DX has to be one of the worst couriers about. 1st attempt they could not find my house. House is clearly numbered and sat nav takes you to our lane. 2nd attempt, they claimed we where not home because they couldn't open an unlocked lane gate. 3rd attempt no show. You have to treat this courier like a new born baby, wait for them at the end of the road and walk them to your door by the hand. Literally every where courier can manage to deliver here on a daily bases. Please just close down and give up, you are in the wrong industry.

Very bad experience Very bad experience. They were supposed to deliver something to me. The lady came to my home and left without calling me, despite giving them my phone number. I asked them to deliver it again on a different day. I tried to contact them using their website to ask them to call me when they come again, and they replied more than a week by asking my phone number (I already gave them my phone number). When they came the next time, I waited in front of the building and the man gave me the delivery without asking for my signature or any ID. The question is, if you didn't need my signature or any ID, why you didn't leave it in the mailbox the first time? Also, why you didn't reply to my customer service request

Awful, didn't deliver on time, got a message to tell us that it cant be delivered. However, our neighbour at the end of the street received the package. It was just dumped infront of his gate. The box was damaged too.

If I could give this bogus company -1000 stars I would. If you see that DX is delivering your parcel don’t ever expect to receive it. Ordered next day delivery and received a week later. Drivers are lazy and can’t be asked to do their simple jobs; they will sign off early and not deliver at the time that has been promised. Furthermore the customer support team are awful just like the whole company itself. Avoid at all costs!

Had a valuable parcel delivered to our business. But, despite the parcel clearing stating it was to be signed for, the driver just dumped it on the warehouse floor and made to leave. Made no effort to inform us of the delivery or get a signature. And the parcel was damaged. Avoid these useless bastards at all costs!!

Had really poor service from DX driver Lewis. Received text in the morning advising that lewis would delver that day between 16.32hrs and 18.32hrs. Lewis has delivered to me before and must have known that parcels have to be left at Reception and that they close at 17.00hrs. Since I was needing the goods for first thing the next morning I went and sat in my car at Reception until 18.45hrs with no show by Lewis. I then received a text the next morning to say he would attempt to deliver, without and explanation for his no show, between 16.40hrs and 18.40hrs!!!!!! How stupid is this guy? I contacted the company supplying my goods who had DX 'phone and assure me that my goods would arrive that day before 17.00hrs and that Lewis would 'phone me when he was at Reception. At 16.50hrs I 'phoned Reception to see if my goods had arrived, and was informed they had, ten minutes previously - so where was the call from Lewis? DX are most definitely the worse delivery company I have ever experienced.

This company delivered to the wrong address, wouldn’t own up to their mistake, and because they could show that the package had been delivered, albeit to the wrong address, I was unable to claim a refund from the online auction site that it was bought through, a week or so went by, knock on my door, it was the lady whose address the item had been delivered to, all’s well you might say but maybe another day I wouldn’t have been so lucky. Delivery due, no time slot other than 0800 -1800. 17.20 update breakdown/accident. I smell bulls***. No further updates. Suggest didn’t deliver due to overloaded workload.

1st time used they were rubbish. Now another company I ordered from uses DX FREIGHT (which I didn't know) supplier states picked up 2nd August to be delivered 6th August. DX now say they don't even have my parcel. In future b4 any orders I will request who carrier is.

Had a parcel delivered today and they parked on next doors drive and then reversed on to the opposite drive and then drove over some ones grass . Very poor will not use then ever again NO RESPECT for other people property !!!

I was due to receive a parcel being delivered by DX. They stated a time period of 12:06-14:00 and at 12:15 I received a text to stated delivery was missed. No attempt was made and therefore a card was not left. When I attempted to call their customer service there was no response!

Your Driver came yesterday morning 05-08-2024 around 08.10 said he could get to my package, and he would pass back later with it which he didn’t, i get a email saying sorry we missed and reschedule, my Son works for DPD and would have never come with a parcel unless the customer wasn’t in. I found that disrespectful as i needed it for Monday morning.

Item was to be delivered on Thursday then was told Friday then was told Monday so changed delivery address on Friday as nobody was going to be in on Monday had an email to confirm delivery address change but still ended up been delivered where nobody was in

Shocking delivery service. I cannot recall one delivery by this company that went without an issue. I either have to give an alternative delivery address as they are the only deliver company who can’t find my address, or go and pick it up from Manchester myself which is a 50 miles round trip. Either way it’s always a hinderance to myself. I have got to a point where I won’t order items from a company that uses DX for deliveries however some slip through the net and I get the same issues every time….absolutely awful.

Horrible service, stay away. Was meant to deliver on thursday, no delivery, rearanged online for delivery on firday, tracking says out for delivery, contacted live chat to find out its not scheduled for delivery that day! Agreed to pick it up from depot next week just to get status change online to "There is a problem with this delivery, please contact DX on 0333 241 0333 *" when called, automated system goes in a loop. redials you to another service that is now closed and hangs up. Zero information, update even tho website TOLD YOU TO CALL THEM! HORRIBLE would be understatement. STAY WELL AWAY!
