The lounge was 15 minutes late opening and unorganised. The woman on the desk was taking her stress out on customers and potential customers actually walked away at this point. Poor selection of hot food on offer. Only bacon sandwiches and cheese omelet as an option for breakfast. And fridges were not properly stocked up, for example less than a half bottle of water in the fridge. Waited 10 minutes to be served for alcoholic drinks despite several staff standing in the kitchen looking through at me standing at the bar. It wasn't busy, only two other people in the lounge apart from our group of eight so we would expect to be served promptly Our flight was delayed by an hour, but we were kicked out as soon as our 3 hours were up. As our service was poor, the lounge was late opening and the lounge was quiet we would have expected to be able to stay a little longer than the normal time duration. Very disappointed at the service. The majority of the staff need some sort of customer service training.

20 minutes to check in even with a prepaid voucher. Only one member of staff at the desk, two others chatting away in a corner and no bother to help. Buffet poorly looked after by only one person that was running back and forward, again two female staff busy gabbing.

Nowhere to sit. Very little food. What food was available was very poor. On a positive note though, the staff serving were attentive, quick and friendly, unlike the receptionist, who wasn't very welcoming or helpful!

Very comfortable. Love the quiet section. Staff very helpful. Buffet appalling. The last twice I have visited, the refreshments have virtually been non existent even after asking for replenishments. You also still show the lounge to exist in South terminal, very misleading.

We have used the lounge before and enjoyed the relaxing surroundings. However, since you refurbishment the lounge is no longer relaxing place to be. There we screaming children running about the open plan room u supervised. The food offering is very limited and not as nice. For the cost we would have been as well sitting in downstairs in the departure lounge where we could have had a full breakfast and a quiet corner to sit. Will not be back.

Some of the staff were quite grumpy. The woman who checked me in, in particular, didn't seem to understand the concept of using the admittance pass on my iPhone to check in, and complained to me that she couldn't read the reference on it. The space in the facility was very cramped/limited, and on the seat I did find, the charging points didn't work (which was probably why it was free). Overall, a disappointing experience and not very good value for money. I won't be using this facility again.

I was not able to book for myself and my companion with Priority Pass and was told the only way to ensure entry was to pay; I thus pre paid the full price as we had a long flight ahead and were looking forward to a restful beginning to the journey. The accommodation was cramped and crowded, the tables were filthy with other people's old food and no one seemed to be clearing them up. The food itself was very basic and the only edible thing was cheese and a few leaves of salad. The toilets were not in the lounge itself but outside in the main terminal, which was not acceptable for the price. We were really disappointed and wondered what we had paid for. We will never use this lounge again.

Due to huge queue at bag drop and toilets were downstairs with more queues due to refurbishment, my husband I I barely had 10 mins in lounge, and we got there at 4am for a 6.40am flight, we were not happy no time for food or coffee, so disappointed

I think 35 pounds for a bowl of soup, a sandwich and salad is overpriced, ok you can have drinks, but you need to rethink your food selections. Thanks Nick Byrne

The receptionist was very unfriendly when we arrived, which not a good start. The floor and table that we used was extremely dirty. The drinking glasses were warm and I feel there was a poor selection of food. On the plus side the selection of alcoholic drinks was very good.

When we arrived at the lounge we had to wait in a queue of 5 people whilst the receptionist dealt with a phone call. Once inside the lounge there was no where to sit, the tables were dirty and full of rubbish and dirty plates. We had to wait around 15 minutes to get any food which when it arrived went very quickly and we had to wait for the sandwiches to be refilled on two separate times. The overall experience was not what we expected or paid for. There were too many people in the lounge, screaming children and men walking around in sports shorts and dressed inappropriately. I will not be spending money to use this lounge again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Too busy, crammed, not enough seats, bacon sandwiches soggy more fat than bacon. Atmosphere was awful. Not what you expect from the lounges.

Lady at entrance was lovely and welcoming however when we went to get a seat (at the kids section) both tables where piled high with glasses plates and rubbish that where not cleared the entire time we where there. I went to get a drink and 3 members of staff where standing talking for that long I actually felt uncomfortable waiting to ask for a drink even though they could clearly see me. I got a white wine, measure must have been under 100ml and a beer for my husband, choice was limited as the fridges where empty and needed filled so the others where hot?? Then I asked for a juice for my son and was told I was to do the rest myself (which is fine as been in many lounges and this is usually the norm, which is much better) I went over to get a juice and there was no glasses, had to interrupt again to get glasses and I could tell the staff members where not happy, why this was when the lounge was relatively quiet I have no idea. We where late coming to lounge as we where trying to get my son to eat something at one of the restaurants nearby (he has chronic renal disease and has trouble eating) so I wanted to try him with some snacks in the lounge too and nearly every section was completely empty, except the fridge of yoghurt which he isn't a fan off so it was that or salt & vinegar crisps which he doesn't like. Not long after that we where boarding so left feeling EXTREMELY disappointed and will probably never bother booking into this particular lounge again. Still on holiday at present and have taken the time out to do this review as it was so bad, hope other folk don't waste there money. Thanks

Busy so not enough seating, not spacious or comfortable, poor selection of food, food ran out, coffee machine not working, not enough staff and when I found one to ask about having some coffee I was treated as an inconvenience. Not the calm and relaxing lounge I was led to believe it would be. Will not be using it again.
