding classic syrup. Just can't get the taste to what it once was. I don't understand why everything has to change ... they should have 2 options 1 sugar-free and 1 not sugar-free. I guess making my own at home will be the best resolution.”
