“Ease of use to find the correct foam, free delivery which is a bonus and a chance to win an ipad mini for writing a review, cant be bad.”

“Like the size form and how it displays you dimensions before proceeding. But very irritated by being charged another £10.00 when spending around £180.00 and living on the mainland UK. Some companies waver this charge when spending over a certain amount or state on your page free delivery to central UK.”

“Product good but poor experience with the checkout. Paid and then it redirected me to state I had to start again. Count see if I had paid so had to risk paying twice. Also 0800 numbers are not good anymore as mobile phones charge for this. Standard number should be available. regards”

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration that 0800 numbers are not free from many mobiles, that is why we have our 01902-405100 number large on the top of every single page. Also according to Ofcom 0800 numbers will be free from mobiles in 2015. We use Sagepay for Checkout, just testing it again without any problem.
