I have not used your company but was followed in Stowmarket by one of your vans. It was so close I was a bit scared. He also hooted at me for no reason at all that I could ascertain. We then went into separate lanes at the Station Approach junction. He was behind two cars and when the lights changed. The cars pulled away and he didn’t move for quite awhile. He may have been unwell, but whatever the reason his driving was unsafe. Your company reputation is at risk. I did not record the reg no. as I was concentrating on my driving, but you can’t have had that many drivers at that location today at 12.30. Please take this seriously. An accident may be caused by this driver.

They recon they called today.they put on tracking they have left a calling card.i am afraid that's a lie.no calling card in my door.a rubbish delivery firm.lie about calling card.or did they not come.no time slot.they can't leave where I have said I want it leaving.where post man and all other delivers have gone .no problems.people work.cant lose money or should be expected too .all day.

What went right?? 1st time using this company. 91 minutes on chat box. No delivery attempts made though chat disagreed. Offered the option to go collect from their office. I paid for delivery not click and collect. Driver in unreachable. Lady chat unable to resolve my request to deliver to my door. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disappointed I didn't read reviews before I ordered,but didn't know who courier partner was until email re delivery. Avoid this company if you don't have time to spend chasing your package. No option for 0 star's. Never again.

5 days straight I wait at home for an important piece of equipment. Received text saying it will be her at certain time. Close to the time I received a text saying they can’t deliver today. Imagine! You can’t call and speak to a human. I recommend not using this company if you have awareness that they will be delivering your package. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I was in, however the driver did not wait at the door. Dumped parcel on doorstep, but according to the tracking, left in a safe place! Not safe if I wasn't at home! Awful

Parcel delivered to wrong address, delivered to Number 1 instead of my house which is Number 4. Considering there are only 6 house in a row can't see how you can make that mistake. Delivery notification said it had been received by occupier which was not true as there was nobody at home at the property they delivered to and parcel was left on the door step. There where no photos in delivery notification and there was no answer when trying to phone DX I had to contact the sender who managed to send me photos of where it had been delivered to. I sent an email to DX delivery and received a reply 4 days later. I don't think DX care about the customer at all wouldn't use them again and if any company where going to send me goods by DX I would tell them not to bother and cancel the order

Hard to Believe there is a worst carrier than Evri, but DX is , do not use them, the drivers lie, or are completely incompetent do not use.,

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Have waited in for 2 days straight for my blinds which still haven’t arrived, in spite of speaking to the depot and online agents. Appalling.

Ordered flooring, sent it to the wrong address with the wrong surname even though this info was correct with the flooring supplier. Now dx are saying it's went missing and they're starting a fraud and theft investigation. So I'm £400 out of pocket, and had to fork out extra for replacement flooring, and the flooring supplier aren't refunding until dx return the product or the fraud and theft investigation is complete. Absolutely useless and won't be dealing with either of the 2 companies ever again.

They did not deliver my passport from US Embassy in London on time. For the second time, not even attempt but reported saying called me! I have waiting them whole day. Don't waste your money to pay for this service when doing US Visa in London

Overnight delivery for delivery on Tuesday. It has been in Aberdeen since Tuesday Morning and should have been delivered Tuesday afternoon. It is now Thursday 1500 and it is still in the Aberdeen Depot. However 1 box from the company that was small was delivered a day late (It was unsealed and squashed,) but as the main box is bigger they are too lazy to get it out on a van. When calling customer services i was advised it would be delivered Wednesday afternoon if any of the drivers returned that day. (But the drivers are lazy and deliberately do not return to collect more deliveries.) The woman said if not Wednesday evening it would be first thing Thursday morning. As i said it is 1500 on Thursday and it shows it was scanned at 0340 this morning in Aberdeen again and should have been put out for delivery. But due to it being a half metre box (54v Sliding mitre saw) again too lazy to put it in a van. Due to this delivery company i have now ordered my other tools from a different company who does not use the 3 companies attached with DX as they are clearly employing people that are lazy, have too many deliveries for them, So not enough drivers either. An overnight delivery has been 3 days and im still waiting. I cannot recommend them due to lack of employees, ridiculous delivery time and complete lack of laziness within their work structure.

Worst company ever, my order was meant to be delivered today, instead it says it was scanned at the depot, scanned onto the van, and then scanned at the depot again (which sounds like taken off the van...) if you pay for the next day delivery, you expect this to happen! Not the first time it has happened, but it definitely is the last time I use this company

What I ordered it came with Dx Courier, he made me to help him with huge sized 30 kg parcel ,he pushed so hard on my side I injured my wrist and nearly fell down. He even didn't let me the check the package at all and rudely left . I called dx they didn't even said sorry or anytging gave it to me wrong email adress to put my complain. Horrible Horrible experience

Review against DX delivery I received extremely bad delivery service. I have purchased an arm electric leather chair & 2 seater leather chair from Furniture and Choice company which are great items. Initially the both delivery guys rejected to deliver the items up into my flat at the first floor despite I have been assured by the company that their policy says they can do it maximum to the second floor to the client’s chosen room. When I told them I have a confirmation email with that, they then accepted to take it up into my flat the matter which was not done properly. They start with the 2 seater sofa and took it up and left it at the middle of the corridor whilst it should be left in the living room. When I asked them again to take it to the living room, they rejected excusing their rejection because of the stairs side that is restricting the area of the delivery as they can’t left the box over their heads the matter which was not true. They could do it by just lift the box parallel to their chest the case work which is allowed. I informed them that I am disabled and had a lower back surgery as I can’t do it, even that they refused for a non acceptable reason. For the second item, one arm electric chair, the box was wider than my flat’s door so they couldn’t pass it through the door. I asked them if this arm chair is built in in the box or not, and they showed me it comes with four separated part, two arm side, back side and the bottom sitting part attached with a heavy electric motor. Each part can pass through the door easily. I told them again that I can take the light parts but I do need please your help (which is actually their work) to take the one attached with the electric motor as it is really heavy and wide and due to my disability I can’t do it, and disgustingly they refused excusing that they will be late for the next delivery despite what I asked takes just two minutes work. I had then to manage the situation by my self as disabled person with a help from my neighbour and one other friend who are also disabled people the matter which has left me now injured and suffering from back lower pain, knees pain & pain over my both shoulders.
