“Enterprise on So Kingshighway at Christy Blvd we so nice and helpful from the time the young black man who picks up at Caliber Collision who helped my husband carrying out boxes and adjusting my seat and held the door for us, getting the vehicle a Nissan Rogue. By the second day I call, hated the Rogue, Alise the mgr very helpful and understand our concerns, she let us trade to a Palisade. While we were there the Black female Monique, not sure how to spell her name, she was very nice too. Call today regarding bill, talked to asst mgr, Conor, very helpful explained the bill. I recommend this location and I would definitely would rent from them again. Excellent Service from all the Staff. The crew who cleans and maintain the vehicles, Excellent, both vehicles were very clean and maintained, very important too!!!”

“The 1st cat i was given was visibly dirty. It had trash in the inside and dirty floor mats. I was given a replacement car that had dried up blood stains on the ceiling. I didn't notice until I was on the road. The company wasn't remorseful at all. I purchased a blanket to cover the seats and the blood transferred to the blanket. Management said the car detailers said it was coffee and they do a good job at cleaning the vehicles. If that was the case, why was the 1st car dirty”

“The car did not accelerate and now after going to 3 separate locations to try to switch out the car. Now there have been multiple calls to try to fix it dealing with less than helpful people who are not very kind or understanding of the situation. Which it took 5 people to properly trouble shoot while being at the wits end of this situation. Trying to drive a very unsafe car that will drop 10 mph going up a hill on cruise control ON THE HIGHWAY. Last but not least they told me to TAKE THE CAR TO THE MECHANIC MY SELF.”
“I made my reservation with the Broomfield office a week early, arranging to have them bring the car to the body shop at 4:30, on a Monday. I got to the body shop a little early, took care of business, and waited. And waited. Finally at about 4:50, the shop called the office to ask about my car. The office advised that they were LEAVING shortly. Later I learned that they were waiting for me to let them know I was at the shop. No one had bothered to tell me that. By 5:30, my wife was there to take me home. Apparently the rental arrived shortly after I left. I called the branch manager who was very apologetic, and new, and asked what she could do. She advised me that there seemed to be no record of my reserving a Traverse, etc. I requested that they bring my Chevy Traverse-class car to my home with another employee to take the driver back. When I Jeep Wagoneer showed up, I should have just said "no" and sent them back, as it would not fit into my garage, but I thought it might be fun to drive, so I called the manager and told her I would be bringing it back the next day for my Traverse. She apologized, again, and said they would be ready. I also advised her that, since it would not fit into my garage, I would not be responsible if it got hit by hail. The next day a texted the manager to let her know I was 20 min away. So far so good. When I arrived, the manager had left for a doctor's appointment, and the folks on duty seemed clueless that I was coming. They told me that they had no midsize SUV's, but that a woman had just come in to drop off a Rogue, and that they would clean it up while I wanted. What a circus. I feel sorry for the new manager. She has her work cut out for her.”

I even forgot an item in the back seat and the staff was swift in getting it back to me when I returned for it. I highly recommended them - reasonable in price with excellence service. “Awful had a 7 passenger minivan scheduled to rent for months before a family trip. Confirmed it was a minivan with worker 2 days prior. Go to pick it up tried to give me a Hyundai Kona! I have 6 people in my family! Guy said it wasn’t his problem read the rules.”

He said let me help you.He put the luggages in a position were it was easy to just pull with ease. That simple act ,made my journey stress free and I learned how to stack my suitcase.and just pull. “This company does not care about customer service. I rented a car thru my insurance company. I was to put down 50.00 deposit, they took 471.00 out of my account one day before the July 4th holiday. I hope they had a great holiday, I didn't but that doesn't matter because they don't care about customers!! Only money!! Use someone else, if they do the same to you, the trip you have planned won't matter! Who knows when I'll get my money back!”
“I hired a car to do a long car trip with my son - London to the Lake District and back in a day - and the service from enterprise was initially great - a Fiat 500 ready and with me quickly - a lovely woman served me and showing me the car. The drive was fine (although the Fiat is hungry for petrol - I had to refill 3 times), but I was blighted by heavy rain and congestion on the way back. What Google predicted as a 5.5 hour drive, that I’d allowed 7 hours for, took me 7.5 hours. That extra 32 minutes cost me a whole days additional hire costs - £144. I understand - they need to guard against lateness - but the excessive nature of this charge means the only outcome that’s been achieved is that I’ll never use them again. Shame.”

“I reserved a car online before traveling to Phoenix. I got to the enterprise and I was informed because I had a debit card and not a credit card that I could not get a car. I traveled from Georgia to Phoenix and I was left stranded. They did not offer me a ride to the hotel and offered no solutions. Heather, Employee E906k9 did nothing over the phone to help. Not only that, but, because it was my pickup time I could not cancel the registration myself online so I was not able to carry my points to another Enterprise because it takes days to add back to your account . Very dissatisfied.”
“Enterprise went way beyond our expectations in honoring our rental agreement. We made a reservation in January 2025, for July, 2 week reservation for a high cargo van. So much can happen in that 6 month interval, so we were left feeling slightly uneasy as to rather that would be doable. As the days ticked by, Enterprise was in constant touch, trying everything within their power to get us a vehicle that would fulfill our needs. And they DID IT! It was amazing, but so much thanks to Francisco for reaching out to his team. They went beyond our expectations in securing a suitable van for our trip. They discounted the days we would have the van, due to our inconvenience, and we were able to pick up our ride this afternoon. As of now, our trip is intact, we will leave on Time to make all of our prearranged camping destinations, and our 2025 camping oddesy will become realty. I highly recommend Enterprise for all rental needs, they truly go beyond expectations.”
