Ordered 3 items from 1 brand, 2 different bags and a jacket. 1) Bag have all tags, quality control sheet and comes in plastic bag as it should be. 2) Jacket without quality control sheet and in different color. 3) Bag without any tags and plastic bag. *Quality control sheets are the feature of the brand. Color of the jacket wasn't my main complain as its dark grey instead of black. But the fact that bag comes to me from the shop without any tags like I bought it used on ebay wasn't good at all. Contacted End support and they asked me to take photos of the stickers on the bag, which I don't have of course. Then they replied that probably they used bag for the photo shoots and lost tags. So I bought used bag from a shop. Also tried to tell me that dark grey and black is the same color! Actually they had both colors with different photos. Then they offered send order back as I'm not happy with it. Of course they said that I need to pay for delivery. To clear the situation, I payed custom fees for it and this mistake of the shop would cost me double price of the bag if I would send it back and pay for delivery. As a bonus they also listed wrong measurements of the jacket, I asked in their live chat about it and they told me that they're accurate. As their measurements was way far away from the measurements on the official site of the brand I take risk and believed official measurements instead of End ones. And even here End was wrong. As another minus to their "service" and shop - they tried to report my review on another site. Overall even a 1 star is too much for them in my case.

Placed an order with them, as I have done many times in the past 6 years or so but usually I only buy shoes. Anyway in this case I bought £200 worth of items and the package did not show up. I immediately took the necessary steps to try to locate my package and the courier. I also contacted end and they advised me to do the same, I was unable to locate this package and emailed end clothing again. I was contacted by Matthew Haris from end clothing, this is what he said “This investigation will consist of the driver being interviewed and returning to the delivery address, to confirm where and to whom this was delivered so the parcel can be recovered. They will also check the GPS location of the driver so he can return to the location to resolve. This investigation can take up to 5 working days to complete, however the courier will provide us with regular updates throughout which will be forwarded to you as and when we receive them.” After not hearing anything back from them and having to CHASE THEM UP 12 days later Matthew responds with “ Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing a longer time frame than initially advised which I can only apologise for, but this is completely beyond our control at this stage.” So now I’m waiting indefinitely because no time frame was given to me, bear in mind there is a time limit on how long I have to raise a dispute with the courier. After chasing them for another 7 days from this email they eventually made the decision to not refund me, this was during the first COVID 19 pandemic and lockdown of 2020, there was limited services as well as huge financial pressure on myself during these unprecedented times. I was briskly told to take it up with the police or courier services now as this was my only option. Matthew haris took so long dealing with this that I was unable to raise a dispute with the courier services, as the time frame from when the delivery had been made has passed. I’ve spent over thousands of pounds at this store over the years. Customers could never be valuable to a company that sells face masks for £89 to be honest. You will find attached communications and the picture dpd have used as a confirmation of delivery. There are 300 flats in my block with the same door.

Denied returns and shady currency conversion. Bought a pair of Trickers and returned them because of too large in size. Had only used them indoors. They then, without any notice returned them back to me stating that they could not accept the return due to dirty soles(!)(which was utter bullshit). This caused me to have to pay double the import taxes. The whole deal cost me $1000 for a pair of $400 shoes that I can't use. Several years later I make another order which to Norway should be VAT free. They state the order is VAT free, but the prices are identical to VAT inclusive SEK, GBP, USD and EUR prices when in reality the NOK prices should have an 20% discount. I spoke to customer service which confirmed that they use their own currency conversion, basically ripping off customers like Forex and the Big Banks. Stay away.

Everything is good until you need to return an item. I ordered a Stussy "vibrant yellow" jacket that has a completely different colour in person than compared to the website image. It is described on the website as vibrant yellow but it's really a dull green/yellow colour. This was just part of a larger order so I asked them to cover the cost of the shipping because the image and the description wasn't accurate and I sent them pictures showing the obvious difference and they just replied saying that colours can look different depending on the brightness of your screen and they wouldn't cover the cost of the return. I'm using a Macbook. I've been a customer since 2014 and spent a bit with them over the years but won't be using them again after this.

