“easy to use online ordering process, hope the foam is as good as the process :)”

“The thickness of the foam can very quite a bit. Buying 1/4", it varies from about 2 to 8 mm. They have made a few mess-ups on orders I have placed, but have always sorted them out to my satisfaction. Each time I have been left with foam I did not pay for, so their mess ups were to my advantages.”

“E-foam website was easy to find from google search and user-friendly however the description of the products is short and a little confusing. For instance, it says acoustic foam and soundproofing foam. So I did not know which one was the one to limit the noise.”

“Foam is flexible therefore + - tolerance, which I found out to my cost today. I re-ordered 5mm smaller than required in the hope that I might receive the correct or smaller length & width as cutting 10cm deep foam could be a problem for me.”

“Although the site appearance is quite old-fashioned, it's very easy to choose your particular materials and foams for submitting the order. However, choosing your type of foam from the "foam and grades and types " does not mean that your particular foam has been choosen. You have to choose again from a new list while you submitting the size of your foam. Thank you”

“I am a first-time retail buyer of foam. Your site was one of the top 'results' when I entered "foam" into Google - so, you are clearly doing something right! I think your website is dated. There is noting wrong with it - I was able to order some samples of different foams. However, it looks a little tired. It doesn't take much investment to build a better website - and you have a great web address. The Internet has many low-cost options to build an online retail business. I am happy to advise further (in exchange for foam) on how to build a new website at minimal cost (I don't build websites - I just know about them). Andrew Andrew@bluegerbil.net”

“I found it very easy to choose the shape I needed and put in the correct size. I also found the advice/ information about the type of foam, firmness and extras very clear and extremely useful. It gave me confidence in what I was ordering and I didn't feel the need to search other sites for advice/comparison. The style of the site is quite dated and it isn't mobile responsive which would improve the experience.”
