Same problem as many others here. We were in all day waiting for delivery - nothing. Then received message to say delivery unsuccessful, calling card left. Not true. Same thing next day. (Is it an invisible calling card?) This delivery company (laughingly known as) needs a rocket up its proverbial. Just appalling service. And no way to contact them, naturally. The telephone line is just an automated service. It directs you to the live chat on its website if you want to talk to someone. Joke. I've filled in my details a number of times on the live chat and get the consistent response 'no advisors are available'.

White van pulled up outside my house, saw a guy walk past my house, then back to his van and drive off. 2 mins later I got a "sorry we missed you email" from DX. Only then did I realise that this white van had my item. He didn't even try to deliver it. Got in touch with the company within 20mins, they refused to ask the courier to return. Item was a basin, so I had turned off my water and ripped out old basin in preparation. Now my house has no water until they deliver it again, with no guarantees that the same thing won't happened again. Refused point blank to offer me any assistance for the massive inconvenience that have caused. Couldn't be more disappointed in them.

Absolutely dishonest delivery service. They don't even pretend to attempt a delivery before marking it as a failed delivery. On this occasion, I was at my gate, tracking the van which was in the next street. Then the message popped that they didn't meet me home and a call card had been left, I didn't know if to laugh or cry as it was an important parcel. Really disgraceful.

Worst delivery service of all. Gives 2h slot - you take time off work - you waste entire day. Incompetent and unreliable. Avoid at all cost and god bless you if they have your package

My order from Morplan promises to deliver within 24 hours. They have never failed an all the years I have used them. DX has failed miserably. I explained I may not be here and without a time slot I am unable to wait in. The driver did not even use our very load doorbell when we were here. Now on day 3 waiting for my parcel. Personally I would never use this company for my business deliveries. You cannot speak to anyone personally and the website is difficult to use.

Lazy driver did not bother to attempt delivery. He claimed my address was wrong (it was not!) and came nowhere near on the tracker all day. I lost a day of earnings AND the dining table from Homebase that I bought in the sale. It is now out of stock and I can’t afford a full price table. Absolute liars and scammers. AVOID.

Absolute liars, I just received a text from them to rebook my delivery as they had attempted delivery, that is an absolute lie. I had been tracking the delivery driver online with the link they give you and he never comes anywhere near me, in fact, I could see him going further away from my location. Never use this company as I tried to webchat with them and that was a disaster, probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, useless

DX confirmed the date and time of delivery by email. I drove down to Cornwall to fit the part being delivered. The driver got to within 1/2 mile of the delivery address and knocked off for the day. Got a pathetic response from the Complaints Department. Untrustworthy company. Avoid.

My parcel was collected on the date stated and then nothing. The tracking system simply states 'In Transit'. I assume it has been stolen, It was only going North Wales to Manchester, it is hard to lose a parcel in that short distance surely. There is no one to talk to, nothing. It is causing me enormous issues and stress. I would simply say Do Not Use.

Claimed they tried to deliver 3 times and we weren't home.... I work from home and was here ALL DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY! No missed delivery cards posted either. They returned our items to the seller and we had to drive miles to go and collect them instead. I will always check, when I buy online, to see who the courier is that the company use and actually buy elsewhere if they use DX. Hugely disappointed

DX driver marked my parcel as "delivery attempted, card left". But it turns out the truth was, that he couldn't find my house (even though the house name is on a sign on the street) and so he just checked it off as delivery attempted and returned it to depot. I got a nice & prompt apology from the complaints department at DX who admitted this is what had happened, but no explanation of what retraining or disciplinary action the driver would face. They asked me to draw a map to email them, to help the driver find the house. They said 'these things happen' with a business. Well, they shouldn't. Raise your standards out of the gutter, DX. I've lived here for 15 years and every other delivery driver can follow a postcode search then pick which one of four cottages has the right name sign outside.

This company is the worst company ever for delivery with lazy and lying delivery persons. Today my wife has taken time off from work and paid £100 for an appointment for tomorrow where she would need a document which was in the delivery with Lawrence between 4-6pm. She has been home waiting and constantly checking the delivery and tracking update. This guy decided that he can’t make the 5-9mins drive from the last available location from the same town where we are living!!!! 1st the delivery update said he is behind and after a few mins update again simply just lied and said that he has left a calling card where we were just waiting for him and he has never even shown up. People like this should be fired as this is a paid service and delivery for DX which means they unable to delivery a service people paying for. When you are trying to contact them there is no one to speak with to email to or chat with. We expect full refund for the delivery and also a compensation for the £100 appointment for tomorrow but I hope Lawrence is happy and enjoying his beer.

Awaited delivery for 10 hours didn't turn up got in touch with the supplier who told me that the van had broke down very convenient 2 days later still saying will deliver on Friday 26th so I don't know if I will ever get my item

Avoid this company for urgent deliveries. Waited in for an urgent delivery, no card left through the door to say they had tried, no attempt made to deliver to neighbours. Company claims they tried to deliver.

I have been expecting a delivery, received an email to get in touch with dx and can't even contact them. Sent numerous messages and emails got nothing, the live chat doesn't work and the phone numbers are automated. Useless company.

The driver delivered to wrong address, got a number wrong on the postcode. Instead of delivering to mk43, delivered to mk42! Been waiting for this delivery for a while. Would never recommend a place like this that can get something so simple wrong! DO BETTER.

The driver would not give me my package because I wouldn’t open my front door and let him take a photo. I came out of my back gate and met him on the drive, I explained that I have a dog behind the door so could not open it, I offered to let him take a photo of me holding the package but he just shouted at me and through it back in the van and left. Two phone calls to depo to complain, nothing done and my package sent back to sender saying something was wrong with my address.
