“We had planned to visit our family in NJ for the week of Sept5-12 we flew into Atlantic City Nj , picked up our enterprise Rental Car and drove to our destination. Unfortunately, our trip had to be cut short and we needed to get back to our home in Florida on Monday evening. The only flights we could find to Orlando airport were out of Philadelphia. I called the customer service number which did not give me much help . After calling four or five different enterprises finally We were so fortunate to have gotten in touch with the Atlantic City enterprise branch manager, NORM GREGG.. he took control of the situation and arranged for us to leave the rental car At the Philadelphia airport enterprise. He kept in contact with us to assure us that he was taking care of the paper work needed for the change in drop off. NORM GREGG is such an asset to this company I wish there were more customer service people like him that are willing to help people no matter what the issue is . Because of NORM GREGG , we were able to get back to our home on Monday evening. Thank you again. Lisa B.”

“This was the most positive rental car experience! I rent a fair number of cars. Pick up in Columbus was outstanding. They brought the car to me! They were as efficient as possible, no long line, people spoke English; they smiled, they were courteous, the car was very clean; I just can't say enough positive things.
