Not enough staff for the number of clients so long waits. Reception staff rude. Hardly anything to eat as not enough prepared for number of people. Overall horrendous and completely outdated

Service very poor, when we had a query, the manager took 15mins to come over and discuss problem but honestly didn't seem bothered about outcome one way or another. Will definitely not be booking lounge stay at T5 again.. Would rather sit at gate for 3hrs!!

Was booked in to the wrong terminal my flight was from terminal 3 your lounge was terminal 4 so I could not use the pass so was a waste of money. In order to get to terminal 4 it would be a long walk and a train ride. Why was I not booked into terminal 3 as you had all of the flight details

Over-booked, hence there wasn't a seat for me and my husband. It was over crowded and lacked the relaxing atmosphere we wished for. Very disappointing- definitely will not be booking to go in the executive lounge again.

After having stopped in many airport lounges I am used to a great pre flight experience. This was not what I received the reception staff were rude, the lounge was so full we had no where to sit and the food on offer was sub standard.

Awful, shabby and dated furniture. There was ONE Bacon roll available, and nothing more food wise ! Nobody manned the bar for several long periods at a time resulting in a backlog of customers waiting service. The staff all accumilated at the reception desk, gossiping loudly, singing, and discussing company issues. during my 1hr15min visit, only one quick tidy up was done resulting in many tables left littered with used plates, glasses etc. I make a minimum of 10 various lounge visits a year and without a doubt, this is the worst I have encountered. Its an absolute disgrace that Swissport dare to charge £18 for a visit to this dump. I strongly reccomend that all staff working here are given a refresher on customer service and how to behave in a customer orientated environment... this is not their break room !

Decided to try the aspire plus lounge as it was me and my partner's first holiday together. In the past i have used to normal aspire vip lounge and i really enjoyed the aspire lounge, but the aspire plus lounge was very dissapointing! firstly it was very cold, no hot food was out,had to go next door to get food.even though we had our own booth, there was no remote to switch the tv over so we didnt really have a choice what to watch. After this poor visit i would never use this lounge again.very very dissappointing!!

Obviously overbooked. Nowhere to sit for our first 45 mins. So had to stand and eat and keep shuffling about. Food choice very poor. I will not be using it again

This place cannot be classified as a lounge by any mean....but a hidden restaurant which could not attract clients due to the location and its now been used as an "airport lounge". The place has one toilet with one cubicle, to make it worse no toilet paper when I tried to use it !!! Food: rather not even comment. when I remind myself that I have spent £50 in the hope of having a place where I could have a shower, relax, get connected and have something to eat..... and nothing out of this things could actually take place. The wifi never worked, the place was full of people sleeping in joined furniture and chairs, when I asked a member of staff about the shower he offered me the aiport shower " .....it is 3 minutes walking on this direction" ......It was a disaster to say the least! !!! I left the place and spent my spare hours at a coffee shop next door, at least there I could have wifi connection and someone served me a coffee! If you are paying out of pocket: dont be a full this isn't a lounge !

This wouldn't be a great lounge at the best of times; limited choice of beverages and a poor food/snack selection. However on the day of my visit there was a remarkable level of noise in the lounge. There are two large vents at the rear, and these transmitted all the noise of the construction work happening at the airport. There was a consistent, very loud noise from what sounded like either large hammer drills or pneumatic hammers. This carried throughout the lounge. It was a pretty miserable experience, and I left quickly to seek a more peaceful experience in the main terminal. If you can use this lounge for free then give it a try and see if there's any construction happening, but I certainly wouldn't recommend parting with any money to use the facilities here

Was not allowed access into the lounge for a while as they said it was too busy so there was a queue of people waiting outside. When we eventually got in there was noone serving at the bar so we could not get any alcohol and the sparce food which was available was dried and the bread was curling at the sides. I would not recommend this lounge

I was refused addition with the documents you provided I spent an hour trying to get admission to the lounge. I finally was allowed to use shower facilities only and this was due to the lady realising the situation was not my fault No food, no drink, no good. A shambles I am not sure if it was the fault of the staff at Dubai airport or wether the paper work was incorrect I shall be looking into this upon my return to London Finally I am booked into the same lounge on my return visit I am not holding my breath on this one. Reluctant at this stage to use executive lounges again

This was probably the worst lounge I have ever been in. The floor was dirty, toilets smelt. Very poor selection of drinks and serious lack of food. The website was very misleading. No child high chairs.....the list goes on and on. You shouldn't have the right to call that a lounge and if I hadn't pre booked and had a child to feed (on my lap I might add) I would have walked out immediately.

No baby change. Toilets were disgusting, I thought I was going to catch an illness from them. Only one toilet and it stunk so bad I thought someone had died in there. Dreadful. Won't be visiting again. I'll advise people to avoid as well. Very very disappointing. Terrible experience.
