Website is excellent and easy to use. Prices very good. Last order tho i didnt receive can of glue and have been repeatedly unable to get a refund or replacement! Other than that great.

I normally order via online site. its quite simple to use, however I do think it needs to be updated. delivery is always very good though.

I have in the past had several orders where foam was mis-cut. In one case it was 10x thicker, in another case it was cut the wrong shape. But to be fair, you have always sorted it out ok

generally I find Efoam service ok. staff always ring back if they have to and I find them easy to communicate with etc. my only comment would be the web site. it seems quite old and not easy to navigate also you have to keep going back if you want to order a number of different sizes of the same product.

We have used e foam a number of times now. Generally pretty good, but they did offer a free memory pillow on orders over £50 or something like that. Having spent over a hundred pounds with them, we asked for two. We received none. The order was wrong and we explained to them we hadn't received the pillows. They sent out the extra foam - but no pillows.

We are really sorry to hear about your problem. For a number of years we are offering a FREE memory foam pillow for orders above £150, as you can see on our home page. This is added automatically to the basket when the order exceeds £150. Unfortunately your orders were smaller.

Overall look and feel of the website is very dated. Issue with updating cart and adding to the shopping basket. Would have gone elsewhere if it wasn't for the price. Hope this helps.

Your website is very easy to use and provides a great range of sizes and shape. However your payment using Sage and, specifically, the verify Visa part to pay is not such a good experience. If it had not been for the many aborted attempts to pay I would rate you Very Good.

What I couldn't see was the estimated date of delivery and once I got the invoice stage I lost the web page if I was to go back. I had to log on twice to this website and it went down twice at payment stage. I wanted to pay by visa but feared loosing the site again so opted for Paypal instead.

Sorry to hear you had problems. Our site is very easy to use, we don’t have a log in facility. I assume with “invoice stage” you are talking about the basket page. To go back to the site from the basket, it’s as easy as clicking the “continue shopping” button at the bottom left, or your browser’s back arrow button.

! cushion ordered- will order more after I have checked that my measurements are correct and that the order i.e. type of foam etc meets our needs
