Overcrowded, poor Food and Beverage selection. Service was not able to handle the amount of passengers. Definitely not worth visiting.

The lounge was super crowded. It took us 5 minutes to find 2 seats next to each other. Although they had free drinks and alcohol, food was mediocre. We left early and ended up hanging out near the free airport provided internet /business center since that seemed more spacious. Waste of money.

The selection of food on offer was awful. We arrived just before 12 and there was only cold watery scrambled eggs & a scraping of baked beans available. Around 12.30 came out “lunch” which consisted of 2 very bland tasting (and cold) pasta dishes & some cheese & rolls. There was a cake and some biscuits and that was it. We’ve visited lounges for years now in different airports and this has by far been the worst selection & quality. Thankfully I didn’t pay for my daughter as there was nothing she could eat but £40 for 2 adults....ridiculous!

The shower room was not available (which was the main reason I booked it), all drinks are charged on the top, the range of food was not very big . So basically I paid 25 pounds for a chair and frankly it did not worth it

Overcrowded under staffed and not alot of choice, not very clean and not enough staff to clear tables, not enough seating, and should allow party's of 10 in who are just getting drunk

This lounge does not have enough seats! There are 3 flights that leave for the UK with a few minutes (BA, Air Canada and Westjet) as a result the lounge is over full, they should not sell more space than seats OR redesign and add more seats, the space is big enough. Food and drinks good, but also not enough toilets!

The lounge was too busy and over booked , told on arrival we might not be able to sit together, and all the time we were in the lounge a large section reserved for Singapore air was unoccupied

Turned away at the desk as they were ‘full’ even though we had prebooked, no apology just told to apply for a refund! Sign outside saying prebookings only so we waited in the queue only to be turned away!

The notice on the reception desk said people aged 12+ are allowed in the lounge. There were people in there who had 2 young children in buggies, these children screamed the whole time. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable. The food was restrictive - we were there early morning so it was a breakfast menu, there wasn’t even a toaster! The bar wasn’t that well stocked, if you were lucky enough to catch the bar staff you could get served, however, this didn’t happen very often because the staff disappeared through a door behind the bar. We would have had a better experience in the main lounge with everyone else

Lounge was closed on arrival on New Year's Eve when we arrived for our prepaid arrival time of 1630. We are awaiting our refund. We had to go to another lounge and pay more expensive walk up fee.

There was very little food on display for the buffet both the hot breakfast buffet and not many pastries left. Staff were rude when asked for more food to be brought out. When more sausage and bacon was brought out it came in a white bucket, not very professional. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and both times I have been left disappointed.

Huge area roped off that we were unable to enter even though it was empty. The only 2 free tables were overflowing with half eaten food and drinks which we had to clear ourselves. Very cramped conditions with tables practically on top of each other. No comfortable seating. Food cold and unappetising. Insufficient staff for the number of customers

Cold welcome to lounge on arrival. Uncomfortable seating & small tables. Coffee machine not working. Sub standard, cold, dry snacks. Staff were gossiping about customers to other customers in the lounge. The staff were rude & had altications with several customers. Staff unwilling to go that little bit extra. We were advised that because of the holiday period the stocks were low and were awaiting deliveries.

We arrived at Gatwick celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary only to find our booking could not be honoured since there was no lounge available in the south terminal. We did not know this and my wife was very upset.

On arrival found all but 2 seats on a shared table were reserved. It was like playing musical chairs and other visitors won the seats. After much complaining we were allowed to use a reserved table. During our 2 hour stay no other reserved table was taken up. We all pay the same price so it should be first come first served. Food - absolutely rubbish. Hardly any choice. White wine, cheap and nasty, couldn't drink it. Can honestly say don't bother booking this lounge, go to a restaurant within departures instead.

The staff was rude, especially the team leader ( an older lady who spoke to everyone like dirt) there wasn’t enough seats for all to sit and people was squashed into other tables. The food was disgusting, it was cold and only had bacon and sausage, no beans or tomatoes and ran out of scrambled egg for us, we asked for some toast or bakery goods and again was told they had ran out. The coffee was nice and that’s all I can say that was good. We will not be returning to that lounge again.

We had to stand in a long line outside of mens toilets for 20 mins, there were no seats when we got in staff were very rude and unhelpful i was travelling with my granddaughters 12 and 2 ,we had already had a 3 1/2 hour journey into Manchester expecting to relax once we got there how wrong was i !!!..... We waited 30 mins for a table which im still angry and amazed about. So much for relaxing before a long flight it was spoilt by rude ignorant staff and overcrowding (you must know how many people you have coming in at what time and do you have room) overall a waste of money

Arrived at 8pm with my family who had not ate due to lounge purchase. 1 bowl of bland pasta "sorry we close at 9pm and we have been really busy, hence no food". Informed to contact head office to complain..... had 13 hour journey ahead of me. Last thing I want to do is contact head office to complain. In short.....awful.