I wish I didn’t have to rate them any stars. I had a package go missing back And contact them back on 06/24. I was given information that THE COMPANY would raise the issue with DPD (police dept). After not hearing back from them, I reached out again and all of a sudden the method changed. All of a sudden I need to be the one who obtains a crime report for an issue that has been OVER A MONTH long gone. And all of a sudden I need to obtain this information to REOPEN the claim? They dropped the ball, now here I am left to do what THEY did not do. Not to even mention their terrible customer service. From PHIL especially and Noreen and Stephen who is useless himself. Needless to say, with all of the contact I’ve had with them and looking at their policy, I will be moving forward with legal action AGAINST End. Clothing regarding how this was handled and more. Its true what they say, always leave a paper trail !

For a luxury boutique, customer service was lacking. My order took three days to fulfil and took two weeks in attempting delivery, which in my opinion is far too long for luxury goods. Unfortunately this delivery resulted in the shoes I had ordered for my holiday, not arriving on time or ever! My initial email to customer service took three days to answers. The customer service advisor offered no regret for missing my holiday and gave me further details about picking up my parcel from a secure location, which had been absent previously. Unfortunately, I was away, so got a colleague to attend to this, sadly the details were incorrect. Yet again, it took customer service two days to answer my email, yet again no regret about giving incorrect information. I decided to cancel the order as a result of the shoes never turning up and customer service offering no regret. When I complained about the attitude of the customer service person, once again I was offered with no regret or an apology. I will not be shopping here again and can see from other reviews, customer service need some training!

4 weeks into this and still no response from 'dead end clothes' Previous reviews may be accurate, however, it doesn't fix my issue with thieves such as this. A true respectable merchant would respond within weeks... maybe months perhaps. Not the case here. Sadder still. In my opinion, how sad it must be to work in a place like that! Just a thought friends. Regards.

Never ordered from this store and they hit my credit card for little amounts like $2.80 and 4.33...Then the big hits came $97. $93 $93 $161...you get it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Shittiest online experience ever. Paid $126 in duties for a defective hoodie. Returned and asked for an exchange and paid $86 in duties to find out they sent back the exact same hoodie. Referred me to fed ex to get a refund on the duties/taxes I paid and fed ex wouldn’t. Now end won’t refund the $86 even tho they fucked up the second time (not even asking for the $126...)

Worst online shopping experience ever! Received the item with the magnetic tag still on. Asked for solution, and advise me to go the the local post office to ship the item back by using economic shipping, which takes more than 10 days to received. Also they can only return the shipping cost by giving store credit or paypal. I have not been using PayPal for so many years, and I don’t understand why I need to deal with all this and waste of my time! Australia is under lockdown, and I am already so busy with supervising my kids’ on line learning and trying to work from home at the same time. I asked for the pick up services as Australia is still under lockdown and mentioned I can even cover the gap! No. How END care about your customers feeling and trying to make their life so difficult. If you can’t afford to play don’t sell your product to overseas then. You don’t even understand the whole value of global fashion online retailer for. Bye bye

I was going to buy a jacket, and there were couple of online stores that sold the jacket. But END. promised the fastest shipping time (2-3 days). However, AFTER the item should have been delivered (4 days later), they sent me an e-mail notifying me the jacket was sold out. They are still advertising the jacket on the website and won't answer the e-mails I sent 6 days ago.

Nice selection, however they do not disclose that there will be customs and brokerage fees. Because they have a drop down for your current location you assume that there will be no duty. I feel like there should be more disclosure on their end to make this apparent. Over all seems kind of shady as it is a lot of money.

Ordered a pair of sneakers for $315 dollars. Sneakers don’t fit and was the wrong size. They sent the wrong size now I have to pay $75 dollars to send them back and they refused to accommodate me. Worst experience by far! I would suggest you find someplace else to shop. I’ll never shop this site again... Not to mention, my delivery wasn’t on time either.
