Changed delivery date of item at the last minute so that it was late, and then contacted me to say they had ‘attempted delivery’ but were ‘unsuccessful’, but I live in a building with 24 hour reception/security to take parcels. I spoke to someone on the Live Chat feature who was rude and unhelpful, and delivery was re-scheduled for the next day. They didn’t show up, and I’m still waiting on the parcel even though it is now too late for the purpose the item was intended for.

I got an email and text to say it would be delivered today, even a 3 hour time slot, but guess what? No show, what a joke. Booked a day off, for what? Can't even track it, it just says out for delivery!!! Delivery to where, what's the point! If your not going to have driver (tracking) location. Tracking is useless. Parcel has been sent by wickes! Parcel has been received by DX dodgy gits. "What's the point knowing this Mumbo jumbo" and it's not the first time. I use to Work for Royal mail for nearly 2 decades and it seems DX have been given a kiss on their backside by the Goverment and they cherry pick all of Royal mails easy to deliver mail and parcels. Even when you receive letters by DX you see the date on the letter and it's been delivered a month after. What a joke, it's obvious there is some back hand incentive for companies to use a pathetic, rubbish, waste of space company like this. A one legged dog delivering in the North pole, could deliver faster mail to Santa than them....

Despite a text 2 days before to confirm the day, plus a text the evening before and email to confirm the 2 hour slot of of 2:50 to 4:50pm we received a call at 11am on the day to say deliver could not be made due to an issue at one of their depots and could not deliver for a further 5 days! Dreadful customer service, no help and seemed unconcerned about the delay. The delivery was of a pond and being led to believe delivery was confirmed we had dug out old pond and had fish in a temporary location. In addition, took a day of work especially for delivery. If I have a choice I will never use or recommend DX.

Collection arranged for today. Remained in all day and they never arrived. I chased it and was told the driver arrived. I disagreed Only to be told the driver thought it was a delivery not a collection and he did not have a package in his van for this address. Did he not think to ring the office and query - clearly not paid to think. Supposed to now collect later - now 8pm and nothing. Do not use this company.

Cons Boxes were damaged and open....some items didn't even turn up Pros The delivery driver was polite and they came earlier than anticipated

This service is awful. Steer clear of you need a parcel collected. I used this company via parcel 2 go and they failed the collection 3 days in a row including once at 7.15 a.m. when the service is between 9 a.m and 5.30 p.m. Couriers that can't be bothered that 'work' for a company that can't be bothered. AVOID.

They appear to be keeping what they are supposed to deliver…twice we have mattresses go missing and they pretend they tried to deliver, apart from the extended time to get things, they surely should be checked by the seller?!?

Worst company, they have lost 2 packages, a mattress and a replacement mattress for the first one they lost, supposed to be delivered to me and no explanation. Do not use this company they are dodgy and very unhelpful, can’t phone them to ask anything and the website is useless they say they will help and then cut you off. If I could give them no stars I would.

Should be able to give no stars. Absolutely shocking service backed up with shocking customer service. Parcel didn’t arrive after waiting in all day, no communication and unable to contact after the time you have to wait until to see if it arrives.

Useless- 3 times failed to deliver on scheduled date - website lies saying card left - automated phone service says delivery attempted at 0 hours- website contradicts itself saying ID required for redelivery then say no ID

I was expecting delivery today per their tracker system. I have gotten 3 different answers from the same company. The chat system says the package wasn't scanned at the depot and they don't know when delivery will be. The phone system says that delivery will be on Friday at the earliest (today is Wednesday).

Poor poor delivery service, expecting deliver of furniture, no show on delivery day and no contact to say it would be late even though they delivered to an area 10 minutes up the road from where I live. Now have to wait extra days without the furniture I need. Very unprofessional. Would never use this company given the choice. AVOID

Very unreliable! This is the third day, I am waiting for DX to collect 13 packages from my home. They failed already twice and the only think they say is: We will deliver tomorrow. I stay all day off work, waiting for someone to come but sadly, no one comes. The customer service is extremely rude and not useful. I have lost hope that these packages will be collected at all. Please avoid DX, if you can!

I would give zero! Email and text to deliver on specified day (which I paid extra for) 5.43 am tracking read out fit delivery today. 5 pm still no sign check tracking to show there is a problem. Customer service worse than useless told me it was never out for delivery. It may come next may not!! Avoid this company at all costs

Delivery was supposed to be here by 14.45. They were north east of city, I'm on the west. Now heading south of city! When am I getting my parcels?? I've taken the day off work to be here 😡😡😡
