Not good some of the food actions unavailable and the salad consisted of a lettuce leaf and a slice of cucumber. Staff are good but they don’t have much to work with. I would not recommend or use this service again

Food quality and quantity was awful. There was the residue of some “Indian rice” or breakfast cereals or a stale sandwich. Also the decor was dated.

Soup was empty and not filled while we were in. Poor choice of snacks. We have been in here before and it’s been fine. Not anymore. Sorry, won’t be coming again. And the poor staff run ragged !!!!

A lot went wrong,It was my first time to visit or pass through Kenya I was so disappointed and I felt robbed as no one really was interested in helping rather than the ever ending cleaning of the airport floors.Some lady told me to go and be scanned first to go through to the lounge which I did the two gentlemen where as lazy and so unprofessional that they just told me to go and seat at the hard benches, I was too tired even to ask them anything so I never approached anyone and went to seat I paid money for nothing will never ever do that again Thank you Kenya.

Aspire lounge at Gatwick North was closed for renovations and no-one thought to let us know. We had no information sent to us and we are extremely disappointed.

Poor selection of food and drinks, WiFi so slow that it didn’t work. No free sockets to charge devices as described. Even the selection of biscuits amounted to a jar of broken, stale cheap biscuits! Quiet zone was separated from noisy people by a rope.

Got there had to queue for 20 minutes. When we did get in we couldn’t find a seat for four of us to sit together and then there wasn’t much choice of food either and we had to ask for items to be replenished

We booked about 12 months in advance and was then informed shortly before we were going that it was shutting for a refurbishment. I appreciate it has to be done, but it would be nice if you could arrange an alternative arrangement in another lounge.

Arrived at 14.30 on the 16/4/18.me and husband sat down after few minutes I went up to get something from the buffet and there was next to nothing there. Looked in curry pan nothing . Went to get salad nothing so I just got two scones. Waited to see if anything got replaced and nobody came out so I asked at the reception and she was very nice and said il go and make some salad I then sat back down and she came out twenty minutes later with a tray with some lettuce cubes cheese and ham and there was a rush because everyone must of been waiting it was gone in a minute. We had a few drinks and as we were leaving I saw a lady come out kitchen with a container with curry in. I do understand that it wasn’t very busy that day so the never had much out but I do feel I was robbed. Mrs m walsh

The lounge was filthy. there was food under the tables. we had to queue for drinks. There was a very small and very poor selection of food. was definitely not worth the money we paid.

Not child friendly. Whilst packing up to leave my toddler had a tantrum lasting approximately 5 seconds. I accept it was very loud but it was very short lived. (I did notice another customer had to go out to finish his phone call, however I had had to listen in detail to his prior loud phone conversations). Once she had stopped a member of staff came and told me there was a nursery I could use instead. I would understand if she had been badly behaved during our stay in the lounge but it was a fleeting objection to me putting her in a sling as we were leaving. Not a nice finish to what had been an enjoyable visit.

Lack of individual mixers for spirits, USB not working to charge phone, cheese etc. open and cut. On top of which the price increases of 50% over the last year, I was expecting a superior standard.

Good Afternoon Paul, Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit to our Manchester Lounge. I am sorry to see that your visit was a 1 star review. In regards to mixtures for spirits for offer an array of mixtures which include: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Tango, Cranberry juice, Bitter Lemon and many more. These can be found on our website which is https://www.executivelounges.com/airport-lounges/manchester-terminal-1-aspire-lounge and there is a menu available to look at before travel. In regards to the cheese we do not like to have knives available for customers to use to cut cheese as we do allow children in our lounge and this can cause an accident. I will pass the feedback in regards to the USB charging ports back to the lounge manager, However I believe we are due a PAT test on our charging ports. I hope this rectifies the issues you state. Hi really not happy with the service in your newcastle lounge today went to get some cuttlery spoon to find two dirty spoons yes not one but two stuck together with dirt also the handle on the lids of the hot food scolding hot no protective material around the lid and nearly scolding my hand not worth the £20 paid dont think ill be back again you really need to look into things like this .

I had pre-booked and when I arrived at the lounge my name was taken and I had to wait outside in the seating area at one of the gates for 45 mins before my name was called to enter the lounge. Inside the lounge, there was very limited seating and the only seat available the mains power plug points were not working so I could not charge my phone or use my laptop. A number of the power plug points were not working and the ones that were working everyone was trying to use them.

Not even going to 1 star. No edible food, no space to sit as couches and chairs busy, or used by families under duvets. Staff were not interested. Not worth paying any amount of money. The main terminal was quieter with better seating

My experience in a previous year was very good. This year the lounge was closed for refurbishment. Apparently, an email was sent out advising me of that fact but I did not receive it. It was only when I called that a refund was given - this should have been done automatically. I would use again in the future and would recommend.

Gatwick north closed for refurbishment, and executive lounges made very little effort to inform us of the fact. 1 email was sent 6 weeks ago telling us we needed to ring for a refund. We completely missed the email (our fault), however they needed to make more effort in informing people they hadn’t refunded. The whole family traipsed to a building site to be met with an A4 sheet stapled to a piece of chipboard saying it was closed. The kids and wife were annoyed but I was fuming. I would not book with them again.
