“I reserved a full size suv (Tahoe, expedition, armada). The morning of pick up everything was ready for me and pick up was a breeze. I was given a Yukon SUV and feel that completely surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with adding the insurance coverage I wanted and answered all questions. I don't have anything negative to say about this Enterprise location”
“I LOVE Enterprise. From the start they picked me up at where I had to leave my car at. I NEVER expected to get the news from the body shop with the estimate under the hood mechanical damage. The car was a total loss. I was devastated to say the least. I called Enterprise and Mario the manager at the Lodi location was so understanding and caring. He made a smooth transition to keep me in my rental. As my insurance was covering it. But I had 3 or 4 days left on my insurance. Then he extended the rental and I just pay out of pocket which was a great big relief off my shoulders because I needed a car for work. I can't thank the Manager Mario and his amazing team enough for all their help and understanding while I was going through this stressful time. If it wasn't for Mario at the Lodi location I don't know what I would of done. If I could give that location a 10 I would. Thank you 😊 for going above and beyond helping me. “Enterprise of Mission couldn't have been more gracious in how they handled my rental.
I was back-ended in a Walmart in Mission Texas. I was directed to go to McAllen Tx for repairs, but the Insurance company directed me to rent in Mission, TX.
I made a reservation after 5:00 pm expecting to be directed McAllen, TX.
Enterprise in McAllen said I was pointed to Mission when I called for pick up!
McAllen called Mission and had a car pick me up from my body shop in McAllen.
Mission had my inquiry from the night before, picked me up and had a car ready for me.

“After bring the car home, we realized that we didn't understand how to synchronize our phone with GPS -- so we drove back to the Kissimmee, FL store. Jeff was fantastic and patiently went through, and demonstrated, the steps as I took note. After returning the car, my husband was going to take a bus back to our nearby home but the Manager, Eva, gave him a lift. These "above and beyond" gestures were greatly appreciated. “I can not say enough good things about the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at Harbison Boulevard. Troy the manager, and the other guys there have completely turned this location around. I had numerous bad experiences with this store before and had started using a different location. We had even contemplated using another provider because we continually had such poor service at this Enterprise. Luckily, I was able to be served by these guys and they were fantastic! They make the process easy and streamlined! I'm in and out of there in minutes, but yet they are still professional and extremely courteous! These guys are superstars and it is because of them that we will only use the Harbison location now!”
“I had a rental from Enterprise the waterloo location, I will say that the service was excellent. I took the rental insurance coverage and it was worth every penny. I was in an accident while looking for a new car, Enterprise personnelle were great, Casey and Maggie were thoughtful,kind and helpful. The car was towed, they arranged for me to be picked up and another rental car was waiting for me from the Guelph location. Sidney from Guelph was also excellent when I returned the car. “I picked up car at Frankfurt airport. Got nice Golf 8 , almost brand new. Everything went smooth at pick up, they took deposit of 250e. After a return of vehicles, i had a help from Enterprise worker ALI, to get everything in order.
After inspection they informed me and i got email that there was no issue and refund is issued. After 1 working day i got my money back on debit card.
I recommend this rental company and i will use it for sure in future.

“Chris, a young man, at Enterprise on Grand Ave in Surprise AZ needs a raise and a bonus! I was having problems with the gas pump and it was closing time at Enterprise. I got there and the lights were out and the door locked but Chris unlocked the door with computer in hand and checked the car and took it back!!
