Hopeless, just utterly hopeless. I ordered a part form Germany at the same time as I ordered a battery. The part from Germany was being delivered by DPD the battery was being delivered by DX. The part from Germany has arrived and I was given a one hour delivery slot. I am still waiting for the delivery from DX. Says it all really

They need to teach their drivers to read or see, and someone to be available after 5pm Moday to Friday, for people who do not get deliveries due to incompetence. My delivery was urgently needed for Saturday so the delivery was booked for the Friday, have now been told that the first day they can deliver is Monday. So not available to me on Saturday. If a sign says Road but the addess is Crescent, how difficult is that. The house they tried to deliver to also had a sign on it saying Road. I tried to contact the CEO but even with his home address could find a phone number. His name and address is: - Lloyd Dunn 32 The Ridgeway, Rothley, Leicestershire LE7 7LE

Drivers continually claimed to have tried and failed to make delivery but we have a record from phone and security cameras of everyone who comes to the gate so I could prove they lied. Take 3-4 days to re-arrange a delivery, do not give a time slot and then fail to turn up again and again. This happended to me 4 times in a row until in the end I asked the supplier to take the goods back from DX and I purchased what I wanted elsewhere. Worst courier service I have come across by a long way.

Dreadful service - not fit for purpose In common with so many others, DX failed to deliver my passport on the scheduled date. I was promised next day, but they failed again. It was finally delivered on the 3rd day - but with no notification or feedback that it was on its way, it was lucky there was someone at home to receive it. The DX online website wasn't kept updated to reflect current delivery status. I made repeated attempts via email, twitter and messenger to get advice and feedback with little to no success. I also tried their chat line (not available) and phone (only pre-programmed telephone contact, no "real" person available). I contacted HM Passport Office re non-delivery, who transferred me to DX to speak directly to a contact - but instead got a recorded message which auto-hung up. DX must have got the contract with HMPO purely on the basis of lowest tender, certainly not on any measure of service quality. I finally received my passport 3 weeks after it was issued. In summary - avoid like the plague. One star is one too many.

This has to be one of the worse delivery companies that I have used. I had a day off of work to wait for my delivery and got a text saying not able to deliver. The driver did not ring me to find my address which was the excuse that the company used. I then re arranged to deliver another day (and had another day off of work) and they did not even try to deliver my passport. Third time they did deliver. I tried to speak to someone but they only give you an email address. I have now had a letter which is just a standard letter that did not address anything in my complaint. Do not use this company! Just google their reviews.

Arrange collection of a parcel on Friday before 5.30pm, it is now Thursday the week after and my parcel has still not been collected!

Don't give delivery slots - need to wait all day for re-delivery. In future if a company informs me they are using this service I won't be dealing with them.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO FLEXIBILITY ZERO EMPATHY I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT YOU CAN NOT CONTACT YOUR DRIVERS TO OBTAIN A ROUGH GUIDE AS TO WHEN TO EXPECT A DELIVERY!! CLEVER AS MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER IS, EVEN SHE COULD NOT PREDICT ON FRIDAY THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR TODAY BEING THE MONDAY!! ALL I WAS ASKING FOR WAS AM/PM ?? APPALLING ATTITUDE 😔😔

There should be a no star option! Took the day off and waited for my garden furniture to be delivered by DX. They never showed up - I spent a very long time on hold and being passed department to department as no one wanted to deal with my query. Eventually it was found my order was on a 3 day van instead of an overnight one- so was asked to take another day off to accept delivery. Eventually I managed to get a Saturday delivery instead, however I then get a text on the Friday morning 'your order will be delivered today before 17.30'. Not great when you're at work all day! Phoned again but they assured me not to worry, definitely on the system to be delivered tomorrow, must have been an automated message by mistake. Return home to find the furniture has been thrown over our 6 foot fence (impressive!!!) and smashed our patio tiles in the process as well as the furniture. DX don't have a customer service team to speak too so we've been advised to send an email - very helpful - and you can't start a claim for loss or damages as the recipient. What an appalling company!

