My heart sinks every time I see someone is using this abysmal company to send me something. Have you noticed that they post fake 5* reviews after every bad one ? This company redefines 'Not Fit For Purpose'.

I will never use any company that uses this courier. If your company doesn't want complaints, stay away from these. Very poor communication. Doesn't deliver when they say they will.

My parcel has gone awol! Failed to find my property yesterday- my property is the Village shop, the only shop in the village, smack bang in the centre on the only crossroads which are where 2 main roads cross, Google pinpoints us exactly... Redelivery booked for today, live tracker has disappeared & it just says my live tree is on the van, at 18.45 in the evening. Now we're into the weekend so I guess my live tree may be slightly less alive by the time it finally reaches me...

Said the driver attempted delivery, The driver walked up-to my door and posted a card to say "Delivery attempted" I have 2 door bells one being a Ring not one was pressed didn't knock on door or window. I even have CCTV to prove this. The customer service you receive is disgusting, the online chat cut me off then said advisor not available yet if you go to the sales department they are willing to speak to you straight away especially when its about taking money but not willing to discuss my complaint

Delivered exactly what an absolute joke every parcel I’ve ever had delivered by these jokers have never arrive when it’s supposed too With the same lame excuses driver broke down it’s gone back to the depot as no one was home even though I’m house bound and alway home they just never arrived in the first place they should just go broke and fold and leave the delivery of goods to the professionals

I would give minus if I could to this service. I have had 3 attempted deliveries so far with them - all failed. I live in a building where the main buzzer doesn't work. I have added multiple notes on the door, to delivery, spoken to customer service multiple times - still same problem. 5 minutes ago, I had to ask multiple time to get a confirmation with the customer service that the driver will call upon arrival as there is no point for them coming again if they are not going to call - they just disappeared after telling me it's taking longer than expected then just saying chat closed due to no interaction from ME!. I have no idea how to get my parcel.

It has to be a one man band. Tracking doesn't work. No one to answer a phone when transferred to the department you need and they must be delivering after every bank holiday they are that slow my hair could grow to my feet waiting for them, lastly they don't reply to messenger or wattsapp and they don't reply to reviews so that says it all.

Must be the worst of all courier companies, and they seem to be proud of it as they refuse to answer any queries. They do not deliver on time, or even for several days later. They do not update their 'so called' tracking service so no idea where you package is. One star is actually too many, you should be able to rate minus 5 and that would be generous. Totally useless company. They should not be allowed to trade, I hope their paying customers read the reviews and go elsewhere.

Had a text saying my item wd be delivered between 8am and 6pm. Had another text saying they couldn't find my property at around 1 30pm Other companies have never had a problem - not even Evri who many aren't happy with (altho I've always had excellent service). I have been in all day so far. Have rebooked for Monday 13th gillatchilterns@aol.com

Appalling service. They lie about attempting to deliver items and lie about the time they intend to deliver items. Impossible to contact or get a resolution out of them..you're only able to select another date for delivery. At this point they will have attempted to deliver my package 4 times..hardly seems economically viable when I was in the house and awaiting delivery on the first attempt, but no attempt was made. I've contacted the company I bought the item from and hoping they can send my item via a reputable company.

Horrendous service. I sent about 15 packages with DX for a pick up service from my office. The DX courier came to the window (not the door) and asked me to put the labels on myself and he would be back in the afternoon to pick them up as DX do not offer long to pick up packages. He then never came back that day. A different person then turned up the following day. I complained as this point as i had paid for a 24 hour service but nothing was done. Since then almost half of my packages have not been delivered. I have complained via the third party website we booked though and they have only said 'they would contact the courier and sorry for inconvenience' I then never hear back......they have no contact with the courier and tracking for the packages. I have now had to resend most of the packages and use a different courier. I have asked to speak with someone or get an email to ideally resolve the issue and get a refund but I was told that to keep costs down they do not offer a phone or email service. They have not offered any resolve or refund or apology. I honestly have no idea how they are in business. Avoid this company. They are effectively thieves. I have been waiting for over a week and the admin alone for complaint has taken hours.

We have had a delivery today via DX. The driver was very pleasant and the delivery was on time according to the tracking details. Can't fault the service!

Disgusting behaviour I was delivered a parcel from DX while away from my house on the 28th of December. When I came back the parking post at the front of my drive was smashed. I looked at the cctv where I clearly saw the DX driver reversing into to and driving off. I got in touch with DX (very difficult to get hold of someone by the way) and a manager called Lawrence explained to me the driver was a subcontractor. He said he spoke with him, that he was taking responsibility and agreed to take care of it but that he was on holiday (it was over new year) that I should have it repaired and that he will take care of it on his return to work. On the 6th of January someone got in touch asking for my bank details and receipt for the work carried out. I thought the issue was resolved but he then backtracked and said he was going to only pay for the replacement post and not for the labour. I've been thinking of claiming on my insurance but the excess is more than the work. So I just wanted to come here and warn people of the kind of people they employ at DX also I'm sure this review will be unnoticed as there average rating is 1.2 star...

I have an order of batteries Secret which was next day express delivery, the delivery interval is 11.06-13.06, but today at 10.42 I get a message that the delivery is impossible and to reschedule it for Monday, meanwhile I am at home and no one has turned up . I was expecting to travel on Sunday, but now I have to cancel my engagement due to incompetent and rude cowboy service

If you could give no stars I would order something off eBay they have used this company 3 to 4 weeks so far and still nothing but apparently it was delivered at 12am funny how the day befor a investigation went under place then they updated the system to say delivered and now they won’t talk to me I have to go threw the buy who I can only presume are from china with communication barrier eBay won’t help either and now we are over £120 down thanks to this company

No customer services contact despite calling, trying to use online robot which isn’t working. No one answers the phone to any depo or customer services number. Cannot track items. We used normal delivery which came this morning but still waiting a freight delivery which can’t be tracked.
