Never had such an experience- original order place in July - eventually after lot if delays on part of furniture and choice - delivery was arranged - we had to take annual leave on 5 different days. Cancelled last moment in several times. Other times did not arrive and text message saying delivery arranged fir another day- without even making sure the date is convenient for us. There is no way if contacting them directly - it has to be through Furniture and Choice who were equally useless - the reason for one day was wrong address ! Another time they did not have time to load the order - what a load of poppycock !!! Never use this service or a company using them

Absolutely useless. so far not delivered five time and still continues the fraudulent service for the dining table ordered (WEB8184576) from Furniture and choice

viovet order. Checked three times on tracker in my area then moved away mid afternoon. My delivery 3 45 to 5 45. At 7.00pm no sign of delivery cannot contact anyone. In all day as builders in. Appalling service as prescription dog food needed not even a phone call or updated text.

Appalling service, I'm waiting for delivery for third time now. First it was incomplete address (it wasn't) now it's "we missed you". I've been at home all day and I can see the driveway. Also there's no calling card if you missed me. I tried to phone provided number, it's fully automated and redirect me to a chat on the page. Unfortunately the chat is inactive as there are no advisors at 4pm so well within working hours! The only response I could get was twitter. Even then I was faced with catch 22. I can either opt for re-delivery by drivers that don't deliver and provides excuses or collect from depot, which I can't use because I have no calling card. I know delays and mistakes happens but what I do not tolerate is being lied to (incomplete address and not being at home). I will be actively avoiding ordering via you again. NO STARS*********** Absolutely unreliable. Two days waiting for an item to be delivered according to their own tracking, but nothing arrives. Bad business and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, not notifying the recipient of the reason for non delivery, cannot contact at 5.10. and online chat not working. An earlier email has not been replied to. Such people don't deserve any business!

No customer service at all , no phone support no chat agents . Called retailer who told me delivery had been re scheduled and driver still attempted . Horrendous service .

Offered a service they can't deliver on I.e. guaranteed Saturday delivery. How this company is still in business is anyone's guess.

ordered from viovet last time it arrived following day driver said he had a puncture tracking showed vehicle on move a couple of miles from me. this time day of delivery waited in no show again following day showed parcel back on van for delivery today but could not track it guess what still not here no contact from dw to apologise Appalling service they couldnt pass the 11 plus if you added all the employees brains together Will not order anything on line again if it uses this dead end company.

I ordered a 2-day PCR test for my mother from a company called Oncologica who was coming to visit me. This is a test she is supposed to take within 2 days of her arrival to UK. Oncologica told me my package was dispatched on the day she arrived, day zero. I was provided with a tracking number and told my courier was DX. But when I tried to use this number to track my kit on DX website, I couldn't. Because I couldn't track my package I made an enquiry on DX website asking when will I receive my package, but I didn't get a reply. On day 1, I received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 2pm-4pm, but I received nothing that day. I tried calling and live chat, but I couldn't reach DX. Today, on day 2, I again received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 1pm - 3pm. After, 3pm, I again tried calling and live chat, but couldn't reach anyone from DX again. I received my package around 4pm. I need to mail the PCR test back and the royal mail priority box near me has a last collection hour at 4:15pm. Because DX was late twice, my mom couldn't do the test within 2 days of her arrival since it says on the PCR test to take the test on the day you will post it before the collection time. And the fact that I wasn't able to reach anyone from DX this entire time really stressed me and my mother. This was a horrible experience.

Sold wrong test and they refuse to refund. Should be shut down (should NOT be on government list!!) Someone please help stop these criminals from stealing like this

My second delivery in a week via DX. Major issues with both. The most recent said delivery would be between 0700 and 1800 on Friday. There was no way to get a more exact time. We ensured that someone would be at home for this period ( with some difficulty). No delivery was made and explanation offered and no way to contact them. I will try to ask sellers not to use this company.

Stated parcel was out for delivery, between 8am and 6pm. Stayed in all day and parcel did not turn up. Customer service was not very helpful. Had to get into contact with them who then said I needed to rearrange delivery, which I don't feel confident will even show up. Meant to be express delivery and irs terrible.

Paid for express delivery from Russian embassy my misfortune they chose to use DX. sent for delivery Friday 19 november 2021. recieved a text saying unable to deliver on monday 22 november 2021. no reason given. went on to say delivery would be the next day Tuesday 23 november. No delivery was attempted and no further contact from DX As of 24 november still waiting for delivery. There is no way to contact Dx for an explanation. The automated phone line offered to deliver on 25 november 2021 having no other choice had to accept- this means waiting for delivery 4 days -if it arrives.

Simply waiting for a parcel not delivered on delivery date . Cannot get a answer off anyone where parcel is an when will be delivered. Everything is automated answers. Why do national companies still use Dx parcels ???

My building has a 24 hour concierge on the desk, yet apparently my address could not be reached. No attempt to call my mobile, the online redelivery booker doesn't allow a date to be selected, the redelivery phone number plays an automated message then hangs up, and the live chat is unavailable. Shockingly bad service!!

There should be an option for no stars for no service. Used this courier to send a large parcel. Paid a lot of money. 1st attempt they failed to collect. 2nd attempt they failed to collect. How does this company stay in business?