There must be zero star, or even below zero star for this company. I've never seen a company like this. It's so bad that I can't make any comparison. I waited for two days at home to collect my passport, but while I'm sitting on my couch, I received a text message from the company that "they attempted to deliver, but failed". The reality is they didn't fail, because they never attempted. Actually, they were successful, because this company aim not to deliver things and they're the best in the business of not delivery. OMG! It makes me crazy that I lost three consecutive days because of this company! They're the worst liars. Your only way is to reschedule it again, but it doesn't matter, you can't get your delivery. They're so good at lying and determined not to do their job, they keep dragging it. It's like they commit not to deliver things and make people angry. It's unbelievably bad organisation and I can't believe these kinds of businesses still exist in 2019. You must be crazy to use this company for an important parcel or document to be delivered. I wouldn't give them my garbage. I still don't have my passport, and I have no idea when I receive it or even if I can receive it one day. It's like they take my passport as a hostage and I don't know what to do. Should I call the police or offer them ransom? If you don't want to be in hostage negotiations with this company, don't use their services.

Why can't you give it zero stars? 3rd time in rescheduling due to your incompetence.. still not received. Spoke with someone on Friday and have emails saying my item will be delivered between 9-1pm. Did it turn up?. No. How on earth can a company as this exist?

I try to go live chat and after l put all details like phone email tracking name and a lot more it say ā€œno advisor availableā€ such a time wasters then after calling and telling to a robot all the details again l was transfer to a human advisor but then l got ā€œall the advisor are busy email us and we reply in 24hā€ and just hang the phone l just cant belive it

Absolutely the worst delivery company ever, gave 1 star as I cant see how to give zero stars, lost my package, then found it was sent to the wrong depot, tried to ring them but took 20 attempts to actually speak to someone, then got told even though they had lost my parcel it was up to me to contact the vendor, also put in 4 support tickets but not one of them was answered, now they have found my parcel but when I check the tracking it now says I need to re book a delivery even though I told them I wanted it delivered asap. ABSOLUTELY the WORST ever, will never use again and would not order from online companies that use them, avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!

would never allow a delivery by this company again. Next day delivery didn’t arrive and after a long time on the telephone arranging an early delivery the followmorning it didn’t arrive until 1240 approx. Numerous excuses made, told asked at specific houses, which don’t even exist in the area. No phone call to check where we lived, allegedly no mobile signal - never had this problem with any delivery before. Shocking service.

If I could put 0 I would. On 4 occasions I have been let down. Haven’t delivered, parcel gone missing, no card left. Don’t even bother with Next Day Delivery!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Do not use this company! I’m still waiting for my parcel six days after sender has dispatched. They’ve put the phone down on me and disconnected the live chat on me. Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely dreadful rubbish. I wish to give zero or below for rating this company. Very poor service. Wasted my times for 2 days indeed. NO delivery -NO explanation- NO apology- NO card left. The phone lines sound to be even worse than the email responses. I tried to rearrange the delivery but they are asking for an charge £6.95?!! Then what did I pay initially for??? In their emails claims (Unfortunately we were recently unable to complete this delivery.) without explanation of why they were unable?!!! But today I already received my neighbour's parcel for them. HIGHLY not recommend. AVOID, AVOID & forever AVOID this Complete lies All references available upon requested

Do you want to sit indoors for 2 days awaiting delivery? Do you want a ā€œserviceā€ that makes no contact and is uncontactable as well as lies about when goods will be delivered? Do you want a company that says it’s phone lines are always busy but if the inquiry is urgent then e mail them and they may respond in 24 hours? Do you want to use a delivery service that claims it cannot contact it’s drivers....for 2 days!? As a supplier do you want to lose customers? If you have answered ā€œyesā€ to any of the above, then DX is the company for you. If however you want a reliable service with a modicum of customer care then look elsewhere. For a service sector where the bar is not set very high in any event, DX takes it to a new low.
