“Product good but poor experience with the checkout. Paid and then it redirected me to state I had to start again. Count see if I had paid so had to risk paying twice. Also 0800 numbers are not good anymore as mobile phones charge for this. Standard number should be available. regards”

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration that 0800 numbers are not free from many mobiles, that is why we have our 01902-405100 number large on the top of every single page. Also according to Ofcom 0800 numbers will be free from mobiles in 2015. We use Sagepay for Checkout, just testing it again without any problem.

“I am rating "normal" as the transaction is not yet complete. The ordering process has gone smoothly so far and I liked the guidance given on what density of foam to choose. I wont know until my goods arrive how good this site is as I haven't yet receive the product so cannot comment further.”
