Stayed in all day waiting for DX to collect a bike. Next day had phone call from them assuring me collection would be following day. No one turned up. No phone call to explain. E mailed company asking what went wrong, no reply. Bike collected following week by parcel post

After 3 x failed deliveries very frustrating!.. Got delivery yesterday. Staff extremely polite & apologetic and worked hard to resolve. Everyone out there patience and empathy to hard working drivers during this pandemic and road works which seem to be everywhere which accounts for delayse etc. Well Done DX Thankyou.Ray Squires

Wickes used DX to deliver a kitchen to me next day. More like next week! Their tracking system (which is useless) says that they will deliver... yesterday! How rubbish is that! Given that their only task is to deliver something when its supposed to be delivered this is a real fail. Hopefully Wickes will start using a more reliable delivery company.

Useless delivery company! They were supposed to deliver a package to my work address today (3 days late) and have just emailed me to say they are unable to do so, no reason given, just they will not be delivering and telling me I need to call their customer service. Called customer service, to here a recorded message that quickly quotes an email address for you to send your query to and promptly hangs up on you. Being an office building, there has been someone here since 7:30am today, so they can't claim no-one here to receive the delivery. They also collect a lorry load of pallets from our building every day, as for some strange reason we use them for all our deliveries, so its not like they don't know where we are located. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Two weeks after DX initially tried to deliver my parcel they are still making excuses and have failed to deliver on 5 separate occasions with absolutely no explanation. 2 complaints and 5 phone calls and now they are refusing to communicate at all. Absolute joke. Avoid like the plague.

Had a delivery slot 10am-6pm only told this on day of delivery had to go out so emailed and asked for package to be left in safe place at property to which they replied no our policy is for parcels to be signed for and handed over by driver. Ok so since when during a pandemic do we sign. He then said ask the driver about this ok but just told you we are not in. To top it all off my husband arrived home to find our £90 parcel on the door step this v Company is a joke AVOID.

I hate to leave bad reviews because it can affect people’s jobs but quite obviously there appears to be one simple thing that DX can’t do that other delivery companies appear to be doing all day everyday and that is collect or deliver as promised. I was told by a very friendly lad that they would collect between 9 and 12. They didn’t turn up to collect so I spoke to two girls who just spoke over me at such an incredible speed it was funny. They just told me that although they’d said they would be with me between 8 and 12 they can’t guarantee it. Is it just me or does that sound like a rudderless ship?

Called the customer service support team due to numerous issues with my delivery. Delivery has been delayed for almost 2 weeks and numerous times I've called to ask if my parcel was coming, they said yes but it never arrived. Spoke to their manager Josh and he was too unreliable to do anything about it. Useless team, pathetic couriers. Never again.

Placed an order on the 5th of the month was told would be here today 11th by 8pm. No sign what so fricking ever!! Ordered off Amazon as well. Yet the DX TRACKER had stated my delivery had already been sent and signed for and delivered which was NOT the case. Then I go back to check the tracker on Amazon again and it updated to. Now expected 12-14th of this month. If I could give half a star rather than a full one then I would. Won't be using again.

Absolutely useless, got a txt message saying unfortunately my package couldn't be delivered today ( Monday ) would be delivered tomorrow ( Tuesday ) still no package and this isn't the first time they have messed me about.

Was at home all day, yet no delivery because "no one was in". Perishables, earliest re-delivery Thursday, over 30 degrees. Hope it rods in the back of their car making their day miserable, too.

My wife was in urgent need of a wheelchair. DX stated they would deliver today between 7 am and 7pm. When no sign by 3pm I checked here for reviews and my heart sank. An hour later the chair was delivered in good condition and on time.

I still have not received my parcel. Two days now out for delivery two times now driver out of time !!!! Really bad service. Live chat promise me I will receive ‘today’ errr no not !!!!!!!!!!!

After failing to deliver the first time without any explanation as to why, I arranged redelivery only to find the box that allows you to provide directions has a character limit that restricts to the point where adequate directions cannot be input. The second redelivery failed again without any explanation as to why. I contacted the company before wasting time arranging another redelivery. Person receiving delivery has now wasted two days remaining at home to wait for this delivery. Very disappointing service.

Awful. Seriously woeful service. I was meant to have a delivery on Wednesday never arrived. Arranged a redelivery following day. Suprise suprise no delivery again. They claim the driver attempted to make a delivery but i have CCTV footage outside my house and there was NO ATTEMPT! They promised me a order Monday but then due to it still being at the depot the order got completely cancelled. So i have a tap with so sink! Contacted them and it was really unhelpful service. I will never use them again that is a promise.

I have rated DX a 1 .....only because I could not submit a review with no stars they system doesn’t allow this. I have a return parcel which they have not collected and have no information of this stated on my first day of querying. I waited in for 2 days the date was changed on day 2 but no contact was made to let me know. On day 2 they still did not collect. I have never experienced such a bad service!!! I will never use them again and my parcel collection as been moved to another company. If your happy to wait in for days on end or even leave on doorstep they may probably eventually come and collect when there ready... as I am not ... I’ll never know.

Absolutely shocking delivery company. After having confirmation for a Saturday AM delivery, it failed to arrived. Really really poor service.

Really poor customer service. Rearranging delivery the person on the other end has had me waiting for 90 minutes! I just gave up. the text link to rearrange doesn't work either. No contact number.
