The worst company ever!!!! No communication!! You are not able to speak to a human!! Parcel marked with out for delivery but never arrived!!! Wrong delivery slot time declaration!!! Was declared 7.07-9.07 not telling if am or pm. I took all day off and at the end I have to sleep at the floor.. Worst delivery supplier ever. 45years experience my a.... Duno how you can still be in the business. Even your customer service is worst because ther no customer service at all.

Appalling service. Still not received my parcel even though the delivery driver turns up each day, opens the van looks at his phone and drives off no attempt to knock or deliver. On the one occasion he did knock he then decided to damage my ring camera preventing me from seeing what he was up to. I contacted Customer service and was told someone would call me - that was over a week ago and still waiting for the call. They now aren't responding to emails and I still don't have my delivery! Avoid at all costs

I have had to wait in my house for 7 days now and after contacting DX an automated message probably programmed to keep customers in the dark says my delivery will come tomorrow!!! I am not holding any hope . I ordered from Plumbnation and will never use them again .

After lies for 2 days I waited on the 3rd at the entrance to our development and tracked the guy as he was driving past my road. I stopped him and took him to my house. He could not find the parcel. I asked about the not finding address and delivery attempted messages and he blamed "temps". He said he would come back to me but he headed off and is now about 15 miles away as my delivery window closes and I'll be unable to track him. The item has to get proof of delivery according to him so now I cannot leave my house and there seems to be no way to contact anyone. The service of this company beggars belief and we will never purchase from H Samuel again since this is who they use.

The driver would not give me my package because I wouldn’t open my front door and let him take a photo. I came out of my back gate and met him on the drive, I explained that I have a dog behind the door so could not open it, I offered to let him take a photo of me holding the package but he just shouted at me and through it back in the van and left. Two phone calls to depo to complain, nothing done and my package sent back to sender saying something was wrong with my address.

Honestly, I would prefer to give a negative star, they don't deserve even a half star! Shocking service from DX Express, been waiting for my parcel from Blinds Direct for over a month, and now this company is in possession of my goods. I was told the driver tried to deliver but couldn't find the address, so I had to rearrange. Only to be faced with the exact thing the next day. I was tracking the driver all morning via their tracking link, yet no delivery... They sent me a message to say that the driver left a note to say they've tried to deliver, which is simply untrue, as me and me partner both have been at home all the time. Shocking customer service, impossible to speak to an actual human being, all automated and their live chat is just a joke, I could as well talk to a brick wall and get more answers. Absolute disgrace and incompetence.

Two boxes delivered to my doorstep whilst I was away on holiday. There was no communication and the boxes contained curtains worth over £3000.00. Boxes clearly marked “signature” obviously no signature obtained. Dreadful service. Luckily boxes discovered by a passing friend who took them in. Why any self-respecting trader would use DX I do not know.

Totally incompetent. They keep trying to deliver to an address 18 miles away. Someone created this address and put it over the correct addressed sticker. Haven’t responded to multiple requests from myself and sender to sort the muddle out. Digital options are too narrow to select a suitable category. I needed to say ‘you have the wrong address’ but couldn’t. Apparently I have requested a redelivery to this wrong address a few times - not made one! The X in DX is supposed to stand for ‘excellence’. I’m still waiting for a glimmer of excellence or even a parcel!

The delivery driver for this company is a moron...i placed an order with Dormeo, unfortunately for me they use this rubbish company, 2 boxes were in the delivery...1 of them looks like it's been through the ringer...i live in a sheltered housing complex for aged and health compromised adults... the driver buzzed my apartment No and i pressed the button to let him into the building... the idiot was not wearing a mask and so was challenged by a senior member of staff who gave a mask because he didn't have one...he then walked the few yards to the lift and put both boxes on the floor and rang me to say that i would have to come and get them because he needed to move his van...it was a total lie 😠...he just walked away leaving the items on the floor by the lift and a member of staff had to deliver them to the apartment...make sure you never fall into the trap of using this dreadful company...

service cannot track a parcel once it is out on the delivery van. so you need to stay in all day. not acceptable in this day and age

I'm pasting this here because Trust Pilot is FAKE and fixed on reviews. After writing a negative they swamp with fake positives to hide it so here: Absolute clown company. Heres the fundamentals of how to operate a courier company: Pick up from A , take to B That is it! These morons think that a postcode will do ,i kid you not one of these brain dead knuckle dragging morong put my delivery in a bush 10 meters away from the house!! i only noticed after chasing it up i went out and noticed some boxes thrown in the bush. Then after complaining the following delivery the driver got violent (all on camera) and for 10 months after every single next day delivery either vanishes or takes a week to arrive. They are utterly moronic,i dont know how they are even still in business. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF BRAIN DEAD MORONS. A to B...its as simple as that...but they FAIL.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid DX delivery at all cost! Today, they delivered my urgent letter to another place and claimed that it was delivered to the correct address. We were home the whole day and I had been promised that the courier would call if there were any issues with the delivery. No one called or came to our door - I only got an email saying that it had been delivered. The customer service only said that the courier says they delivered to the exact address and didn't do anything to help me when I said that I hadn't received anything and I asked where they had delivered it. The only response was to contact the sender. No help at all and they didn't take any responsibility for the misdelivery. The sender had received a picture of the place where it had been delivered and it was not my address or my door. The parcel is now lost and DX hasn't done anything to get it back. Don't ever trust your delivery with them, there are many many similar experiences like mine. Rather choose the Royal Mail delivery, at least you'll get your parcel delivered. I have now lost mine as no one knows who has it. Absolute scam company!

Absolutely dreadful. Was told delivery coming March 2nd. Waited in all day, no delivery. Promised to redeliver next day but item went back to the depot that night. Next day the tracker showed lorry to be two miles away yet it ended up at the depot AGAIN that night! No information, no phone call, eventually rang their head office who promised delivery today. As yet.... it’s not arrived. Shabby company with zero communication.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED; STAY CLEAR! As per everyone else on here; a FOUL experience. Delivery tracker map also vanished when the appointment lapsed even though the vehicle was just in town. Failed to keep appointments. Failed to deliver across two days. Failed to provide an adequate excuse or explanation or update. I've advised the seller to discontinue business with them. I think it's time investigators and the Police got involved.

confirmed delivery for yesterday. waiting all day .no notification by email or text that it wasnt going to be dlivered. no timeframes given for delivery. now see on a tracker out for delivery again but no timeframe given. do we wait in all day?

Should have delivered 2/12/20 between 18.18 and 20.18 did not arrive and no message......Delivered today about 15.40 this is what parcel looked like didn’t even knock at door.......

Ordered an expensive item online to be told delivery will 23.11.20, morning of the delivery get a text to say there is a problem and it will be delivered on the 24th and nothing arrived not even a text. On the 25th I rang the company who I made my purchase with and the rang dx and was told my item was missing!! I then get told by the company that it had been found and dx would deliver today 27th however yet again the same text saying there is a problem. Tried to call dx and can't get through, this company is worse than Hermes and I didn't think anyone could be worse how wrong I was!!!
