I had booked the lounge for a 6 hours stay but left it in disgust after a short while. The “Lounge” is in fact a corridor with seating. It’s dirty, noisy, cramped. The food is of work canteen type and it doesn’ have it’s own restrooms. A bad experience and a waste of money.

Didn't make it through illness. No refund given and it is obvious that you do not keep records of who booked into the lounge. Hence this contact. Very poor

When we arrived in the morning there was nothing out and ready the bread was extremely hard and the bacon was not cooked. I am not a fussy eater however I would not use this service again. Also staff were not polite, this was maybe down to the time of our flight being 9am in the morning but with every service a smile shouldn't be that hard. Sorry you being so honest but reviews is what will help you improve your service.

For the price we paid the food & drinks choice was poor. I’m a regular traveller and have been to many lounges this lounge does the airport no justice

The staff were often nowhere to be seen. When greeted by them they were abrupt and almost unhappy to be doing the job i assume they are paid to do. It was relatively quiet at our time of arrival, however, we had to wait for long periods of time to be seen. Regularly overlooked and service given to others who had quiet obviously arrived at the bar seconds before. I was asked to move from my seats to another area with no explanation as to why this was needed. The area was quiet and there were plenty of seats for arriving guests to obtain. Myself and my partner were very quiet as we had been traveling for a long time and enjoy using the Aspire lounge as a place to recharge before continuing our journey. I certainly will not be back to this particular lounge and will think twice about booking others in the future. I would recommend to anyone looking to relax before a flight and be treated as a customer rather than a burden to avoid this place at all costs. unnecessarily unfriendly and unwelcoming experience.

There is nothing executive about this lounge. People wearing scruffy clothing, poor breakfast. Not worth the £25 each I paid for my wife and I. If anything I would be happy to get my money back.

The bar ran out of tonic ! At 8am? Tables by us weren’t cleaned for an hour! Food was ok but had a side plate to eat off and no cutlery out had to ask, bar man was the slowest you could be ! Overall not a good visit

Place looked ok, but food was horrid. Curry (which was very salty..) is not food you want to eat in the middle of the night.Otherwise there was little choice...The seats were not very comfortable and the toilets were awful for such a location. Was NOT worth what we paid....

It used to be a place where you could sit in peace and quiet and have refreshments while waiting for your flight. It is now a place of noise, where the clientele have no dress code and use it as an excuse to drink as much alcohol in as short a time as possible, declining to sit down, wander around drinking beer straight from the bottle. My wife and I left early and used other facilities at the airport.

New layout doesn't work. Food at one end hot drinks at other end. Waited endlessly in queues for food trays to be replenished so by the time you got the sausage say then the bacon on your plate had gone cold. Seemed not to be enough staff . very disappointed with service

The lounge was too busy and understaffed or poorly managed I only saw someone on the bar once when we left I asked for the lounge to be fully opened when it was clear it needed to be as my wife and I sat apart at first then we managed to sit together at a breakfast bar. Ten mins before we left another section was opened We paid a good amount of money to enjoy a relaxing moment before a floght. It’s safe to say more value for money would have been staying in the terminal

there was no bacon of hot food available when we arrived.we waited an hour for it to arrive ! A lot of people were complaining. We had to wait to be served a drink with limited choic We asked for brown bread and was told it was not available. after complaining it did arrive just in time for us to board. We have been to the Lounge in Leeds Bradford Airport many times an fount it to be Good.We will not going to the Liverpool Lounge again.

On arrival the two people who were on the desk, were mid argument with two guest who had not booked into the lounge, for 5 minuets we stood there not acknowledge once. When we were acknowledge, we got a simple "have ya booked?". We entered the lounge and each table had a name and time on it, I went to ask the ladies on the desk where we could sit, the had left the desk, myself and my husband stood waiting again for around 5 minuets before they came back. We went up to the bar, in a queue of around 7 people stood waiting at the bar for the two women to re-surface and start serving. After we had got a drink we headed to the hot buffet.....no bacon and no sausage, after 20 minuets, other guest in the lounge began to get high rate due to the lack of food and very poor service, this spoilt the whole mood and atmosphere. By the time the sausage and bacon was ready, our flight was called, myself and my husband had 2 bottles of larger each and a croissant. I could have spent less and had a more relaxed and enjoyable experience in the main terminal bar, Leeds and Manchester totally put this Lounge to shame, I always recommend that people book the lounge, we do every time we fly (3-4 times per year) we will not be booking Liverpool's Lounge again.

There was really no choice of food at all. Some rolls, a pan of bacon and that’s it. It didn’t improve the whole time we were there. I visited the escape lounge last year, which was lovely, but the food was appalling here. Take a wide berth.

Lounge was unkept every table had dirty dishes etc on them...service from staff was very very poor. No afternoon meals provided. Still at 13.50 the breakfast food was still available. Had to ask on several occasions had to ask for items eg crisps/butter. Duty manager tried to explain reasons for chaos...but found they werw only his excuses.

Very crowded and no seats available for our party of 3 to sit together. Ended up perched on a table of 2 in the middle of a walkway. Not relaxing at all. Only decent seat, a booth was reserved (had no idea this was a possibility as not advertised & would have reserved a table myself if I had known.) Mainly consists of tables of 2 and bench seating, needs sofas and a larger space as tables crammed together which means you are constantly disturbed. Food was average at best and in such a small space, again on a thoroughfare so either you were crowded with others fighting for a sausage or having to move out of someone’s way trying to get passed. Wouldn’t recommend and no way worth the money, would have been more relaxed outside in a normal seat. Would never use again
