“The ordering process was easy enough. I was a first time buyer of foam and found the pricing / quoting tool accessible. Perhaps my main comment would be that the site needs updating. I found that there were many sites that used exactly the same quoting system, but was happy to use this one as it showed pictures of the product.”

“When ordering Acoustic Tiles from eFoam I wanted a small sample but had to pay for this even though my eventual order was over £300. When order arrived it was short by one acoustic tile but luckily as the tiles came in 'packs' I had over compensated and had enough. The 'super strength' spray glue does not cover the square metre coverage as specified on the rear of the tin so I ran out of glue 3/4 way through, and be warned this glue is not as industrial strength as stated on the eFoam website and although my acoustic tiles are still in place some are a little loose. Delivery was spot on, very quick. Good products and service from eFoam just be aware of some minor hitches that may occur.”

“The thickness of the foam can very quite a bit. Buying 1/4", it varies from about 2 to 8 mm. They have made a few mess-ups on orders I have placed, but have always sorted them out to my satisfaction. Each time I have been left with foam I did not pay for, so their mess ups were to my advantages.”
