No choice of food ..... only bacon

What a total and utter waste of money. There were no seats available together for a small group of three when we arrived. There was no white wine or beer available and the choice and quality of the food was worse than school dinners. The service was rushed, unprofessional and miserable. The only good thing I can think of is that there was decent WiFi and available plug sockets. I am genuinely shocked how bad it was and will not return.

The family use this lounge every time we go on holiday and usually are very good. This time was awful and really think a refund should be given. My son made himself a bacon roll and half way through realised it was mouldy. When we looked at all the other rolls on the side they were all mouldy too. Not good. Others were complaining too. When we told a member of staff there was no apology and just that we'd have to wait til she defrosted some more! Even the lady on the front desk didn't seem worried. For an exclusive lounge you pay extra for this should not be happening, if we'd have gone to Macdonalds you wouldn't get mouldy rolls! I await to hear from you.

This was not an executive experience it was more like a works canteen and poor at that,it was very cramped, and whilst sitting at the only available table we were asked to make room for complete strangers to sit with us and have breakfast this is not what I paid for, this applied to other couples, also there was a large area cordoned off for a future Singapore airline for nearly an hour, with only 6 people eventually sitting there, there are 4 hot dishes to remove food from laid out in a square shape and not in a straight line so when you remove a lid to get hot food there is nowhere to put the lid other than on top off one of the other dishes so people were queuing. Also the staff walking round stacking dirty pots on a trolley in between cramped tables was just awful. Unless it was a freebie, I would not risk paying for another Aspire experience because I’m not confident it was a one off. .

Landed at 530 am in South Terminal . Had boarding pass to fly at noon from south terminal. Took shuttle to north terminal . Our boarding pass would not let us in to north terminal. We were told to try to see if south terminal lounges would honor aspire ticket. Went back to south terminal. All lounges said no. When I booked I indicated I was flying on Norwegian air. Out of South terminal. I should have been told I could not get into north terminal with only south terminal boarding pass. Or issue me a document to allow entry into north termnal.

Over crowded, struggled to find a seat together, eventually cramped together in a small space sharing a table, staff seemed to find it acceptable to allow passengers to use it as a bedroom, taking up 10 seats etc for 4 people, would not recommend it, or use again.

Far too crowded. Too many people pushed into perhaps 2/3rds of the room. The other part of the room was empty most of the time and being kept for another airline. Food. The bread was dry, the eggs and bacon the same. The coffee machine was out of order for quite a while. Staff were pleasant but not very friendly.

The food was cold and most things had ran out. The staff were horrific. The woman behind the bar was flirting outrageously with a customer, he was obviously uncomfortable and kept talking about his wife before moving away. Additionally, it was so full we had to wait for seats. It was like a Wetherspoons pub but with school dinners

Used the lounge in terminal 2 on 5/12/17 it was extremely busy. Arrived at 7.30 there were no pastries, the coffee was awful and there wasn’t anywhere to sit, will not be using this lounge again, complete waste of money.

Far too busy, tables not cleared, staff sadly lacking in manners, difficult to get served at bar and staff appeared to do there best to avoid being behind the bar. I use lounges twice a year and would not use this lounge again, escape lounges much nicer to be in. Disappointed and feel I wasted my money

Well I didn't like the fact that processco was chargeable, the food was bland and like hospital food. There was hardly anywhere to sit. I wouldn't book it again upon arrival we were told we were at the wrong lounge and to go to the other one we did to be told to gonna leave and then we were actually check in correctly

You had over sold the lounge. We were the last ones in. Others were turned away saying you were full. We were crammed onto a table with other people. And the venue remained rammed with people until 10 minutes before we left at 9:45. Not a relaxing experience at all. Breakfast was average, would have got better value for money in the terminal. Will not use you again, its put us off completely. You sell the place on an executive experience. Its nothing of the sort. Its just a scam. I gave it 1 star because i could not give it zero.

The VIP lounge was very over crowded. already prepaid for my visit but waited 30 minutes in the queue before entering. Couldn’t find a seat for 15 minutes. The prepaid Cocktails I had ordered were out of stock and I got fobbed off with a different cocktail when I asked for a refund. Was a complete waste for £80!

Visited on Friday 24th November arriving at around 10.30am. Breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs and a roll was ok but after that things went down. Three girls, who were obviously in a hen party by their attire were noisy and so we moved into the quite area. Here we were faced by people talking loudly and then some idiot who came in, slouched down and did the usual trick of mobile phone users and shouted into his phone. My wife actually reminded him that it was a quite area and in fairness he apologised and left. My point however it is not up to us to ‘police’ the Lounge and staff should be on hand to do this. I also notice that you ask customers to dress appropriately and therefore was a bit surprised to see a family dressed in tracksuits and trainers stuffing there faces with as much food and drink as possible and also being loud. That brings me on to the food at lunchtime which comprised a few tired pieces of ham, some salad and a small amount of unappetising hot food, inadequate I’m afraid. I am a tanker driver and by no means a snob but we paid a not inconsiderable sum ahead of a long journey to the United States via Amsterdam for a bit of peace and quite, it was therefore a tad annoying to find ourselves in an a Pilot episode of the Jeremy Kyle meets Benidorm Show without any decent food to sustain us.
