The section of food is very limited and does not have anything nutritional or substantial. You used to do soup and rolls but the only savoury food is nuts, crisps, crackers and cheese. If you do not drink alcohol then the food and beverage on offer does not represent good value for money especially as there are not even enough plug sockets in which to charge your devices as well. Th clearing of tables is very slow also but these may have had something to do with staff shortages. Generally I really enjoy the service and atmosphere in the lounge though.

Recommended by friends and family but very disappointed in the range of food available at the time we were using it. Lots of other eating places in the airport offered hot food which we normally use. Do not think it is worth the money. We would probably have spent the same or less if we used other eating places and would have had hot food before our holiday. I would not use this service again. I will use the other resteraunts available at the airport.

I use the Aspire+ for my business travel so decided to use the Aspire lounge while taking family on holiday, seven people in total. I was very surprised at the difference in standard that I met in the Aspire lounge. The soup was nearly depleted upon arrival and then when it was replenished the bread rolls were gone. The same was to be said for all the food in the lounge which I found limited. Then there was the wait I had at the bar area for drinks, not that the staff were ignoring me it was more they were ran off their feet, looked understaffed for the amount of guests in the lounge. Overall I feel the quality I was expecting was not met and I did not receive my monies worth.

Having read reviews, we were very disappointed. The dress code is certainly not monitored, very noisy beer drinking what looked like football supporters. Children running around un checked, quiet area full and food no better than outside. The more superior lounge did look better, would certainly need to be for the extra cost. Would we use again, not sure, think it would depend on time of flight. However not between late morning and mid afternoon. It would then possibly be the upgrade.

Not what we expected this to be - all cold food selection apart from toast - when you are paying nearly 20 pp you would expect to get at least a bacon roll ( like Edinburgh airport ) - would not use this service in Glasgow again.

When we first arrived there were no seats for four available - lounge was crowded. After finding a seat, we ordered drinks. Our first two beer options were not available. Food was OK. Lounge does not have its own toilet facilities so you have to leave the lounge to use public facilities.

Disappointing in terms of food, comfort and cleanliness. Tired decor and dirty toilets, long overdue a refurbishment. No children's area.

With the lounge being under refurbishment it should not be open to the public !!! It's was really hot up there with a couple of air con units which unless you sat in front of them were useless ! No magazines no toilet facilities very disappointing!!

On arrival very pleased with lounge and staff very attentive Really disappointed with choice of menu. Only tomatoe soup available very little to choose from.Felt embarrassed to have to ask for other items, scones crisps, bananas etc no sandwiches or cheese to go on biscuits ,so if you didn't like tomatoes soup tough luck. The staff were very pleasant indeed which made up for lack of choice. My sister and I arrived around 7 pm the lounge was a surprise gift to her from me. We have been in many Ex lounges around the world this is the first time We have been so very disappointed. Look forward to hearing your opinion

I feel saddened that my wife and I have to leave negative feedback but are left with no other option. We arrived excited to use the lounge again after our brilliant experience using it for our honey moon to Paris 25/10/14. We arrived at the lounge Expecting it be busy as it was a weekend which it was. We arrived at 12:30 and were due to board out flight to Ibiza at 15:25, during this time we couldn't access the wifi at all, I was wanting to do some final work tasks before departing, this had to be done when I arrived at our villa instead. Also, we found the food to be very poor this time. The sandwiches were never available and when they were available they were very poor choices (cheese savoury and some sort of unrecognisable sandwich filler.) To cut a long story short, my wife and I have basically payed £42 to use the lounge for a bowl of soup each and a gin&tonic each. We left feeling disappointed and will not be coming back. A huge shame Liam Smith Liam.smith85@hotmail.co.uk

The lounge was overbooked, We struggled to find a seat. Staff were rushed off their feet and food couldn't be replenished fast enough. I was also under the impression guests under the age of 6 were not allowed. While I was travelling with a child this policy really should be enforced as tthis would have helped with the overcrowding issie

Good service but too noisy one group of females trying to shout over each other not a relaxing time. My impression was if groups were too noisy they would be told to quiteten down. I don't think I would use the service again, groups seem to use it to drink as much as possible before they fly, either put the price up or put a limit on alcoholic drinks.
