“Worst Courier Company - Avoid the delivery driver couldn’t be bother to ring the buzzer again i got prove he only waited there for 11 seconds!!!! till i went down and he is gone !! he didn’t deliver my passport !!!!! the worst experience i have with you lot absolutely worst company ever !! “AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! An absolute disgrace of a delivery company. Took the day off from work awaiting delivery of a passport, only to receive a message advising that the delivery has been postponed. No way to contact anyone at DX as the service that I require is automated. Tried lots of times with the webchat, only to be told that there were no advisors available. Absolutely useless and to be avoided at all costs!”

“I have had to wait in my house for 7 days now and after contacting DX an automated message probably programmed to keep customers in the dark says my delivery will come tomorrow!!! I am not holding any hope . I ordered from Plumbnation and will never use them again .”

“After lies for 2 days I waited on the 3rd at the entrance to our development and tracked the guy as he was driving past my road. I stopped him and took him to my house. He could not find the parcel. I asked about the not finding address and delivery attempted messages and he blamed "temps". He said he would come back to me but he headed off and is now about 15 miles away as my delivery window closes and I'll be unable to track him. The item has to get proof of delivery according to him so now I cannot leave my house and there seems to be no way to contact anyone. The service of this company beggars belief and we will never purchase from H Samuel again since this is who they use.”

“Waited in 2 full days and they said delivery on hold. Unable to speak to anyone and can't get refund from Amazon because they say I need to speak with DX. Furious with these scammers and Amazon and BuyBox who use them. Just want my money back.”

“waited in all day cause i was told i had to be in,its now 16.05pm no sign of parcel or nothing,last scan parcel had was into DX Inverness depot at 10.42am,no communication at all,fir example- “your delivery will be PM” so i could have went & got stuff done in morning,2nd time i have wasted a whole day with these clown delivering my item.”

“Dishonest and unreliable, had a message saying item would be delivered on Wednesday between 2pm a 3:15pm, nothing arrived, I then got an update stating my item had been loaded onto the couriers, then at 7pm I got a message stating my requested to alter the delivery had been accepted and would be on Friday. An utterly irresponsible, deceitful devious lying company that doesn't care about your time.”

“Same problem as many others here. We were in all day waiting for delivery - nothing. Then received message to say delivery unsuccessful, calling card left. Not true. Same thing next day. (Is it an invisible calling card?) This delivery company (laughingly known as) needs a rocket up its proverbial. Just appalling service. And no way to contact them, naturally. The telephone line is just an automated service. It directs you to the live chat on its website if you want to talk to someone. Joke. I've filled in my details a number of times on the live chat and get the consistent response 'no advisors are available'.”

“White van pulled up outside my house, saw a guy walk past my house, then back to his van and drive off. 2 mins later I got a "sorry we missed you email" from DX. Only then did I realise that this white van had my item. He didn't even try to deliver it. Got in touch with the company within 20mins, they refused to ask the courier to return. Item was a basin, so I had turned off my water and ripped out old basin in preparation. Now my house has no water until they deliver it again, with no guarantees that the same thing won't happened again. Refused point blank to offer me any assistance for the massive inconvenience that have caused. Couldn't be more disappointed in them.”

“Absolutely dishonest delivery service. They don't even pretend to attempt a delivery before marking it as a failed delivery. On this occasion, I was at my gate, tracking the van which was in the next street. Then the message popped that they didn't meet me home and a call card had been left, I didn't know if to laugh or cry as it was an important parcel. Really disgraceful.”

“My order from Morplan promises to deliver within 24 hours. They have never failed an all the years I have used them. DX has failed miserably. I explained I may not be here and without a time slot I am unable to wait in. The driver did not even use our very load doorbell when we were here. Now on day 3 waiting for my parcel. Personally I would never use this company for my business deliveries. You cannot speak to anyone personally and the website is difficult to use.”
