Horrible service!!! I have been waiting my documents from the home office for three days ! They left a card , arranged a delivery slot online for a morning session after paying extra fee!! However they turned up the day before the slot and obviously I was not there ! Now I don't know what to do ! No telephone customer service, only automated response! Absolutely careless company , not sure why the home office always uses such service!!

Much like all the other reviews.. delivery slot between 7am-6pm trapped indoors the whole day in fear I would miss the delivery if I went out.. no one turned up.. whole day.. extremely poor service.. no one apologising.. have sent email no reply.. not sure what to do next.. likely to tell them not to bother and the company I bought the chair from can either refund me or use someone else to deliver... with so many bad reviews and my experience what the hell are they playing at?!?!?! Trading standards?

Absolutely awful service - expecting a mattress to be delivered ordered from Mattressman, given a "between 7.00am & 6.00pm" time slot ( in itself pathetic), stayed in all day & nothing arrived. Had to take another day at home for delivery today which again came late in the day. Use at your peril !

Abysmal. Paid for delivery on Friday, got a text and email to say it would arrive on the Friday, goods did not arrive until the Monday. When they did arrive (a selection of wood for a DIY project) there were multiple footmarks on the wood making them dirty. The tracking system does not update regularly enough to be useful. I have complained to the company and received no reply. Avoid at all costs.

After giving date and time slot for delivery (with tracking number) they did not turn up. No communication for the failed delivery, waisted a whole day waiting. Telephoned DX , first time on hold for 7 minutes and get cut off. Second time after 27 minutes managed to talk to customer services, gave very poor excuse about the missed delivery. Very poor and disappointing service.

Shocking!!! Tried delivering early without notice then i have to rebook to which again delivered early. Contact customer service who tell me its been booked for delievery completely missing the point i had made with them.

I cannot believe that the passport office uses this company as its courier. I have been given 3 different dates for the delivery of my passport and I am still waiting. There is no-one to speak to and the tracking information is not being updated.

Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT USE!!! Only automated telephone support available, impossible to speak to a real person. Only gives 6 or 12 hour delivery slots- completely unacceptable in this day & age.

The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing, automated emails notifying of a delivery date which turn out to be a work of fiction (and of course mean waiting in on multiple occasions), and now I have no idea whether I will actually receive my parcel or not at all. Really poor.

Hopeless, just utterly hopeless. I ordered a part form Germany at the same time as I ordered a battery. The part from Germany was being delivered by DPD the battery was being delivered by DX. The part from Germany has arrived and I was given a one hour delivery slot. I am still waiting for the delivery from DX. Says it all really

They need to teach their drivers to read or see, and someone to be available after 5pm Moday to Friday, for people who do not get deliveries due to incompetence. My delivery was urgently needed for Saturday so the delivery was booked for the Friday, have now been told that the first day they can deliver is Monday. So not available to me on Saturday. If a sign says Road but the addess is Crescent, how difficult is that. The house they tried to deliver to also had a sign on it saying Road. I tried to contact the CEO but even with his home address could find a phone number. His name and address is: - Lloyd Dunn 32 The Ridgeway, Rothley, Leicestershire LE7 7LE

Drivers continually claimed to have tried and failed to make delivery but we have a record from phone and security cameras of everyone who comes to the gate so I could prove they lied. Take 3-4 days to re-arrange a delivery, do not give a time slot and then fail to turn up again and again. This happended to me 4 times in a row until in the end I asked the supplier to take the goods back from DX and I purchased what I wanted elsewhere. Worst courier service I have come across by a long way.

Dreadful service - not fit for purpose In common with so many others, DX failed to deliver my passport on the scheduled date. I was promised next day, but they failed again. It was finally delivered on the 3rd day - but with no notification or feedback that it was on its way, it was lucky there was someone at home to receive it. The DX online website wasn't kept updated to reflect current delivery status. I made repeated attempts via email, twitter and messenger to get advice and feedback with little to no success. I also tried their chat line (not available) and phone (only pre-programmed telephone contact, no "real" person available). I contacted HM Passport Office re non-delivery, who transferred me to DX to speak directly to a contact - but instead got a recorded message which auto-hung up. DX must have got the contract with HMPO purely on the basis of lowest tender, certainly not on any measure of service quality. I finally received my passport 3 weeks after it was issued. In summary - avoid like the plague. One star is one too many.

This has to be one of the worse delivery companies that I have used. I had a day off of work to wait for my delivery and got a text saying not able to deliver. The driver did not ring me to find my address which was the excuse that the company used. I then re arranged to deliver another day (and had another day off of work) and they did not even try to deliver my passport. Third time they did deliver. I tried to speak to someone but they only give you an email address. I have now had a letter which is just a standard letter that did not address anything in my complaint. Do not use this company! Just google their reviews.

Arrange collection of a parcel on Friday before 5.30pm, it is now Thursday the week after and my parcel has still not been collected!

Don't give delivery slots - need to wait all day for re-delivery. In future if a company informs me they are using this service I won't be dealing with them.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO FLEXIBILITY ZERO EMPATHY I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT YOU CAN NOT CONTACT YOUR DRIVERS TO OBTAIN A ROUGH GUIDE AS TO WHEN TO EXPECT A DELIVERY!! CLEVER AS MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER IS, EVEN SHE COULD NOT PREDICT ON FRIDAY THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR TODAY BEING THE MONDAY!! ALL I WAS ASKING FOR WAS AM/PM ?? APPALLING ATTITUDE 😡😡

I completely agree with previous post. Got text stating it would be delivered the next day which would have been Wednesday 10th. After checking online tracking stated Friday 12th worked from home that day but no delivery. Was at home until afternoon on Saturday , going online this morning they have claimed to have delivered my passport on Saturday at 0916 and signed for. Phoned Dx up spoke to an extremely rude disinterested lady who would not listen or help stating it had been delivered and would not look into this saying it had been signed for and I would have to chase my missing bank card up with my bank. This is my passport a major concern that they thought it was a bank card

There should be a no star option! Took the day off and waited for my garden furniture to be delivered by DX. They never showed up - I spent a very long time on hold and being passed department to department as no one wanted to deal with my query. Eventually it was found my order was on a 3 day van instead of an overnight one- so was asked to take another day off to accept delivery. Eventually I managed to get a Saturday delivery instead, however I then get a text on the Friday morning 'your order will be delivered today before 17.30'. Not great when you're at work all day! Phoned again but they assured me not to worry, definitely on the system to be delivered tomorrow, must have been an automated message by mistake. Return home to find the furniture has been thrown over our 6 foot fence (impressive!!!) and smashed our patio tiles in the process as well as the furniture. DX don't have a customer service team to speak too so we've been advised to send an email - very helpful - and you can't start a claim for loss or damages as the recipient. What an appalling company!
