“The EFP30 is good for my purpose. The multiple-order pricing system is strange though. The price for a second 200x100cm 3mm piece is £6, the 3rd one is £6.99, the 4th one is £8. Doesn't really encourage the customer to order more.”

“we should have more pictures and description on quality and kind of usage. I can see few lines of description with single photo which does not helps much while making choices. Also as they are non refundable so one has to choose with atmost care.”

“Best price I could find. Tool very easy to use. Bit confused as to why the same overall size can cost different amounts when setting different pieces up in the 4 part lounge cushion? Customer service unhelpful when called to ask about options.”

“Lots of choice and speedy delivery. Downside is that the thickness can not be guaranteed, according to customer service, as it is handcut. I find this a bit troubling, especially when you can specify the thickness in mm. Last shipment was all different thicknesses, even though they should have been the same. Got refund, but I rather have foam that is cut to the required thickness. I order now thicker than I need and have to cut it myself to the required thickness.”

“Irritating. When trying to edit order measurements it goes back to an empty form and then adds new measurements to basket as a separate item.”
